Wood slat back with the original upholstered zippered seat and back cushions(red) CONDITION: Great vintage condition with typical wear due to age and use. The wood is in excellent condition– minor dings and marks due to age and use. The upholstery is faded and worn. The foam in the seat cushions is a bit more broken down/compressed than the foam in the back cushions. The couch strapping is sturdy the way it is now as someone has added extra strapping and an inner frame along the bottom frame of the couch– in order to attach the extra strapping from side to side(to support the original front to back strapping that had lost elasticity) Only visible with cushions off of the couch. However. It you want to bring it back ... moreto its original glory, the strapping underneath the seat cushions needs to be replaced.
