Offered without reserve is an old oak plant stand/ fern pedestal from an estate. This stand would date back into the Victorian era circa 1900. It has a fantastic looking turned fluted column and 4 carved claw or paw feet on the bottom. The finish is old and original, it has some age crazing normally seen on an antique piece from this era but it looks very good overall. There are various small dings, light scratches and a small chip in the column shown in the 4th close up photo, the top has some stains but it is what you would expect a piece that is over 100 years old to look like, it is an old original antique. The top measures approx. 13" across by 2 3/4" thick, it is 30 1/4" tall, it is approx. 10" from claw foot to claw foot, the fluted column is approx. 3 3/4" at the widest point. Mariani's Antiques LLC Specialists of Victorian Glass Since 1970 Columbia-US Glass Ruby Stained Broken Column Syrup. This syrup is beautiful and substantial. The syrup measures approx. 7" to the top of the pewter lid. The lid is original. But is missing the tab to open it, otherwise the lid is nice. The syrup has about 95% ruby stain with some minor manufacturer's strawmarks toward the bottom. The handle is applied and the pontil on the bottom is smooth and nice. Overall this is a nice piece and very hard to find in Broken Column. This particular pattern in ruby stain was never reproduced. The inside of the syrup is clear and not cloudy. The syrup weighs 1 1/2 pounds. Buyer to pay postage which includes insurance and delivery confirmation through Ebay's shipping which saves you 35% on shipping. Circa 1890 Broken Column Glass Creamer & Spooner
Both are sun-purpled. No chips or cracks on the spooner which measures 4.5" tall. Nice and clear. The creamer is also nice and clear but has a Y shaped 2" long heat check crack on the side, which I show as best I can in the closeup. There is also a chip and flake on the top rim on one of the protuding column ends, repairable, see closeup. The creamer measures 4 3/4" tall.

Huge set of porch column posts or Piers from a circa 1890 classical style victorian home. Measure 93" tall- are fluted with 10" square shafts and are 13.5" square on top capital and bottom base. There is a 6' run of railing- the railing is 28" high with 5" wide hand rail on top. Balusters are 2.75" square and 20.5" tall. Great set- most likely for a porch overhang. Could be re-used interior or exterior. Great old shabby chippy peeling yellow paing. Both piers have two cutouts where railing went into the post- there is a panel added to the railing to cover this are when the railing is attached. Posts are HOLLOW on the inside. Pair of Edwardian Sterling Silver Octagonal Column Shape Candlesticks from Sheffield dated 1907 Each Candlestick measures approximately 3 inches or 7 6 mm across the width and length of its square base from side to side by just under 2 inches or 5 0 mm across the width and length of the square upper rim or sconce from side to side. Each recessed candle holder is just over 3/4 of an inch or 20 mm across its width or diameter from side to side by 7/8 inches or 2 1 mm deep and both candlesticks stand 5 1/2 inches or 14 0 mm tall to the top of their sconce rims. Both candlesticks are made from sterling silver with square raised relief step decorated bases that have octagonal column shaped upper bodies and they have shaped tops or candle sconces. VINTAGE VASELINE GLASS CORDIAL w/FIGURINE COLUMN. What an interesting piece of Vaseline Art Glass made like a glass sculpture. This is a mini-Cordial Vaseline Glass that has a white glass Figurine/Cheerleader column. A great piece to start a conversation. The top and bottom base is the vibrant green Vaseline. It has a small glass bowl top for drinking and it only measures 2 1/8" across x approx 1" deep. The bottom flat base measures approx 2" diameter. The column between the two looks to be a white"milk glass" Figurine/Cheerleader. She is showing her bare breasts and is holding the top Vaseline bowl with her arms straight up. Holding the stepped carved top, supported by the linear and geometrical base and foot. The entire piece is constructed out of mahogany and bears a magnificent patina! Size: 28” in height. Condition report: After close inspection we find the column to have several cracks in the wood located at the base, body, and wrist of lady. Otherwise very good for its age. Pair of Sterling Silver Column Candlesticks– Antique Edwardian A fine and impressive pair of antique English sterling silver column candlesticks; part of our ornamental silverware collection. Description. These fine antique Edwardian English sterling silver column candlesticks are crafted in the Corinthian style. The Corinthian capital of each candlestick retains the original hallmarked detachable push fit sconce ornamented with an applied bead decorated border. Each candlestick has a plain column with unusual applied Corinthian style pillars to each corner. Onto a stepped square spreading base. The base is ornamented with an embossed floral motif decorated border. Both candlesticks have weighted bases as expected and are fitted with green baize to the underside. An antique"split column" gilt mirror with Boston paper label on wood back. 11 Photos) The mirror. 20 1/2" high by 11" wide, is a nice, small size.the mirror has been replaced at one time and the top t wo rosettes are missing(fairly easy to replace) There is wear on the gilt on the bottom half round and a bit on the inside of the vertic als. But overall the gilt is ver y good. The paper label on the wooden back is of J F Cabot& Brother of Su dbury St reet in Boston. I'll google them and see if I can give some dates of being in bus iness. I've handled a lot of various mirrors over my 43 years in the busi ness and know that it is hard to find split columns with gilt of this quality. Happy Huntin g!

ANTIQUE STERLING SILVER ARCHITECTURAL COLUMN SHAPED Salt and Pepper
This lot is a pair of sterling silver salt and pepper shakers from Birmingham England. The are 2 3/4" tall. The square base is 1" x 1" They are marked with English hallmarks-anchor lion S and makers mark of S.J.R. A kind ebayer has emailed to say these were made in 1992 by S J Rose&Son. They weigh over an ounce each but they are weighted so I don't know how much of the weight is silver. They are in good condition. Just need to clean them. One shaker is missing the green felt from the bottom.

Finally identified as a Shaw and Clark. Paw Foot Empire with most of hand painting still there. Base(foot to foot) measures 11 1/2" x 8" All parts. Including spool holder spring and bushings, are there and working. there is a slight binding in one part of crank rotation-a little annoying but does not affect operation. Gitzo G1340 Mk 2 Inter Pro Studex Series 3 Tripod + G1315 Rapid Column
Here's a nice Gitzo G1340 Mk 2 Studex Inter Pro Series 3 Tripod with a G1325 Rapid column. The legs are adjustable for three angles. The non-rotating center column is reversible, and there is a built in bubble level. The working height is 18.5" to 74.5" with a load capacity of 22 lbs. The folded length is 29" and it weighs 7.8 lbs. This one shows average signs of use but it looks good and works fine. A rock solid tripod for studio or location for both still and video.
