This beautiful green leather Chesterfield sofa is no exception. The cushions are quite comfortable and the look of the buttoned green leather is unparalleled. This couch is in excellent condition with the leather having the proper amount of wear but no damage to it. This Chesterfield was made in England and the circa date is about 1980. The entire couch sits on mahogany bun feet and a birch frame that are quite strong and sturdy. The sofa was recently refurbished in England to bring back the leather's original color and luster as well as having the seat cushions re-stuffed. The seat height measures 17.5" A beautiful green leather Chesterfield sofa. Looks great from all angles. The cushions are removable for easy cleaning. The cushions are soft enough to be comfortable. But firm enough that you don't sink into them. The rolled arms are part of the classic Chesterfield look. The buttoned leather back is gorgeous. These mahogany bun feet are quite sturdy. One arm, and 2 side chairs. they are ... morenewly recovered with a gorgeous soft pink fabric that is nicely tufted. i said newly, the fabric may be a few years old but it is in new condition. i am not for sure what the fabric may be. i bought this set from a wealthy estate and it is possible that it is silk, but i can not be for sure. at any rate, it is a very fine fabric. there are no damages to the set as far as i can tell, save one of the casters on the sofa kept falling out so i put a dowel in the hole, glued it and redrilled it for the caster. other than that i know of no damage or repairs to the set. it is very sturdy with no wiggles or wobbles etc. the backs of the chairs are all nicely laminated. my pictures are not very good as the lighting where i have this set is poor. the entire set of course is pierced carved in the finest fashion. the detail on this set is as good as i have ever seen in stanton hall. the finish is wonderful, however, my pictures are dull and that is not the true state of the finish. also the color of the wood and fabric is not exact by along shot. i will take the arm chairs outside tomorrow and get some pictures in the sunlight. the room they are in is inside the middle of my house and there are no windows there. anyway, i can get some much more accurate photos of the finish and colors of the wood and fabric and should anyone care to see them i will be more than happy to send them to you. also if there is anything else you want to see close up of, please ask and i will supply them as well. the legs are nicely carved, fluted, and contoured which does not show well in the pictures, nor does the carving in the center of the front of the seat support show very well. it is i promise you a very wonderful set. i am starting it at a money back price or less. i see a three piece set on ebay for 55K and 2 side chairs for 20K. the sofa is 66 inches wide, 49 inches tall, and the seat is

1960's Flexsteel Blue Green Tufted Sofa 5 Piece Sectional Couch Excellent 12x10
This is a truly wonderful sectional in near mint condition. It dates to the mid-sixties. There are 5 pieces so you can arrange them how you like or have a smaller couch and a loveseat on a separate wall. This was in a living room that was unused for most of its life. There is some dust on the tufted button areas but there are no stains or wear spots. There are 3 flaws. One button is missing, one plastic wheel ring is missing and there is a small slit on the back of one piece. Some of the cushions have a crunchy sound like there is a plastic or laminate coating on the exterior of the foam. Both sides of all cushions are excellent and match the rest of the upholstery. The original flyer was found under a cushion and the end arm rest cover is still where it should be! It measures approx. 12' one direction and 10' the other. There is one button missing on the front of the seat. It needs to be re-set back down. Along with one other button cover missing from the armrest. See pictures. Couch 31" high X 35" deep X 91" long Chair 31" high X 35" deep X 29" wide Pay close attention to the length of the couch. It's very long. I am not a furniture dealer so I will describe this set to the best of my knowledge and am glad to answer any other questions you may have. This set was in my grandmothers house since I was very young. I am now 49. That is all I know about the age. We were never allowed to even sit on it back then. So the 3 years at my home, in a room we rarely use are all the wear there is. Minor surface scratches on the wood, and light wear on the fabric. When I got the set, the foam in the cushions was dry rooted. I had the covers dry cleaned and the foam replaced by a professional. The couch spring area in the center, seemed to droop, so it was repaired. Still has all original springs, ... moreetc. everything was held in by nails and some had started to back out. So repair consisted of putting everything back in place. The staples putting the fabric cover back over the bottom are partially new. None of this can be seen unless you look underneath. Vintage tufted suede & chrome mid century sofa
This sofa by Stow Davis is in original mint condition. We believe it may have been designed by Robert Haussmann. The original upholstery is a gorgeous dove gray real leather suede. The three cushions have suede on both sides and only one side of one cushion has a stain on it(which you can see in the photos) that is really an area someone wiped it with a wet rag that could likely be restored if you absolutely wanted to. Measures 32" deep and 26.5" tall and exactly 7 feet long. You can seat 3 on it very comfortably. This sofa has never been in a smoky environment and is impeccably clean and odor free. The suede goes all the way around the back and I have taken photos from every angle so that you can see there is no hidden damage. One small hole in the back corner is shown in a photo. Overall this sofa remains in good condition. You will notice in the photos crackling in the leather on the arm rests and back rest. This can be an attractive feature on the leather and as long as you keep the leather conditioned with leather conditioner twice a year. It will not progress. Both arm rests exhibit some scuffs and the lower left corner on the back has some old scuffs(actual marks in the leather) as well. Finally, the middle cushion has looser leather than the other two cushions, most likely due to something heavy being put on it. This sofa is fresh from a Cincinnati Ohio area estate and being sold exactly as it was found. This is from a smoke free/ pet free home and is free of any rips, tears, repairs or unsightly stains. Sofa is very clean and could be moved into any home and used just as it is as it was in a formal area of the home that was seldom used.
