This is a stunning antique Oak dresser I bought about 30 years ago and have treasured ever since. Solid Oak. It has very unique grape and leaf handles which I had never seen before nor since. The drawers are held together with the most unique dowel type system using no nails. Please see the pictures as I have tried to show every detail. Has some markings which come from being well over a hundred years old but nothing to detract from it's beauty. Antique "OAK" Chiffonier Dresser (Stamped 2340)
Up for sale is a"OAK" Antique Chiffonier. There is a painted on stamp on the back slat board that says: CHIFFONIER 2340. I tryed to research it but didn't have any luck as to it's origin. The Chiffonier looks like it is all original except for the clear coat that was wiped on the wood to preserve it. Overall the wood oak grain looks to be in very good condition for it's age. By no means is the Chiffonier perfect. But out of a scale of 1-10 it is a 7 in my opinion. I compared this Chiffonier to others that have sold on Ebay for over $500 and they weren't half as nice as this one. VINTAGE OAK CURVED DRESSER DRAWER WITH MIRROR 2 small drawers and 1 larger drawer with key hole. No key. Original wooden casters The mirror has been replaced. It's not a bevel edge mirror.
