Here for your pleasure is a nifty vintage brass wall stand/rack which can fulfill many varied and functional purposes. It measures 34" high by 12.75" wide at the base and 8" wide at the top. Its load-bearing capabilities are probably most related to the wall attachment. It can stand on its own cute feet. But is not free-standing. The shelves fold and are attached to the frame with ball-head brass screws. As with any vintage item, it is not perfect. The brass has been highlighted, but not polished. It could look like shiney new if so desired. Is there more I can tell you? I respond promptly. Sorry. No returns on this item unless it fails to meet the description. As you can see from my feedback. French Antique (?) Carved Maple Wall Shelf w/Brass Embossed Plate
This is a very unique. Maple wood shelf, with and embossed brass plate decor. It measures 15 1/4" across, and 5 3/4" deep. The bottom section of the shelf(with the brass decor) measures 7 1/2" down from the underside of the top shelf, with two supports. The embossed brass plate is held on by two small screws, and well as tacked on the back. MADE IN CANADA" is branded into the wood on the back. The bottom portion of the shelf is made of layered wood, as depicted in the photo. This shelf is very well made, and believed to be antique. I do not know how old it is, because I found this at an estate sale. Please ask questions, and see photos, to determine if this is the shelf for you.
