SUPERB CRAFTSMANSHIP Quality FINE craftsmanship and artistry. Has been well loved and preserved over the decades. Soft wood dovetail and square nail construction. Hand chamfored panels. I had to look a couple of times before realizing this is hand grain painted to resemble curly and birdseye maple. The artist had a good knowledge of this fine wood. Great attention to detail. All edges pain stakingly hand grain painted. Note how the original bull nose edge marble matches adjoining trim on dresser. All original large chunky porcelain knobs/pulls. VINTAGE FRENCH BOMBE CARVED PAINTED DRESSER#3283 This elegant French Dresser is in good original condition. And it has an antique tan/cream/beige finish color with unusual silver painted accents. This classic Dresser has dove-tailed drawers that are made of solid wood on the inside. And they are working properly. This gorgeous Dresser has drawers with stylish antique Brass-finish handles. And the other drawers have recessed wood handles, see pictures. This Dresser has an interesting Bombé shape on the front. And it is very wide, see pictures. This beautiful Dresser was produced by Glen Traditionals. Inc. A fine furniture manufacturer. The original paper tag is included with the Dresser. See pictures, however it is no longer attached due to age. The condition of this Dresser is secure and sturdy with some minor scratches/dents here and ... morethere proper to its age and as part of its wear and tear. Vintage Art Deco Dresser Painted in Annie Sloan Beautiful vintage welsh dresser made from oak and lovingly hand painted in Annie Sloan- French Linen. A fabulous solid piece with some wonderful detailing. It has been distressed in areas of natural wear as we think t his adds an extra dimension to the piece and highlights the pieces unique features. It has then been finished with natural wax to increase durability. A wonderful piece with all the attributed you'd expect. The bottom is made up of two cupboards each with a single door opening. The right cupboard also has a single shelf. The dresser top ha s been finished in a tongue and groove style and has two generous shelves each with a rebated trough making them ideal for displaying plates. There is an unusual sweet feature in that there is a small decorative bracket in the centre under ... moreeach of the shelves. The very top of the dresser has an extra deep canopy with a waved edge and subtle carved detailing. The waved edge of the canopy is continued on the side pillars. T he edge of the work top has a smooth beveled edge and there is a vertical rebated stripe detail in the central panel between the doors. The doors themselves have been decorated with a deep frame with quarter circles. Dots and rebated stripe designs. The piece sits on chunky square legs with beveled edges and a sturdy cross bar in the centre between the legs. What a sweet little chest of drawers! It is miniature. Not dollhouse size. Measurements are 15 inches tall, 18 1/2 wide and 8 inches deep. It is in good original condition. The color is a soft rosé with a small hand painted floral design on the bottom drawer. The knobs are believed to be original and seem to be a composite material, not glass. 3 drawers, working.

Antique Vintage Painted Marble Commode Chest of Drawers Italian Nightstand Table
Beautiful. Petite carved wood chest of drawers with marble top. The commode was probably some sort of burled wood that has now been painted a flat black. Because it was painted over burl, you can see the varying textures on the sides. It looks like the hardware or at least screws were replaced at some point as some of the screws are quite long when you open the drawers. The bottom drawer is hard to open. Some chipping to paint. The marble top is a beautiful shape with varying veining of purples and pinks. The piece is a great size and would work as an end table, nightstand, storage piece in a powder room, etc. I would recommend white glove shipping to protect the delicacy of the marble, but I'll leave shipping arrangements up to the buyer. Vintage Oak Bowfront Dresser with Mirror...painted and refurbished!
This is an antique bowfront oak dresser with mirror that although old. Was in great structural shape. Just needed some refreshing. I painted it with Southern Belle Decorative Paints and waxed it with Fiddes Wax. Southern Belle Decorative Paint is for sale on Ebay, Amazon and Etsy. The colors I used were Burlap Feed Sack for the entire piece and I dry brushed the detail pieces with Chrissie's Canning Jar and Talladega Tar. I then waxed in clear wax and Jacobean for the natural top. I painted the original hardware with the Chrissie's Canning Jar and Talledega Tar also. The piece is 42 inches wide. Truly Charming! Unique. Vintage rustic folk art heart-shaped tilted table top beveled mirror. in a hand-painted oak frame featuring two girls at the bottom of the frame. Circa 1930s- 1940s. The girls are wearing red. Blue/green& yellow folk country costumes. The oak is painted a golden-yellow color with blue/green trim. Two lovely brass rosettes hold the mirror to its frame. Vintage Barbola Style Dresser Easel Mirror Moulded & Painted Resin Beveled Glass
Up for auction is a vintage Barbola Style dresser mirror with a plastic paste(not gesso) crest of flowers and ribbon surrounding a beveled glass mirror and mounted on a wooden easel back frame. These mirrors were made in the 1920's and 1930's by making a plastic paste of resin and sawdust and moulding and painting the flowers and ribbon trim. The mirror is 10 1/2" tall and it is 8 1/2" across. It has two wooden bun feet in the front. It is not marked. The condition is excellent with no chips or cracks. Vintage Folk Art Painted Miniature Child's Dresser w Mirror Some Org Contents
This solid wood dresser with swing mirror and 3 draws is artistically hand painted with flowers and figures. In one of the pictures you will note the faded name of"Debbie" painted in the lower left corner of the top. There are contents pertaining to Debbie and 3 surprise gifts and note from Kris Kringle. One of the notes was made on a piece of old Christmas wrap from Gina. Debbie must have been special as well as the giver of the surprises she recieved. We've left the contents within including a pair of little red doll shoes. The dresser measures 23 1/2" wide. 8" deep and 20" tall including the swing mirror. The mirror is attached with two screws, it's easy on, easy off. The only other name on the chest is located on the back of the mirror. It's been stamped, Manufactured by the Condie-Bray Glass and Paint ... moreCo. St. Louis, MO, SEPT 19, 1916" You'll note the backing on the mirror is crackling but still gives a good image. The folksy paint job looks like it was done at a later time, guessing the 50's. The draws are joined with nails, there is an old smell when they are opened, not musty though. We've left the old wall paper lining just as it's always been since Debbie owned it. It's solid and heavy weighing 22 pounds unpacked. It's a sweetheart, chippy chic, hope someone appreciates it. Beautiful vintage mahogany mirror. It's from the 1940's to the best of my knowledge. I acquired this mirror at an antique store 20 years ago. It measures 34" tall at its highest point and 22" wide. It's in excellent vintage condition. The mirror is a flat mirror. Not beveled. It has a strong wire for easy hanging. I personally painted it a glossy black, giving it an updated look. This dresser was made in the late 1800s by the Mount Airy Furniture Company in North Carolina. It still bears its original labels on the back(see photo 5) This dresser has been hand painted and hand waxed with Annie Sloan chalk paint and soft wax. Knobs on drawers were made in Italy.
