Or mirror stand& vanity dating from the early Showa period between1930 and the early 50's boasts an adjustable 3 way mirror that creates multiple reflections, made in a beautiful extra thick quality glass with beveled borders that still has a very clear reflection for its age. The center below the mirror is adorned with a textured glass surface reflecting a pale blue colour. Its Art deco lines, adorned with a lovely stripy grain veneer in a golden shade are accented by silver tone openwork handles. Small drawers offer space for accessories or make-up and it can easily fit on a night stand, chest or work top making it an very useable and versatile piece. ANTIQUE VANITY SET BAKELITE DRESSER HAND MIRROR VINTAGE LOOKING GLASS
This is a very old vanity or dresser set in great condition. The items appear to be bakelite but I am going by what I was told when I purchased the lot at an estate sale. The pictures show the pieces to have a design or it might be stains that bleed throughout the backs with metal tear drops in the center. There are no cracks or chips in the glass. I only used water to clean these because I did not want to jeapordize damaging the set with any chemicals. The measurements are as follows. Mirror: 10 inches long X 3 1/2 inches wide. Brush: 8 inches long X 2 1/4 inches wide. File: 6 3/4 inches long X 1 inch wide. Container or Storage Box: 7 inches long X 2 inches wide x 1 inch deep. Awesome vintage minature maybe a salesman sample from back in the day. Companies would give these away to seniors in high school hoping the parents would by a larger version. Made of Cedar condition is good NOTHING broken chipped or cracked. The mirror is removable. It measures 12 inches long 4 inches deep and it is 10 inches tall. Note the wonderful little brass drawer pulls. Drawers slide in and out with ease, nothing warped. There are a couple of slight scratches, with a bees wax rub you would never notice them.

Features a rotating mirror and(3) operable drawers(2 small at top, 1 large at bottom) Arts and Crafts style. Unsigned/no maker's mark(s) Exact age is unknown but I would venture to guess it is from the late 19th/early-to-mid 20th century. Found at an indoor flea market in Andover, N.J. in a booth that was filled with only amazing, old treasures) Made of a lightweight/low density variety of wood(perhaps oak, pine or alike) held together with both nails& screws(see pics) Stained dark brown with lovely patina. Excellent vintage condition with NO major defects whatsoever. Some small/light scratches(mostly to dresser top surface) and other very minor"blemishes" ... morethroughout. Structurally solid& sturdy. Sits flat with NO wobble. I cleaned the dust and smudges off the mirror BUT did nothing else. So aside from the mirror. It is being offered for sale AS-FOUND, uncleaned. Look at the tight eyes of the maple. You can't find birds eye maple of this caliber on the market today. Mirrors do show some streaking because of age. Could easily be removed and restored. There is a minor split in the veneer(see close up photo 3rd from last) on the vanity. Measures 55-1/2" high to top of mirrors, 32 inches wide and 18" deep. Beautiful Turn of the Century American Oak Dresser Up for your consideration: A wonderful example of fine artistry by American Furniture Makers. This beautiful dresser was purchased at an old estate auction and although a lot of items came from Germany. This belonged to a couple of sisters who moved here from Germany. I am pretty sure they probably purchased it here in America rather than bringing it with them. It does resemble typical American Oak Dressers of the time period- I would say somewhere in the neighborhood of the 1900-1920's. They were quite up in years and the dresser was quite old when they purchased it and I found an Old Catholic Confirmation Certificate(in English) dated 1910 rolled up with what appeared to be an old Marriage License(in German) The lovely Beveled Mirror is in Excellent condition for its age and is framed ... morein a the beautiful Victorian tradition. Beveled Mirror attached well and swivels up or down. The Drawers feature the Grand Serpentine style. The drawers all lock and of course the original skeleton key is included. Hello. You are bidding on a rare antique birdseye maple vanity made by Northern Furniture Company in Sheboygan, WI between 1904-1949. It is in good condition but has been in storage for 20 years& I'd advise adding a clear protective coating to it. The mirror is beveled& shows age. I have included close up pic of it so you can see. It has all 4 original castors& knobs. Draw opens without difficulty. Dimensions are 59"x21"x35(with the mirror) The chair is sturdy but the veneer on the back is cracked& could use some repair. I invite you to consider this Beautiful Turn of the Century American Oak Dresser and helping my family become more debt free at the same time! A wonderful example of fine artistry by American Furniture Makers. This beautiful dresser was purchased at an old estate auction and although a lot of items came from Germany. This belonged to a couple of sisters who moved here from Germany. I am pretty sure they probably purchased it here in America rather than bringing it with them. It does resemble typical American Oak Dressers of the time period- I would say somewhere in the neighborhood of the 1900-1920's. They were quite up in years and the dresser was quite old when they purchased it and I found an Old Catholic Confirmation Certificate(in English) dated 1910 rolled up with what appeared to be an old Marriage License(in German) The lovely ... moreBeveled Mirror is in Excellent condition for its age and is framed in a the beautiful Victorian tradition. Beveled Mirror attached well and swivels up or down. The Drawers feature the Grand Serpentine style. The drawers all lock and of course the original skeleton key is included. I am not sure however if the dresser’s knobs are original or not. The Dresser features the rare and beautiful Tiger Oak Construction. Quarter Sawn) The drawers are all in pretty fine condition. One drawer seems to want to go in further than it should but could be easily remedied. There is also a chip in the front edge of one of the left drawers. Nice vintage 1930s 1940s art deco style waterfall vanity/dresser with round mirror. It appears to have been fairly recently refinished except for the mirror. The knobs and handles have been painted. The veneer appears to have been replaced. It has dovetail joinings of the drawers. It is in fair condition-even though it has been refinished. It has some areas that need work. The veneer has some spots where it is not smooth and somewhat uneven and there are some depressions in it. There is a small gap between the middle dresser top and where the mirror attaches. The mirror has places around the edges where the silver is rubbing off. It has other various nicks, dents, and scratches consistent with its age. Vintage Shabby Chic Doll Dresser / Vanity Oval Aged Mirror
I purchased this at an antique mall in Washington State about 12 years ago. It has been packed away. I thought it would make a great piece to mount on the wall for a unique display. It measures approx. 19" tall. 12 3/4" wide and 6" deep, has 3 working drawers, hand-painted blue flowers in several areas. The mirror is aged and it does swivel. One of the small drawers looks like it has melted crayon in it. I have taken pics of both.

