They had it displayed with a old lace runner on the top– you never could even tell there’s a flaw on the veneer top of you use a runner! I have not altered this piece in any way– but I did use some orange oil polish on the wood to bring back a bit of the luster that was lost in a layer of dust(professional antique furniture care product used) This table needs to be tightened up a bit. These chairs have vintage green velvet type fabric covering with matching gimp trim, the fabric is wonderful vintage condition with no holes, tears or rips but does have some light soils on the seats of one or two of the chairs.One chair has been re-enforced at the back by the seat and this only shows at a small area at the seat(see close-up picture) this was most likely done some time ago when the chairs were recovered with this fabric.
