This is a great small Victorian child's dresser. Hand painted in what was usually called the'cottage style' Piece is walnut with a shaped mirror. Two handkerchief drawers and three regular drawers. There is a repair to one of the arms that hold the mirror to the base-it was well done and is quite stable. Beautiful original finish with a smooth and mellow feel. Overall size of the piece is 23 wide, 43 high, and 13 deep. The interior drawers are 17 wide, 3.5 high, and 10 deep. The small drawers are 4.5 wide, 1.75 high, and 6.5 deep. This is so sweet you could use it anywhere as a conversation piece. RARE & EXQUISITE CHILD SIZED VICTORIAN DRESSER LOOK
Available for your consideration is a gorgeous and rare child sized Victorian dresser. I personally have never seen anything like it before on Ebay. My guess it is from the late 1800s to early 1900s. I am unsure of the exact type of wood so please examine photos. I see no major repairs that would detract from this piece. Remember it is old! Look at the marble on this beauty. This is truly a collectible that can be cherished for generations. Some approximate measurements would be 65 H at the tip of the mirror by 12D by 26 W. AMERICAN EMPIRE SALESMAN SAMPLE MAHOGANY CHEST WITH SCROLL FEET CHILD DOLL SIZE
HI. great antique empire salesman sample dresser. this one has two small drawers on top with two wood handles each and three draweres on the bottom. the top drawer has no handles. It is curved and pulls out, almost like a hidden drawer. and the bottom two have 4 old wood handles. this is exactly how the large size empire chests would have been done. there are scroll feet on the the front legs and the back feet are beautiifully detailed and not just chunks. the piece is high quality and tounge and groove joints, i think the wood is mahogany, but i am not sure.it is dark stain on the outside. just wonderful detailing especially the back legs that are so beautifully detailed.minor wear to finish and some small areas missing veneer. see pictures, nothing to big or noticiable. top has some cracklature in the finissh. a few small dings. but for ... morethe age in very fine condtion. dont miss this one, it is really a special piece and fresh from a local estate, not on the market yet this is the first time in many many years. it came from a collectors home recently sold. measurements. 11 inches high 6 7/8 inches deep at deepest point 12.5 inches wide please see all the pictures and email any questions before bidding. we accept paypal only and payment within 3 days of end of auction. thanks for bidding.

Antique 19th Century Child's Children's or Large Doll Chest of Drawers w/ Mirror
Great little child's primitive chest of drawers or vanity. Looks to be all original and has wheels at the base. There is writing on the back of chest and one of the words I can make out is'Buffalo. 3 wide drawers and 2 short ones at the top. There is a mirror which has primitive carving around it. Pulls look to be original. Could be used for a large doll. Condition: The bottom drawer does not open-it feels sealed shut. I tried opening it by taking out the drawer out above it and pushing from behind(because I didn't want to brake pulls) But it would not budge. Mirror is original to piece and has darkened over the years. There are splits in the bottom of inside of 2 drawers. With it's flaws. It is still a wonderful little piece. Small Chest or Child's Dresser W/ AMAZING Victorian Decoupage Folk Art Die Cut
Offered here is an amazing. One-of-a-kind small chest of drawers or child's dresser that has been covered with Victorian decoupage of various die cut printed pieces of advertising, greeting cards, etc. I have seen a lot of antiques, and looked on the internet for similar pieces, but I can't find anything comparable to this. This is a great handmade folk art piece that would be the highlight of any room. Despite it's petite size. A great decorator piece to put on top of another chest or table, use as a side table or night stand, put at the end of a hall, etc. Yes. This is covered with hundreds, if not thousands, of small colorful pieces of paper. I've tried to show this in the photos, particularly in the one of the top with the glancing light, and on another the edges of the drawer. Chest measures 22 1/2" wide. 21 3/4" ... moretall, and 12 1/2" deep overall. The basic case is about 21" x 21" x 12" with the top extending on the sides and front, and the small scalloped backsplash adding a bit to the depth. The chest is constructed out of pine. Including the drawer bottoms, and has nicely paneled sides. There is lovely, period paper lining the drawers. The back of the dresser was covered by some previous owner with a piece of masonite and is a newer addition. Please see all the photos. TIGER MAPLE CHEST of DRAWERS ---- CHILD'S SIZE !!!!!!
Child's size tiger maple dresser. This is a keeper! Not a miniature! Very special maple with great figure as you should be able to see in the photos. This is the second of two dressers. I used the same photos from the first chest of the drawer and back. There is no difference. 4 graduated drawers. Mitered top molding. Mitered bottom molding. Nicely shaped bracket feet. The drawers are made of poplar and the back is cherry. This is HAND MADE and new. I never use pine. Only hardwoods even for drawer bottoms or backs. American made solid brass knobs. This has a glass smooth hand rubbed finish to a satin sheen. I get better detail in natural light but it does make the dresser look a shade lighter and brighter. You will not see chips and tears in the wood. DIMENSIONS: 18 1/2" wide. 17 3/4" tall and 9 1/8" deep. Thanks!

This is a wonderful Victorian era child's dresser that came from a Victorian doll collection. Approx measurements: 41 1/2" tall by 24" wide by 11 1/2" deep. Overall condition is very good especially for age. There are a couple screws that do not appear to be original. For holding the mirror onto the dresser. Antique Oak Child's Dresser with Mirror Original Pulls and Decorative Painting
Adorable little antique child's dresser with mirror. It's oak and has some original decorative painting on the top and drawer fronts. The drop pulls are original too. With a good cleaning and new coat of varnish. It will look great. The mirror fits into slots but there's nothing to hold the mirror in place once it's there. Antique Child's 19th C. Primitive Mahogany Chest of Drawers-Folk Art- AAFA
Read all of this and look at all the photos. This little mahogany childs chest of drawers came out of a Boulder estate last week. All original. Nothing altered little chest is 10 1/16" back to front and 13 1/8" side to side, and 13 1/2" high, with the back splash 2 1/2" The alligator finish is irregular and has a water stain on the top. I didn't want to mess with it. This little gem looks like 1850 period and east coast origin. We do see things in Boulder from early Pennsylvania. Certainly no later than 1870. It has many hand cut small nails that have bled into the wood. The four drawers have been painted pink inside at a later period and measure app. 8 x 11 x 2 1/2. The lower left front rail is partially missing and the right back rail is missing. There is an old crack on the top. They really do not distract from ... morethe piece. The sides are slightly curved. The secondary wood is pine. Again. This is a wonderful little chest in unrestored condition that was likely made on a farm on the east coast 150 years ago. It has a bigger presence than the photos show. This wowed me when I saw it, and you will not be disappointed. It will be double boxed and well packed.
