You are looking at a preowned Mr.Christmas Gold Label Mini Illuminated Wooden Music Box. Features the caption"Compliments of Season" on the front of the box. It has a switch on the back which allows you to change between Christmas Carols and All Time Classics. When opened the music box lights up and plays a selection of music. Inside it looks like a village setting with the train moving around the christmas tree. Exact year of manufacture is unknown. Uses 4 AA batteries or power plug(NOT inlcuded) Cosmetically the music box is in good condition. It does show wear with some slight loosening of the decals. Manuscript musical score and Latin lyrics on well aged vellum; in red and black ink with color highlights to illuminated letters. 24" x 16.5" Sight condition overall very nice. With some fading and rubbing off of paint to verso, some very light staining, a few small holes and edge chips, and some fading, as shown. Undated. But main text and vellum are ancient and carry characteristics of the late 15th to early 17th century, probably from an Italian antiphonary. Miniature in nice shape. LARGE HAND-ILLUMINATED ANTIPHONAL VELLUM LEAF. Pages 40& 41, extracted from a European Medieval hymnal, date and country unknown. The text is in Latin, and the musical notation is primitive- probably dates before 1600. The leaf measures about 15" X 22.5" An unusually large size. The sheet is illuminated on both sides in red and black. The condition is fairly good: some soiling and wrinkling; one little hole; a 2" tear at the margin; also red ink staining(probably ancient) at the top corner; the reverse side is toned a darker shade than the obverse. For your consideration is this beautiful Vintage Illuminated Clock Thermometer Musical Lighthouse. It stands approximately 14 3/4" tall with a 5 1/4" diameter base. The clock is run by one AA battery. The light on the top of the lighthouse(picture#4) is illuminated with four AA batteries, no batteries included in sale) The thermometer works fine, the clock as a second hand and does a nice little"tick tock" sound. Illuminated manuscript, Roman Catholic Music written in Latin with page number
15 inches by 19.5 inches red and black on what we belive to be Vellum Manuscript Musical Score. Condition is acceptable, there are wrinkles in the paper, a few instances of ink rubbing off, a few small holes and a torn corner lower right hand. Printed front and back. The back side is in better condition, probably due to being covered and not exposed to light. On the back side bedised red and black there is some gold printing used to highlight the musical notes and text. It is undated but based on internet research, may be as old as 15th to 17th century. It is framed in an inexpensive wood frame with glass, that it has been in it for years.

10" TALL ILLUMINATED MARY STATUE REVOLVING WITH MUSIC BOX HAND PAINTED
This is a pretty Virgin Mary statue. It is in used but nice condition. The Virgin Mary is a clear resin material with hand painted features. She revolves on a gold tone metal base which manually winds up for the music box base. It plays a pretty song. But I do not know the title of it. Inside the statue are several colored lights which blink when the switch is activated on the bottom. The lights operate on 2 AA batteries and the battery compartment and door are in excellent shape. Ancient Gregorian Chant Manuscript Extremely rare! Original hand written Church music with illuminated initials. Very unique. One of a kind book in the original full leather binding! Every page was hand painted, and made with care in a very large format, so it can be read from a distance. Book is at least 300 years old and could be much older! It has withstood the test of time. And has only had minor repairs over the years. It appears to have survived a fire, but still remains in very good condition. Exterior is bound in full leather which has some staining and wear; see pictures. Interior binding is hand sewn; coming loose, but still fully attached; many repairs to the page edges with glued paper to keep pages in use; occasional repair to portions of lettering which have been re-drawn. Antique Sheet Music Illuminated Manuscript on Vellum Roman Catholic
This is an antique piece of sheet music on vellum(animal hide) and has been calligraphed in black and red ink. It's double sided and both sides can be seen easily in the double-sided frame that has clear glass on both sides. I'm no expert in historical or antique books. Music, or other printing so the best I can tell you about this is that such items are often Italian but can be from virtually any European country. Also, it is clear that this is all done painstakingly by hand. It looks like it is one page taken out of a large book of such manuscripts. Sadly. I have trouble interpreting a few of the letters so I haven't even tried to do a Google translation from the original Latin to anything else. Maybe a bidder out there is more astute in this regard than me and can provide me with a translation to share with the bidding public. ... moreIt is in very nice condition and the manuscript measures out at approximately 21 inches by 15.5 inches. The frame is just a little wider and taller. Although the frame is clearly intended to be hung on the wall. It can be easily picked up so that the reverse side can also be viewed. An elegant antique representation of what I suspect is Roman Catholic. Such manuscripts were made as far back as the mid 1400's and as recent as the 1700's as far as I can gather. From other examples I've found online my guess is that this piece was made between the 1600's and 1700's. In particular, I like the artistic rendering of very large capital letters as you can see in the photos in this auction. You are bidding on a striking and very rare leaf of musical score from a Catholic Antiphonary. Hand- painted in black, blue and red with a beautifully illuminated lined blue and red initial, featuring extensive linework and intricate details, circa 16th-17th century. Large Manuscript leaf with 5-line musical score and Latin Gothic lettered lyrics. On well aged rippled vellum; in red and black ink w/ one large beautiful illuminated capital. With fantastic blue and red detailing, as shown. Measures 23" x 15.5. Probably Italian or Spanish in origin. Condition overall decent. With some small instances of staining, edgewear, chipping, and light paint rubbing, as shown. Undated, but main text and vellum are ancient and carry characteristics of the 16th to early 17th century. Beautiful initial with intricate linework trailing around. From throughout ... moreand within the large capital letter. A showstopper! Ink nice and bright. Although it has some slight fading, browning along the binding margin, as shown. A museum worthy piece. The piece is 15 1/2" x 21" This is an exceptional original c1490/1520 two page medieval music manuscript written on vellum. A manuscript of religious worship. This work is written on lambskin vellum a medieval form of leather. Original medieval vellum with beautifully handwritten text drawn from Scripture. Original medieval music in red, black and blue on two pages(single leaf front/back. This is all I know any other insight would be much appreciated.