absolutely fabulous old old old dresser with original hanging mirror! original design elements on dresser backsplash/ drawer corners and around knobs on top drawers So Cute! I changed out the original wooden knobs on the top drawers to a vintage blue milk glass ~ love the contrast the dresser had been painted all of these colors you see but I don't think they were consistent layers I sanded back most of the outer layer to expose a deeper butterscotch/ mustard color with hints of peach/ pink/ white and aqua on the mirror spindles as you can see one side is almost a solid mustard. In a glossy enamel paint and the other side(end) is splotchy with a deeper gold the front is mostly a light yellow which could be sanded further to expose more of the mustard/ butterscotch and whatever else lies below ~ I lined the interior drawer bottoms with ... morevintage seersucker fabric in cream with a gold stripe it had wooden wheels on it but I removed them as they were worn out and almost square ~ you could add wheels if you wanted to as the holes are already there mirror has some crackling/grazing/slight fogging ~ still in pretty nice condition ~ gives a true clear image condition: sturdy ~ solid ~ not loose or shaky! in very good antique condition each drawer opening has the old metal guides on each side ~ dresser is missing a total of 2 ~ 1 on the middle drawer and 1 on a top drawer ~ drawers open easily and it doesn't seem to be a big problem ~ they would probably move a little smoother with those 2 guides installed and maybe even some waxing/lubrication on the drawer itself where it slides in and out top of the dresser has some wood/veneer cracking/splitting(minor) on one side ~ I have sanded but not glued anything ~ I like it the way it is but you may want to smooth it a little more ~ top has natural aging and crackling this particular dresser/ bureau is so unique and sweet and charming I don't have words enough! measures 35" high 39" wide 20" deep mirror extends 26 1/2" more in height mirror is 29&

Vintage 1920's vanity dresser with triple mirror. Painted a very light gray(Behr Light French Gray) with chalk paint. Lightly distressed and finished/sealed with wax. It is a very pretty color-it almost looks white, but it is a very light bluish gray. It is old and it shows signs of its age such as scratches, nicks, etc. Mirror is original and has some areas where the silver is coming off and other markings.
