The glass is not cracked or chipped; it's shiny and clear! It only has one hanging attachment and it was nailed in wrong(see photos) but this can be fixed. It's a nice rich brown color, and it's pretty solid. Ready for use if you'd rather not work on it. I had it on the wall for many years as it is and it looked great. Makes a nice addition to any room! This is a nice Black shadow box filled with 11 Antique Vintage wooden Fishing lures. Box is 19 1/2 X 14 1/2 inches& 1 1/2" deep. Shadow box has magnetic seal on opening to ensure it stays closed. This display includes 11 lures. I am NOT AN EXPERT about these or any Antique lures. I am only selling because I am changing my Fishing Theme Bar walls. MAKE ME AN OFFER. Here is a very neat solid wood fishing lure trade display. It measures 36" long and has a 6" Dia that tapers down to about a 3" dia. The hooks measure 7" long. Antique Cast Iron& Wood 14 Fishing Pole Hardware Store Display Stand Rack Up for sale is this Antique Cast Iron& Wood 14 Fishing Pole Hardware Store Display Stand or rack. This was purchased at the estate sale of a 103 year old woman whose family had owned a hardware store since the late 1800s. This was used in their store. The black metal parts have a heavy black japanned finish. I don't know what type of wood was used to make this but the curved wood part on top has a bird's eye grain. The wood part on top has a groove for the rubber ring with 14 pairs of loops for the fishing pole tops. There are 14 corresponding round recessed spots in the bottom piece of wood for the base of the fishing rods. Unusual must have display rack for the antique fishing rod and reel collector! Condition: It is all original and is in very good ... morecondition with all original parts intact. No cracks or chips in the metal and most of the original japanning is intact.some rubs and oxidation from use but they are pretty minor. Measurements: 33" tall overall. The bottom measures 11" in diameter and the top measures about 6 3/4" in diameter. The rack is easily unscrewed from the heavy cast iron base so I might ship the base separately if it will reduce shipping costs. Markings: None I have many other great items up for auction. A little piece of history- This auction is for an original Parker Display Cabinet. It is wooden with glass on 3 sides. It has the Parker Nameplate and has 2 levels for lit display. It measures 48" in length x 24" deep x 38-1/8" high. There is a sticker on the back that reads: Union Made. United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Issued by Authority of, Labor Omnia Vincit, Organized 1881, Registered 1900" pictured) The back side of the cabinet has 2 drawers across the bottom. Above that are 2 glass sliding doors that go to the bottom level of the display. And above that are the 3 pull-out display drawers that go to the top level of the display. There are locks on each drawer- I don't have the key. Drawers are unlocked. The glass is cracked on the right side of the top portion of the cabinet(as you can ... moresee in the picture) It is taped- but still holds much weight. And. The glass is missing on one of the sides. This is a lighted display, but I don't know if it's working. Some of the red velvet lining is in decent condition, and some is not. There is handwriting on some of the wood in the back of the cabinet(pictured) This cabinet was used in a store for many years by the famous Marilyn, The Hubcap Queen. The handwriting is hers. A beautifully shaped antique wooden display cabinet in solid condition measuring 23" tall. 13" wide and 6.5" deep. The wood looks like it might be pecan. The door has three panels of bowed glass and one movable shelf with two settings. The only thing wrong with it that I can see is that the door doesn't close completely flush on the bottom. The frame must be slightly warped, but it hardly shows(see pic) The d oll and china set are not included. Please look at the pictures carefully. Sometimes I miss things. Beautiful Antique Chestnut Store Display Shelf. It came from a country store that opened in 1931and this shelf was in the store when it opened. I'm of the opinion it's much older or was constructed from older wood as the Chestnut tree was designated as extinct from the Asian Chestnut blight of the first quarter of the century. This auction is for one cabinet only but I have 2 of this size and one that is 7' tall so it will be listed seperate. I also have a matching but smaller cabinet with a glass door.
