Have a look at the gorgeous Tiger Stripe grain figure throughout; with beautiful Incised& Leaf carvings& ribbed apron base. A couple small bits of carving on the corners missing, touched up to blend. The upholstery is not original, re-done at some point in time but it is cheerful& perfectly servicable with no holes, tears or odors. The upholstery could be easily recovered in you choose. Although there is no mattress.I guess there must have been some padding at one time. Im sure you creative types out there can figure out exactly how this originally functioned. When open, the front section is webbed& has inner springs, perhaps the back section also did at one time. There is a heavy iron center latch& thick iron fold-down corner supports. On the one side you can see 2 folding iron frames that come to rest at an angle, presumably as headrests. The sofa measures 72.5 inches long, 21.5 inches deep& 33 inches high with a 23 inch high pillow end& 16 inch high seat. Vintage Antique 1920's Era White Wicker Chaise Lounge Sofa Couch Chic and Shabby
This is a very nice vintage white wicker chaise lounge. It is very well constructed. With springs and a bottom cushion. It had a back cushion but I washed it and it didn't make it! It is hard to measure due to the shape, but measures approximately 63" in length from the top to the bottom edge of the cushion. 38" from the floor to the top of the back, and 24" across at the foot base. Please ask for specific items to be measured and I will do my best. Some of the brackets underneath are loose and need to be tightened. There is one spot on the front bottom that needs to be repaired where some of the wicker is broke(see pic) I think a bit of glue will fix this problem. Naturally there are signs of wear for it's age. This is a most unusual designer piece. It is we believe faux leather although it looks and feels like real leather. It is cream and tobacco colored. It measures app. 75" long and 35" in ht. at its highest point. It is in very nice condition with only a 1" separation in a seam that is hidden by the attached back and is not at all visible. Selling due to surgeries& out of work. This was my wife's grandmothers who lived on historic lookout mountain in TN. We don't no anything about it except its at least 65 years old. She had a lot of very old and expensive furniture so I would guess at one time this was expensive. It needs re upholsterer and 2 seperate places need to re nailed and fixed. And where 1 of the front legs go in needs to be looked at if your planning on using it a lot if your leaving for looks it can be left alone. It is a wonderful lounge. Very comfortable and in great condition as you can see in the photographs! It measures approx. 57" in length, 37" in width and is 15" tall to the top of the first'hump' and 30" tall at it's highest point. It is in the exact condition shown. With no rips or tears that I can see in the upholstery. No foul aroma, signs of smoke, etc. Removed from a Connecticut estate. A very fine 1960's Le Cobusier design chaise lounge made by Cassina of Italy. It is made of chrome finish tubular steel. The seat supports are of rubber. The upholstery is of cowhide. The headrest is of black leather? With a zipper. The headrest has brass buckles and leather straps. The straps that were attached to the upholsrery have worn off. Paper labels of Cassina on the black finished iron foot base. The base is 36" wide by 12" tall by 19-1/2" deep. The cowhide is 72" long by 17" wide. The lounge is 63" long by 20-1/2" wide by 17" tall at head. The tubular steel. Rubber supports, black iron base, and headrest, are fine. The cowhide has some small wear spots to hairs here or there.

Nearly new chaise from Design Within Reach. I think the line was called American Made( Color is a blood orange. So between orange and red. Super firm foam. Purchased about 3-4 years ago in Charlotte, NC for close to $2,000. No longer available through the stores. In great, almost new condition, as it has been mostly stored. One small compression nick on one side(picture 7) and slight finish darkening on exposed wood. All labels attached. Fourth picture shows a couple of felt furniture bumpers I attached to keep the back from hitting the wall.
