THE ROP IS AROUND 36' X 24' EACH OF THE 2 LEAVES ARE 13' THIS WOULD MAKE THE TABLE AROUND 36' X 50'WHEN THE SIDE LEAVES ARE UP. THE CONDITION OF THE LEAFS AND THE BODY IS SUPER. THE MAIN PART OF THE TABLE HAS HAD A VASE SITTING ON IT FOR THE PAST 30 YEARS OR SO AND HAS LEFT A SHADOW. THERE ARE ALSO 3 BLACK MARKS THAT COULD VERY WELL BE A BURN FROM CIGARETTES OR SOME THING ELSE. SO THE TOP CAN BE LEFT AS IT IS BECAUSE IT IS NOTHING MORE THAN NORMAL WEAR TO ME.
