Circa 1910 Antique Golden Oak Wood Frame Beveled Glass Hall Mirror w Hooks
This golden oak hall mirror is in very good condition. It has its original bevel glass mirror and hooks. It has a dark oxidized finish that can be lightened up by removing the old finish with varnish remover. The bottom piece of wood looks to have been added to the frame many years ago. The stain/finish on that piece of wood is more reddish in color. The wood can be removed or can be stripped and stain with a dark brown stain. I have no doubt that this mirror was once the top part of a hall seat. It was removed and hung on the wall as a decorative and functional piece of furniture. The frame measures 28" tall x 24" wide. Insurance included with the mailing cost.
