There is a little rust on what I think is called the slide bar, I was told that the ribbon is also original and a restoration shop believed it was, but I could not prove it. When I first aquired this typewriter about a year ago I called a resoration shop to ask how I should store it, I brought it to him and he lubricated all of insides to prevent rust, that was it, and recommend that it stay indoors, and that is where it has been. Please examine pictures closely to make sure you want this item. I am new to ebay and looking for positive feedback, and want my customers to know exactly what they are receiving. The body has been repainted and there are a few pits. Most of the pits are on the back side. I believe this is because of corrosion causing it to lose it's filler on the metal. Antique Underwood Standard Typewriter No. 5 Working
The Underwood 5. The machine that would dominate the market for three decades, first appeared in 1901. This machine is in good condition. All of the keys work, shift and tab both work. The barral rolls nicely, and the wheel that tightens the ribbon works great. There is a little rust on what I think is called the slide bar, I was told that the ribbon is also original and a restoration shop believed it was, but I could not prove it. When I first aquired this typewriter about a year ago I called a resoration shop to ask how I should store it, I brought it to him and he lubricated all of insides to prevent rust, that was it, and recommend that it stay indoors, and that is where it has been. Smith Premier Typewriter#10 First year of production: 1908 Company: Smith Premier Typewriter Company. Syracuse, NY, USA The Smith Premier 10 was the last in the legendary line of Smith Premier full keyboard typewriters. It was also the only front strike typewriter with a full keyboard ever built. And it was the last of the Smith Premiers that were produced by the Smith Premier Typewriter Company itself. There is more than the double keyboard that reminds us of the earlier SP typewriters. A very odd feature for instance is the fact that the platen of the SP10 can be lifted. As if it were an up strike blind writer. The only advantage of this is that the platen can be easily taken off the machine. That in turn is necessary to replace the ribbon that was fixed in the back of the machine. The ribbon itself had to be fed under carriage, up through ... morethe ribbon vibrator and back down under the carriage. When the Smith Premier Company finished business. Handle in the back attaches to typewriter to move the paper copy up and down in front of the typist. Good condition for it's age. You can see the rubs on the sides from the clip that would hold the paper in place. The black metal has faded in places and has been rubbed off on the top and bottom edges. See pictures. Antique Hammond Typewriter Modified Model 1 This is an antique typewriter manufactured by The Hammond Typewriter Co. of New York. The latest patent date listed on the base is July 18. 1893. It’s a late Model 1 that has been modified to have a single-piece shuttle instead of the original two-piece shuttle. REMODEL 3108" is inscribed on the frame(see photo#2) Model 2 is recognizable by a tab that you push down to see what you just typed; that tab is not present on this machine. The manufacture of Model 2's began in the mid-1890's. It’s in working condition. But a couple of the keys respond slowly and sometimes stick for a moment. Both cover latches are intact and work properly. A lever arm is missing from the left end of the carriage. Surprisingly the bolt that held it is still in-place. This is an early IBM electric typewriter. It probably belongs in a museum. It is written in pencil on the bottom that it was installed on 11-30-53. Also penciled on there it says PR 6-15-59. When you turn this thing on you can hear it power up and if you push a key down and hold it you will see it try to raise that letter up but it is not functioning properly. This auction is for one vintage Magic Margin Royal Typewriter. I am not sure of the age of it. It looks like some of the ones I have seen from the 30s and 40s. But I cannot date it. It had writing on the back of the typewriter, but it has worn off almost all the way. The keys do not have the letters on them. It seems to function, but I have not put any paper in it because the ribbin is broke. The spacebar key on this item is cracked but does still function. This is a antique cast iron table with what appears to be its original top. The legs are very ornate and appear to be in very good condition. there is however one wheel missing on the bottom of the cast iron legs with the other three wheels remaining and in good condition. i do not know the original meaning of this beautiful table. my guess is a sewing or drafting table. it would make a very perfect side table with an immense amount of antique character. this table is very heavy. I can see no makers mark on the table top or base.

Antique Corona#3 folding typewriter with original carrying case. The most recent of the two patent dates on it is 1910. This is a small size for a typewriter. It measures 10-1/2" at the widest point and 9-1/2" front to back. The keys move up freely although they often want to stay in the up position so it probably needs lubricated. I got it from a local estate where it had been in storage for many years. Comes complete with the original storage case which has normal wear to some of the exterior edges. The typewriter is very nice. The only wear I find is on the space bar and the top edge of each of the front curving corners. Condition is all original with no breaks. Repairs, or touch ups. ANTIQUE ROYAL MODEL 10 PORTABLE MANUAL TYPEWRITER~ ORIGINAL CASE NICE CONDITION
Antique ROYAL manual typewriter. This is a model 10 and dates to 1914 according to the serial number. It is in great condition and comes in the original case(it even says ROYAL on the lock) and the compression lock works fine. It is mssing a small pin the goes through the hasp when the lock is closed but that can be replaced with a very small pin or nail. There are a couple of loose pieces of cloth fabric on the(see photos) but it is still very durable. The machine is very clean inside and the ribbon seems to revolve like it supposed to. Overall I would say this is as nice of a typewriter as you could hope to find for a 100 year old machine. US. shipping will be by UPS ground and International will be by Priority Mail International. Antique Remington Noiseless Typewriter Standard 10? Fine Working Condition
Antique Remington Noiseless Typewriter in working condition. I believe this is a Standard 10. Serial# is X371109. It is in remarkable condition. Almost like it was used very little. Very few scratches has been kept covered. Scratches are only on the very front of the key area. Please look at pictures. Some of the keys will stick and have to be pushed back down. Probably needs oiled and cleaned. Bell rings Tabulator works. Shift Keys, Paper return. Everything seems to work extremely well. One plastic knob on the left hand side that turns the paper into the machine is broken. And would need replaced. You can see it in the pictures. There is ribbon in it but has long lost it's ink. Excellent condition. Keys could use a little shot of WD-40 as they move a little sluggish. Ribbon is dry and needs replaced. Case lid is a little worn and the leather belt is torn on the handle. Antique Remington Standard Typewriter No.6 All Original As Found
Antique Remington Standard Typewriter No.6. Probably from the late 1800's to the early 1900's. Serial number is 78526. I know nothing about old typewriters but this one is pretty different. It has a barrel design where the keys swing up from a circular contraption. All the keys work, but the scroll doesnt advance without a slight nudge on the side, it tries to move but probably just needs to be cleaned and oiled. I will leave that to the new owner. it looks to be all original but like I said in need of a cleaning.

I don't have the original case, but they are only useful for transport and its not like you are going to use it on the train. Though it might be fun. The Patent dates on the back run from 1913-1917. Typewriters were constantly being innovated back then and like a mobile phone they would be quickly improved with new models out every 6 months or so. The small size mean that it only has one set of arms for the letters so both capital and small letters appear on the same arms to save space.
