Here is a charming little showcase. Perfect for shows or a countertop.It has a nice wooden back and old mirror. Latch and all. The case has been nicely made. All the joints are well done and tight.Outside measurements are 7"x7"x14" high. There is some black that seems to be like pitch on the wood I don't want to mess with. There is also some spotty marks on it from something that may have sprayed or dripped on it. This is a very solid piece and can be slickered up easily.

3 OAK and GLASS D isplay Cases Sizes: 8' 10' and 12' They are one solid piece and are 3 1/2 feet tall by 2 feet wide. I have 3 display cases for sale. I have one p icture d and 2 others th at are exactly the same but different si zes. The y come with all the glass(one glass shelf is crac ked) There are sliding wood doors(not oak) for the back and the 2 glass tops are a little scratched(it was used in a business) But they are thick. Antique Vintage Early 1900's Oak & Glass Jewelry Display Cabinet Store Case
This auction is for an early 1900's oak and glass display case. Patent date corresponds to 1911.1912. It was made by The Specialty Case Co. Kendallville, Indiana. Overall it measures about 10 1/2" wide x 18" long x 4" high and the thickness of the glass is about 1/4" Condition wise, there is NO key for the rear lock. The original finish has either worn off or been removed from the front, sides and top rear of the case. The glass shows surface scuffs, scratches and age spotting. Back edge of the glass has some roughness and left top edge of the glass has one small chip and about three pinhead size chips. The sticky tape underneath the edge of the glass has deteriorated and the rear part of the glass can be lifted up about 3/8"

Up for auction is an antique spool cabinet display case made of English Oak with miscellaneous woven double embroidered lettering boxes inside. The front of this case reads CASH'S WOVEN DOUBLE LETTERS and measures 18" tall. 17 1/2" long, 5" deep and weighs 15 lbs. I believe this was used at Cash's Of Ireland Department Store. The case itself shows definate wear due to age. The front lower right side of the glass is cracked and the case has a few chips as can be seen in the pictures. The back of this case has an original picture of two woman and a child. The back has a top latch that opens to dispense the boxes that enclose the embroidered letters.
