The back is labeled: TOLEDO- HONEST WEIGHT" in gold letters. This scale is 14-3/4 inches tall. 15 inches wide, and 7 inches deep. It is in good used condition with moderate wear to the lettering and gray paint. The scale appears to weigh accurately, however, due to its age, it is being sold As Is. Please examine all of the photos as they are an important part of the description. In particular. Note the units of measure which the USDA used as a grain test weight scale and provides pounds per bushel of grain. For your consideration is this wonderful working antique TOLEDO SCALE COMPANY Hanging Scale. Made in Toledo Ohio This incredible scale has the center open, so you can see the nickeled weights splay out as the scale is pulled down. The Style No. is 1603F and it is No. 333592. The scale measures 16" in diameter and is 5 1/2" wide, it weighs to 30 pounds. This scale does work and has been opened and cleaned and is in beautiful condition. The glass has only a few minor scratches, there is some rust as shown on the face, I pictured the worst of the rust up close. The bezels that hold the glass in are nickeled and have some scratches, minor dings and some wear through of the nickel as pictured. Some of the paint around the sides is missing. Circa 1930's. This is a fantastic antique porcelain TOLEDO Butcher Scale with the company slogan" No Springs. Honest Weight" Invented and patented by Allen DeVilbiss and adopted by Henry Theobald for Toledo Scales. The pendulum scale with an actual weight as a counterbalance proved much more reliable than the spring tension scales. Measuring 29" tall, the Scale has the original beautiful white porcelain finish, thick beveled glass, and original working inner parts. It has an oval porcelain tray for weighing meat, produce, or candy. This Toledo scale has a built in level for accuracy and a maximum weight of 24 lbs. Antique ca. 1925 Toledo Porcelain Scale-No Reserve
This is a beautiful antique Toledo meat scale in fair working condition-it needs a bit of a tune up. But if using as a showpiece, it's pretty much ready to go! The porcelain is in great condition and the front includes the original magnifying glass display. The weight scroll inside is also original. Although it does show some signs of wear near the seam(see pictures) The back glass is missing a large piece, but can easily be replaced. There is a crack on the weighing mechanism where the scale plate sits. Again. Would need some restoration work to get it functional, but should not impact the scale from easily being put on display. Toledo "Speedweigh" tabletop antique scale
This is an antique Toledo"Speedweigh" table top scale in excellent condition. The scale is 5 pound capacity. Model 1091-A, Serial 8208. This scale comes with the original weights, one is a 2# weight, and two 1# weights. The 5th pound is on the sliding counterweight, in one ounce increments. The scale is all aluminum, with no pitting or serious discoloration. There are some minor scratches from cleaning, otherwise no dents or dings. The glass is not broken or cracked, and the weights are chrome and in excellent condition also. This would be a great addition to a collection or a small candy store. Toleda Scale Recovered from a factory in upstate NY. I Have Been told This Scale was purchased in the early 1950s. The scale is in working order and in very good shape. The display has some spotting on it. It was bolted on a wood plank that had seen better days so i removed the scale and identification tag for storage I have had this in my possesion for 34 years. When i recieved it the display was perfect. but time has taken some of it's luster. The Scale is 14 inches high 12 inches wide and 3 inches deep. Weight is about 7 pounds.

This auction is for a beautiful original Toledo Deli or Butcher Scale from the 1920's or 1930's. We just found this wrapped up in the attic of an estate in Philadelphia. It appears to be in great condition for its age with very little chipping and no apparent damage. We spent a few minutes dusting this off. It will really look terrific with a proper clean. It is the model 3130BX and weighs an estimated 100 pounds. Measurements are 29" high by 19" wide by 24" deep. This item can not be shipped. Up for sale is an antique mail scale made by Toledo company. It is the 3lb model. The style#is 409CI. The decals are original and perfectly legible, the"G" in springs has a chip. I'm not entirely sure how these scales were maintained, currently when you set something on or press down on the tray it does function and the needle/slide moves for the weight but it seems like it needs maybe cleaned or oiled inside. The needle/slide goes back to zero but you usually need to press upward on the plate to get it back to zero fully. I'm sure you guys know what your looking at and how to work on it. Antique Toledo Scale 1000lbs, No Springs, Model 821-C TALL & BEAUTIFUL!
This is a beautiful antique Toledo Automatic scale. It features the No Springs system. The scale dial itself reads up to 500 pounds. But with the help of the riders it will weigh up to 1000 pounds. This scale does work, and will measure within a 10 pound accuracy. I'm sure with some tinkering and fine tuning it would weigh items perfectly. As you can see in most of the pictures the scale does not have the glass and rim attached to the front or the plate that covers the inner workings of this scale. But I do have them and they are included in this purchase. All that is needed are some screws to remount these two parts. You can see both of these pieces are included in the pictures that were taken outdoors. This scale is a beautiful black in color and has a good rusty patina to it, which gives it that great old antique look. The only thing ... morethis great scale would need are screws to attach the rim/glass and metal cover. Also, the glass is not original. It has been replaced with plexi glass, which is in okay shape but it does have some cracks around the edges. This is a cast Iron base as well as the scale which has been sanded down to the iron then 2 coats of primer, 3 coats of Red automotive paint and finally 2 coats of clear to protect. The paint job is flawless done by Robert of Ohio. Also note the gold stripes and leafs. The stand is a original queen anne which are a little difficult to find. The mirror is not a cheater mirror. It was used to reflect the light from above to the scale for easier reading and is very difficult to find. I'm putting a high buy it now price tag on it because frankly I don't want to part with it. The display face of the scale features a price chart which would"compute" the cost of an item for the merchant. ANTIQUE TOLEDO SCALE STYLE 383AH BEAUTIFUL RESTORATION
This beautiful Toledo Scale is a 30 LB scale previously made for use in General Merchandise stores and Meat Markets. The serial Number is 140897 made by Toledo Scale Co. Toledo, Ohio. This scale has been completely restored and reconditioned by Richard Wunder. Every original nickled item has been Re-Nickled including every nut, bolt and screw, all Hand Pin Striping and Lettering, any place there was beveled glass has new beveled glass. All the brass has been polished. The glass plate has had beautiful etching added which was not on the original glass plate. It is a working scale but would need to be re-calibrated for legal use. I am willing to deliver within a 50 mile radius or meet half way. If it is shipped it will be professionally crated for shipment. Toledo no springs honest weight 250 pound scales comes as seen in photos they seem to weight accurately. It does have some rust but the face is in good condition no breaks in glass it does have some paint on the glass I think the person that had it before painted the top and stand.
