Item: Up for auction is this fully restored Antique Ebony Finished Plant Stand. This is not a painted item. But rather an ebonized finish. The top and base of the stand measure 14 inches across, and it stands 36 inches tall. The stand is very elegant, has has very intricate detailed trunings. The stand is very well constructed. The top and base attach to the column via a threaded dowel shown in photo#11. There are some minor imperfection in the stand. Photo#5 shows a dent in the side of the column. Photo#8 shows a small dent in the top as well as a slight separation in the top. These imperfections are very minor and do not pose any structural or functional problems for the plant stand. ANTIQUE 30s FRENCH TOLE PEDESTAL URN PLANT STAND IVY ACANTHUS BRONZED LARGE 43"
We are pleased to offer this exceptional. Antique to older vintage, LARGE pedestal iron tole plant stand. This GORGEOUS, French or Italian influenced accent piece is elaborately designed with the utmost quality. It features a 3 legged body with acanthus leaves attached to each leg. There are 6 detachable tole ivy leaf sections which come it two sizes. The three top sections are longer and attach to the pedestal just under the recessed rim of the planter. There are three shorter sections which attach to hooks that are situated lower on the pedestal legs. The detailing is incredible with a two sided tole flower that rests on either side of the arms and a large acanthus"tassle" on the lower section of the body. The base is plaster/chalkware which has been finished in an aged bronze color. The tole color is bright gold mixed with antique ... moregold and bronze. The circular top rim houses a wooden, slat basket with wooden canes that support and brace the slats. An"X" criss cross tie in between each slat connects the slats together. This is a substantial and weighty plant stand. There are no manufacturer's marks, but the quality is quite nice and the design is FANTASTIC! The piece appears to be from the 1930s. The plant stand measures 43" tall. The top diameter is 20" The recessed basket rim section is 14" in diameter and the base is 10.5" in diameter. Because of the fragility of the stand. Vtg Victorian Ornate Hand Carved Mahogany Pedestal Decorative Fern Plant Stand
Carved Wooden Pedestal This is a vintage wooden pedestal or stand. This piece has a striking apperance. And would demand attention in any room it adorned. It is a large, decorative stand, possibly for a plant or vase. The stand appears to be made of mahogany, but I am unable to say for certain. It features an ornate, hand-carved series of designs. Three feet support the base and center post. A crown rests in the center of the base. Vertical lines run up the main post, stopping at a wonderful carved rope design, just below the main platform. The platform features a leaf design and has a decorative beaded edge. The underside of the platform features a floral pattern. There is a sticker on the bottom of the stand that reads"made in Indonesia" The stand has the following measurements: Height: 57 1/4" Width at Widest Point(tripod ... morebase) 19 1/2" Depth: 19 1/2" Diameter of the platform base: 10 3/4" Diameter of the platform top: 8 1/4" This is in great condition overall with only light signs of age or use. There is on spot on one of the supporting feet that appears to have been repaired at some point during production. There is a similar spot on the base of the stand. I noticed a crack on the decorative crown in the center of the tripod base. Which in no way affects the integrity of the wood. There is one large chip in the wood on one of the feet, which is not visible when the stand is upright. There may be small scratches or spots of wear, but I see nothing of else significance to report. Please see pictures for more details, and please ask questions if you have them. Vintage Antique Green Pedestal 31" Plant Stand Antiqued Paint Damage to Foot
Up for auction is a vintage plant stand or vase pedestal recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia PA area. It is quite dirty and has suffered losses to one of the feet but none the less still quite sturdy and functional and a very nice 32" tall size. There are some losses to the paint in areas. It currently has an antiqued green finish to it which may brighten up a little with a good cleaning. However if this was varnished it is the old varnish which most likely will not clean up much more in which case if the distressed look is not to your liking a nice coat of fresh paint will change its personality completely. The stand itself is an octagonal approx 9.5" This will be hit with an overage fee from USPS. Vtg Victorian Ornate Carved & Gilded Pedestal Plant Stand w Marble Top & Cherubs
This is a vintage. Victorian styled plant stand with a marble top. I'm not sure of the age- it isn't new but it probably isn't antique either. Our best guess is that it was made sometime in the 1940s-1960s. The base is wood and ornately carved with classical elements like swags, acanthus leaves and scrolls. Three angelic cherubs sit atop the scrolled feet. A handsome piece that could serve as a side table or a display stand for plants or statues. The stand has a marble top that was once glued in place, but is now removable. There is a hole drilled in the center of the marble. The stand is in great shape. Very strong and solid, it rests stable with no wobbles. There are some chips to the gold paint, but no major damage. Height of the stand is 33" top diameter is 14" The marble top is 10" in diameter x 3/4" thick ... moreand weighs 5 lbs. It is also in great condition with no chips, cracks or nicks. Measures about 29” High x 15' diameter. From a Baltimore. Maryland Estate. Can be used as a plant stand. Pedestal to display art, lamp or side table alongside a chair. The top black marble is 7/8” thick with rounded edge and sets in the round wood base. Gorgeous four leg base with elegant draped garland and flowers carved in a square. The legs have a ballooning crown shape. Then column down to another flower carved in a square and end with round ball feet. Painted in a distressed. Shabby white with gold accent.

All solid wood hand carved very unique, will show some slight wear but certainly nothing distracting, the bottom tier on one of these has a few scratches again once you put your vases or candles etc.on them this will not be seen. Spiral Plant Stand 35" tall antique. Wooden plant stand with thick spiral pedestal. Unmarked by the maker. The base and top are both round- 13 1/2" diameter. The top is pieced from 2 pieces of wood and shows some dark discoloration(see photo) The base is unpieced(from a single piece of wood) but it has cracks that are most pronounced on the bottom. Both the top and the bottom are warped, so it has some wobble to it. It is unclear if this is a factory-made or a hand-made item. The top sits in place securely without gluing or screws but can be pulled loose with some effort. The base is held in place with two screws. The top and bottom could be replaced since the nice spiral pedestal is a thing of beauty at approximately 4 1/2" diameter. It appears to be made of walnut wood but I am not entirely sure of that. Antique Oak Plant Stand Pedestal Table Mission Craftsman Era
This is a charming plant stand or pedestal table from circa 1930. The table is well made with great simple style. The top and bottom level the finish is poor but the damage is surface level and could be sanded down and redone with not much trouble. These is a very thin barely visible seem between a couple of the top boards where they join. The legs are screwed to the base on the bottom and bolted to the top with wing nuts. One nut is missing and that side will be loose until replaced. The table measures 30" tall with the top being 16" by 16" with rounded corners. The legs have a nice tapered shape to them.

This is a vintage wooden pedestal stand. This piece has a stunning apperance with it's rich deep cherry color and intricate carvings. It is a large. Decorative stand, possibly for a plant or vase and is made of mahogany. It is hand-carved with three feet that support the base and center post. A crown design is featured in the center of the base. The top platform features a leaf design and has a decorative beaded edge. The underside of the platform features a floral pattern. There is a sticker on the bottom of the stand that reads"made in Indonesia" with a handmaking furniture code for this specific piece. This stand has been in my family for about 10 years and my mom purchased it at an antique store in Nevada. The owner of the store told us the background story.
