Antique Vintage Hand Painted Dollhouse Dresser Chest of Drawers Floral
Up for auction is a very pretty dresser with hand painted flowers. Paint has a chalky look to it(no varnish. The sides and back are blue. While the drawers and top are cream colored with pink and red roses, blue flowers, and orange and yellow flowers. It has a shabby feel to it. Size: 4-5/8" tall X 7-3/4" wide X 3" deep Condition: The chest is in good condition but there is a lot of paint loss. Most noticeably on the front of the drawers. Please look at all pictures. Used. Measures about 48" x 19" 43" There is a stamp on the back of the piece in black- see pic. I cannot make it out. I can read what I believe is Lawrenceburg Warranted Manufactured. The other words. Especially the top and what appears to be state initials I am unable to read. This piece is very heavy. The wood appears to be walnut. It has been refinished- that I can tell. I believe it's a gorgeous piece! But that is my perception. I believe it is is from around the turn of the century. Someone told me 1850- 1860. But I do not believe so because of the black stamping on the back. There are 2 holes on the back of the piece on each side toward the top. My guess is for a mirror. But I could be wrong. Lovely old antique solid oak highboy dresser from the turn of the century. It is 48.5 x 44 x 19.5" Very nice condition with a beautiful original mellow patina. There are a couple of discoloration spots on top and at the top of the backsplash the wood is chipped. It can only be seen from the back. Otherwise excellent shape. Beautiful antique dresser with excellent finish. I have had this dresser about three years. So I do not know the origins of it. It came with a large lot of items that I purchased. The dresser does need some repair in that it wiggles side to side when moved. When it is sitting in place it is not even noticeable, but when it has give in the sideways motion of the furniture. I do not have any idea what would need to be done to correct this flaw. The Dresser top is 36" wide and 20.5" deep. The decorative back on top is another 8" tall. The dresser itself measures 45" high from floor to the top. All the drawers and the cubby are in excellent condition. Including the handles. There are three big drawers, two smaller drawers, plus the cubby. I put rate the dresser as"good" condition because of the rocking side to side. ... moreBut the finish and working condition of the drawers and cubby and excellent. I am not sure of the age. Up for Auction: Discovered this wonderful small HANDMADE WOOD CABINET. DRESSER, DRAWERS at a rural estate sale. Antique Chest of Drawers Wash Stand Dresser
This is a well kept antique washstand built by Estey Manufacturing Co. The company is well known as makers of quality organs in Vermont. In 1869 they started producing furniture in Michigan and continued until approximately 1921. The washstand has curved serpentine double drawers as well as 2 additional drawers and a door to the right. It stands on its original wooden wheels. The drawers. Door and wheels all operate well for a piece of this age and the finish is in great condition. It's a perfect size for any room- perhaps even as a converted bathroom vanity or changing table. It measures 42" wide. 20" deep and 31" tall.

This antique dresser has been stored in a home for the last several years. It has the original label on the back identifying it as being made by the Forsyth Furniture Co. Winston-Salem, N.C. That would date it to about 1918-1920. It measures approximately 34" x 20" x 46" It comes with the original wooden bracket to hold the mirror attached to the back. I have done nothing to clean or restore this. The mirror is missing, as is one of the metal brackets for the mirror. There is an area on the front right leg that is lighter than ... morethe other areas. There is some surface wear consistent with its age. The wood on the sides seems a bit drier than the other areas. All of the knobs are present; one looks like it may have been glued, but it doesn’t really show unless you look closely. With a little TLC, this can be very handsome again. Beautiful Antique Wooden Window Seat - Dresser / Chest of Drawers
I recently acquired this at an estate sale. It appears that it may have been something else and modified into the window seat. But I'm not sure. As shown. The two sides and the flat middle piece comes off. The tops of the two end pieces also slide off. I do not have the keys for the drawers and don't even know if the locks work anyways. It is about 36" high. 52" wide and 21" opening between the two ends. It finally got above freezing and I decided to start working on clearing out my garage. This is for pick up only.
