For sale an Antique Tiger Oak Hall Tree w/ Bench Storage. Round Beveled Mirror, 4 double Copper Hooks, and umbrella Stand. Dates to the early 1900's, I would say about the 1920's. Made of beautiful sturdy tiger oak. Measures 75 inches tall, 26 inches across the widest part of the mirror. The mirror itself is 19 1/2 inches in diameter. The bench is 18 inches tall and 25 1/2 inches across. The bench raises up to reveal a storage area. Mirror is beveled, has a few dark spots behind it(shown in photos) Of course, no antique is perfect, that's what gives it character! But this piece is in excellent condition overall. Has a small old split in the wood across the back(shown in photos) This could be easily repaired if wanted. Has carvings on the top corners and across the back. Presenting an antique tiger oak hall tree with beveled mirror and original cast iron double hooks. Beautiful curves and details. It is large standing 84" tall. 33" wide, and 16" deep. The coat hooks have a vine design and the mirror is marked on back"1909" Overall condition is good. The mirror has several spots of wear. There is one damaged place on right bottom edge(photo#8) And the bench is missing. I like to fill the"seat" with potted seasonal flowers. This special antique stood in my family's front hall for decades. It was appraised at $1000 before the small area of damage. It's a wonderful estate piece. Please email any questions you may have.
