This auction is for a beautiful Turn of the Century 1890-1900 Victorian Oak Hall Rack Umbrella/ Cane Holders Original finish with beautiful beveled mirror and hand carved design and details. It has the original hooks- three hooks on both sides of the mirror. It has two cabinet doors to store items inside on two shelves. The lower section contains a pair of recessed panel doors opening to two fixed shelves. Drawer opens smoothly and doors close easily and one has a locking latch to secure it to always be closed or unlock latch to open both doors at once. In addition it has decorative pieces of wood on its back and a smooth operating glove drawer that is well built with dovetail joinery and it has a traditional facing with a very attractive brass handle. The two umbrella stands offers two metal containers on the bottom and it has lovely turned posts on its front. This piece has minor age appropriate signs of wear otherwise overall in very good cosmetic and structural condition and it is strong and sturdy. For sale an Antique Tiger Oak Hall Tree w/ Bench Storage. Round Beveled Mirror, 4 double Copper Hooks, and umbrella Stand. Dates to the early 1900's, I would say about the 1920's. Made of beautiful sturdy tiger oak. Measures 75 inches tall, 26 inches across the widest part of the mirror. The mirror itself is 19 1/2 inches in diameter. The bench is 18 inches tall and 25 1/2 inches across. The bench raises up to reveal a storage area. Mirror is beveled, has a few dark spots behind it(shown in photos) Of course, no antique is perfect, that's what gives it character! But this piece is in excellent condition overall. Classic Mission style, or Stickley"like" but has no markings or manufacturer information. The mirror is in great condition, there is a cubby with hinged lid for keys, shoehorns, hatpins, etc. Originally there were six had hooks, but the current owner preferred using just four. Beautiful Antique Hall Tree from a flea market in Europe. Carvings on top as well as middle and bottom panels. It is 7 feet tall the base is 27 inches wide and approx 8 1/2 inches deep. Has 8 coat hooks and room for 6 umbrellas and also has smaller holes for 5 canes. Mirror is in excellent condition. See all photos. Dark wood. BEAUTIFUL! For sale is antique hall tree that originally belonged to my great grandparents(late 1800's) Possibly older. The piece is in good original condition, and is one of many great antiques came with the 1880's Indiana Farm estate that we recently inherited. We would love to keep this great piece, but simple do not have the room for it, as we are in the process of doing some badly needed restoration on the farm house. I believe that it is made of Oak, but I am not 100% sure of that, as I am not an antique dealer, or even collector my self. The piece measures 80" tall x 39" wide x 16" deep. All measurements are at the widest point, and accurate within 1/2" I am listing this piece as local pickup only, but I am more then happy to help you make shipping arrangements, and get quotes. Antique HALL TREE mirror umbrella entry way holder stand wood
I have a barn find from my great grandmothers estate. This is a amazing beautiful piece. It is a umbrella stand that has mirror and is very unique. The wood is a hard wood and darker color. There is a hook missing. The mirror needs polishing. There is a custom piece of wood to cover drawer. The drawer needs to be sanded inside it will not open. I believe there used to be marble on top of drawer. This is in great overall condition fot its age. I am not sure of age however. Will polish up great and clean. Look at pictures.
