Antique Clear and Amber/ Yellow GLASS Footed Bowl with an etched design along the outer edge. This dish measures approximately 7 inches diameter across the top and stands 3 1/8 inches tall. The base is 4 1/2 inches in diameter. It is in Great Vintage or Antique Condition with just one very tiny spot(fleabite? on the rim. It looks like it could be a bubble in the glass right on the edge, it is hard to see. I see some tiny chips on some points of the cut glass pattern part, this is also hard to see. Elegant 9” Amber Glass 19th Cent. Bowl. Scalloped Rim, Lovely Painted Sweet Peas, 1 Chip ~ ~ ~ The style, materials, design, beauty as well as its base wear suggest this is late Victorian, perhaps the largest bowl from a berry set. Measuring 9” by 3 5/16” this pale amber glass bowl has no scratches, indeed little wear other than that seen on its base, gilt border, plus the shallow chip(about 3/8” by ¼” which mainly shows because 2-3 of its white enameled dots are gone; the chip is not especially sharp. The 16 scallops around the rim were edged with“gold” originally but much of that is worn away from use. I do see a tiny chip on the top edge of one scallop, but it may have been a manufacturing flaw as it was gilded over at the factory, in my opinion. A highly detailed vine of blue, white, pink sweet peas, blossoms& buds, is“framed” ... moreby extensive tendrils with many leaves involving 4 shades of green to indicate shadows on the vine& its offshoots. Very skillfully painting of an intricate design, but of a simple subject. Elegant, understated, this berry bowl set filled with raspberries, strawberries, or even blueberries must have been lovely on the dinner table. As found, as is, still beautiful after all these years. This listing is for a Lot of 5 Vintage Clear Amber Depression Glass Soup Bowls. The bowl are in excellent gently used vintage condition. Only light surface scratches on the inside. One of the bowls has what appears to be a small stress crack running along the handle, very tiny, barely noticeable. Also, on some, you can feel little uneven spots along the rim, this is cause by tiny air bubbles within the glass. The auction house had these beautiful pieces listed as antiques. However, I have not been able to support that claim and therefore list them as vintage. This is a very luminous glass. It is leaded crystal and has a nice ring to it, hand blown. This has a sheared top edge, so it was cut, has just a minor roughness to the top edge. This is hand painted with beautiful white and blue flowers, yellow and green accents, the enamel is very thick and raised, no damage, original. The bowl has semi fluted sides, it is 4 1/2" across by 3" high, the sides are almost straight, some of the photos give it a more flared shape from the angle. Very glowing sparking crystal glass. Amber cut glass bowl or holder that gets attached to the wall....I guess.
This is beautiful cut glass colored amber pink orange but I don't know what it is. I bought it in Texas about 30 years ago from an antique store and have had it attached to a spare bedroom wall for many years. Intending it to be a catch-all for glasses. Keys, etc. I liked the facets in the glass and the color. It remains in excellent condition, is flat on one side, has two holes on each end and measures 8 1/4 x 2 1/2 x 1 1/4" deep. I'd appreciate it if someone can identify it for me, simply out of curiosity after all these years. I'm down-sizing so won't have a use for it anymore.

This is a beautiful set that my Mother's cousin received as a wedding gift. She was married in the 30's. It was wrapped in news print with the date of 1956. It is in very good condition with the exception of a small chip on the inside rim of the bowl. The set appears to be hand blown glass and is a beautiful Amber Color. Comes with 11 perfect glasses. The design is very unique. Unfortunately the ladle was broken. But the pieces fit together perfectly and could be glued for display, see the pictures. This is a small punch bowl 8 inches tall. These pieces date to the 1910s-1930s. And are of continental European origin, likely Czech or Austrian. The plates and bowls are a beautiful light green with amber bases, finely cut and frosted with scroll and leaf designs. The underside of each piece has a polished pontil, indicating that these are handblown glass, obviously done with a high degree of skill and craftsmanship. These exceptional glass pieces will make a great addition to any table. As the photo points out. One of the bowls has a chip to the rim. A very fine antique. Circa 1880's, mold blown melon ribbed brides basket on four legs and with stiff thorn handle. The bowl has a milk glass core with shades interior deep pink, the rim applied in amber glass. The four legs are leaf form amber glass, the handle as amber glass thorn stems. Ground pontil to underside. It measures 13-1/2" tall by 11-1/2" wide by 9" deep. Excellent condition: without chips or cracks, no missing thorns, no chips to feet bottoms.

My first thought is that it was made in Bohemia perhaps in the Harrach factory. Some of the English makers in the Stourbridge area are also possibilities. The amber glass bowl has an optic pattern(hard to see in photos) and is decorated with delicate floral enamel work. It measures 2 3/8" high. 8 1/4" across at the top and 3 5/8" at the base. The bottom has a perfectly polished pontil. The bowl could fit in a silver frame-the base is almost square and it won't fit any of my frames. This piece is in very good estate condition with ... moreno damage, wear or repairs found. There is little spot of ash in the glass-not an issue but mentioned for accuracy. This heavy glass amber bowl was in a shipment of metal housewares and we are surprised it survived the trip! It is made of 3/8" thick glass and has a dotted design. It weighs almost 1.5 lbs.

Grannys 8 inch Amber antique glass leaf bowl decorative art scalloped 3D EUC
8 inch diameter bowl which stands 2 inches tall. The base is a glass stand almost 1/2 inches which raises the bowl off the table. Beautiful on a clear glass table or shelf to show off the detail of the leaves. Golden Amber brown color. This was my Grandmothers and I don't know the age.
