It is done in all geometric patterns with 4 panels of cane motifs leaving the center a clear square, there are fans, miter cuts(eyelid? that have very tiny diamond cuts in a triangle shape in between the miters. There are no florals on this piece. There is a clear space between the top of the design and the toothed rim. The stem is great. It has a series of 1/2" dia dots alternating around& down the length of the stem. The 4" dia base has a 24 point miter cut star(not a hobstar) Issues: One tooth is chipped. The outer surfaces of the beveled teeth have tiny nicks. There are surface rubs or scratches on the underside of the base. I have not been able to locate a signature. No chips or cracks.Some scratches on plate from use and storage. I would say the plate is pretty scratched. I am no expert. This has been in the family for many years,but I am not sure how old or who made it. Very thick glass and it is heavy. The relish dish is beautiful and has a few fleabites on the edge.I have shown the worse one.You can barely see them but you can fell them. As is so check photos.I know they are very old and have sat in a cabinet for at least 40 years.

Bowl is near mint condition with no major chips or cracks. There are some light scratches on the bottom from normal use. Inner rim edge is rough to touch with several minute chips at the edge. Antique ABP American Brilliant Crystal Cut Glass 8" Serving Bowl Maybe Hawkes NR
This brilliant heavy cut crystal bowl weighs 3 lbs 8 oz and measures 7 7/8" across. The glass is about 3/8" thick and rings like a bell for a long time with the flick of a finger and you can feel it vibrate in your hand. I have had it for may years but never really new who made it. There are different cuts and patterns that look like Hawkes but I can not be 100% sure. There are many little nicks, chips and flakes on the teeth and jagged edges. This Amazing Cut Glass Tray measures approx. 14-1/4" inches in long by 7-5/8" inches wide by 2" inches tall. This gorgeous bowl is a one of a kind piece of cut art glass handcrafted from a very heavy lead crystal clear blank that has been deeply and precisely cut so that it reflects the light with an incredible brilliance that sparkles with rainbow flashes as it catchs the light with the very intricate sharp to the touch cut art glass ... morepattern design. The brilliant period cut glass patterns are so easily confused that we will just let our pictures do the describing and for it's age this piece is in remarkable condition! There are no cracks no hairlines no repairs there is two teeth on the top rim that are half chipped off and other teeth that have nicks and fleabites here and there but extremely hard to see with all the different many sizes of cut teeth on the top rim. There are some tiny fleabites on the outside body of the tray that we found with a magnifying glass. All are very hard to see with the naked eye with so many deep intricate cuts, they could probably easily be buffed out and fixed also has a little ware on the outside bottom, that along with the few tiny bubbles from the manufacturing process, just adds to the authenticity of this wonderful old piece! The bowl has a flaired rim edge with sawtooth cut lip. The cuttings are fans, diamonds, triangular finecut at the top, beveled bands, center has diamond cut band, with a finecut diamond band near the bottom of bowl. These pieces are not marked or signed but have a beautiful clear and colorful prism cutting. They are both heavy pieces and have been well cared for. I purchased this set from an estate in St Louis along with other pieces of ABP. The bowls are in very good condition, one bowl has a shallow flake chip located on the bottom of foot.
