Condition: Used Location: Howard Beach, United States EXCEPTIONAL MIRROR IMAGE PAIR of Chinese Famille Rose/ Verte Dynasty lamps with gorgeous. Complex raised decoration. The images mirror each other so this ... moreis a true pair and the lamps feature two different views. On one side is a striped awning, draped pavilion with tiled floor. It's a party with elegantly dressed and coifed Lords and Ladies conversing while servants offer refreshment. On the opposing side is a lovely longtailed songbird in a rose thicket surrounded by butterflies. Both scenes are topped by raised golden lizards with long tails. The handles are green opposing or"kissing kitties" The"walls" dividing the scenes feature 2 pairs of scaled google eyed coy fish and abundant flora decoration. The surface of the lamps has a wonderful slightly raised texture where the paints were applied. The photos do not do proper justice to these fabulous lamps! They are large. Measuring 16 1/2" to the top of the vase and 9" wide. The mounts are antique brass and the bases are footed chinese wood stands in dark brown. I have just replaced sockets in both lamps and they function beautifully. The shades shown are not included in this auction but if you want them, I will include them in a separate box for an additional $100.00 plus shipping. In my opinion, these lamps really should have large custom made tall drum shades. This pair was purchased from a wealthy estate in South Beach about 10 years ago and are VERY FINE. I do not know the exact age and I am not going to take them apart to see the markings on the bottom of the vases. Ebay limits the number of photos to 12. The large front center hinge lock works fine but I do not have a key for this trunk and don't know if the lock works. Both of the side front locks have issues but display well. Spectacular"Highly Figured Solid Maple" Chest of Drawers Circa 1895 I fully restored this lovely piece.It features incredible"highly figured" solid maple with Birdseye maple veneers on the oxbow top drawer fronts. All of the brass hardware. Including the key hole covers are original.As you can see the hardware is the icing on this cake! The original drawer locks are all in place and in excellent working order using the beautiful key I had made. The top of the dresser has incredible patina and some of the finest grain figuring you will see.The top is first class all the way. All drawers were totally rebuilt and slide like silk. The drawers feature the highly sought after dovetail joinery. I restored the finish all by hand using a custom rich stain to achieve the highlighted rich burgundy followed by many. This is a"bonnet top" dresser meaning the top two drawers protrude and overhand the lower level drawers. The sides have great architectural design with the paneled construction. Like any fine antique. This piece has minor imperfections and character marks in the wood. The posts which hold the drawer handle in place are brass plated steel, some of the plating has worn off after 135 plus years. The photos show casters in the legs. Antique Vintage Large Vanity Dressing Tabletop Shaving Wooden Swivel Mirror
Antique Victorian style wooden swivel mirror for a tabletop vanity or dresser. Mirror may have also been used for shaving. The frame and base are wood. I am not sure what type of wood it is. But if I had to guess I would say Mahogany, but please determine for yourself. Approximate measurements are 21 1/2" tall, 18 1/2" wide at the base and 6 1/2" deep(at the base) The mirror appears to be original and has that antique mirror patina with small black specking throughout. This is the perfect mirror if you are looking for something that shows its age, character and patina. Condition of the glass is good and it has a beveled edge all the way around(set in about 1" there is some chipping of the glass up underneath the top of the wood frame, difficult to see unless you really looking(please see last photo) Condition of the wood ... moreis good with some wear, patina and cracking to the finish in spots. Antique vintage French Louis XV style dressing vanity
it has to be picked up. No shipping. the finish is far from perfect but still a beautiful display piece. i think the wood is oak but i'm not an expert by any means. it has chinese decor on it, three piece folding mirror, cane seat bench matches, the back has 921 stamped on it and i can't find any other markings as to the maker. it has scratches, chips and staining on the deck, some of the chinese decor is broke off and gone. NOTE: I did find the wooden back to the center mirror and it is now included.

Antique Gem De Luxe Razor Swivel Suction Cup Shaving Mirror Vintage Gillette
Wow this is a very rare old Gem.De.Luxe shaving mirror. I couldn't find another one anywhere on the net. only a few razors of that brand. It has a spin down suction cup base. The old suction cup is hard as a rock from age so it wont work. But its all there. The mirror is real good just a light area of alligatoring. Its nickel plated not sure about the base metal I believe some brass some steel(the swivel clamp has a little surface rust. Stands 10" tall. The mirror is 5 1/4" in diameter. The base is 2 3/4" in diameter. It will stand up with out the suction cup working but is not real stable.

I am almost positive this was for a mirror but i could be wrong you collectors will be the judge. i did not put any polish on t at all it had lots of dust on it all i did was take a brush and brushed the dust off so it will need a good furnish polish to make the wood pop out much nicer. any questions please ask. do to its large thick heavy size its for pick up only unless you have some shipping company come pick it up. thank you so kindly for your time HAPPY HOLIDAYS
