IRVING ABP AMERICAN BRILLIANT CUT GLASS COMBINATION PATTERN ROSE - HARVARD BOWL
Up for consideration is an IRVING ABP AMERICAN BRILLIANT CUT GLASS COMBINATION PATTERN ROSE- HARVARD BOWL. It was manufactured by the Irving Cut Glass Company. Which was located in Honesdale, PA. The factory was established in 1900 on West 13th St(now Westside Ave) but moved to Park St, where it continued to operate until the early 1930′s. The bowl has been in my family for 3 generations. In the early to mid 20's it started out in Matamoras, PA which is approximately 43 miles from Honesdale, PA. That is where my father grew up. It originally belonged to his mom, my grandmother, but eventually ended up on Long Island, NY, where it's located now. The bowl measures 8 3/4" in diameter. Is 2 3/8" tall, weighs roughly 3.4 pounds, the glass itself is approximately 3/8" thick. The round and pointed sawtooth edges of the bowl ... moredo show some flea bites if you look very closely under a bright light. Under normal lighting, from 18"to 24" away they can not be seen. One of the rounded teeth does have an actual chip in it, which is shown it one of the photos. Also if you look very closely at the bowl you will see other flea bites on some of the sharp edges of the cut glass parts of the bowl. But as I stated above, from 18" to 24" away they can not be seen. Considering the bowl is roughly 90 years old, I believe it's still in Very Good condition for its age. It's being sold AS-IS, so look at the photos carefully, and please ask questions prior to bidding. I ask for PayPal payments within 4 days of auction's end. The Buy It Now option when offered requires immediate payment. It will be shipped Priority mail. Which now includes free insurance. In most cases items will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving confirmed PayPal payment. In many instances, if payment is received during the morning hours, Monday thru Friday, items are shipped the same day. NO INTERNATIONAL SALES OR SHIPPING! Item is being sold AS-IS. And all sales are final. Thank you for viewing! 1?RcmdId ViewI
Hawkes American Brilliant Cut Glass Bowl Etched Flowers Geometric Pattern
With deep. Simple cuts and an unusual checked pattern, this slightly flared Hawkes bowl is beautiful in its simplicity. The design is mostly straight lines forming straight angles in a geometric pattern. Two wide panels run down from each side and up the next, intersecting at the bottom with the same criss-cross checked pattern that runs around the upper rim. From each corner of the intersected panels are etched flowers, deeply cut with straight lines. At the center is a 12 pointed star. The rim is trimmed in half-moon shaped fine straight cuts. Deep mitered cuts separate the repeating pattern. Condition is great-there are two tiny flea bites on the rim, one or two small flakes here and there and faint set-down marks on the high points of the bottom, but there are no chips, cracks or apologies. I've posted lots of pictures to show the ... morebrilliant reflective properties-a rainbow with every turn. It has a clear ring when tapped that seems to go on forever.and because of the flared shape, it rings deeper when tapped at the bottom than at the top. There's a nice, clear Hawkes etched trefoil mark at the center. Measures 8" across the top and 3.5" high. Sorry, it had started raining while I was taking pictures, so you may see some raindrops here and there.otherwise, no disappointments! Shipped within five business days of receiving payment. Please wait for an invoice. Which will include delivery confirmation and insurance. I mostly accept Paypal, but if you need other payment options, just let me know. Please read the fine print below-it will explain how I run my auctions-but don't hesitate to email with any questions if I haven't covered them in my'stuff to read' Thanks for looking! Even though eBay sends a"pay now" invitation. Please wait for an invoice from me. Please don't go by the amount you see in the auction listing.it's a estimate only, and a poor one at that. Insurance is calculated after the winning bid is posted. EBay's invoices can't calculate that

5Pc Sm Vintage EAPG American Pattern Glass Footed Bowl Set Berry Nuts Ice Cream
This auction is for a 5 Pc Antique American Brilliant Cut Glass Footed Bowl Set I am not sure about its original use. It it a very small set. Approximate Measurements; Master Bowl Measures About 6 1/2" Across x 3" Deep& the 4 small bowls measure about 3" across x 1 1/2" deep. A beautiful Old Set! It does have some flaws. The most significant is a fairly large& somewhat smooth chip on one of the feet on the master bowl. The other flaws are very minor. A couple of nips on two of the large bowls scallops& a few tiny rough spots/fleabites on the small bowl rims. This set displays beautifully! I have included pictures with the zoom. For example) please contact me before leaving feedback. I am willing to work with you to resolve the situation and, of course, will accept returns in such cases. I take pride in my reputation; I want happy buyers. I do not, however, accept returns for the following reasons, among others: buyer’s remorse, the buyer didn’t read the description stating the condition of the item, the buyer later purchased/won the same item at a lower price from another seller, the buyer doesn’t understand that hand made items such as art pottery/ glass will have natural flaws/glaze pinpops/bubbles/non uniform design, etc. which are expected and not a reason for return. I would like to have an open return policy, but because of a few unreasonable buyers, I am not able to do so. Again, if you receive an item and have a legitimate reason for return, please email me asap. ALSO Items are generally vintage/used& therefore I have no history on them. Including their exposure to smoke or animals. Therefore, if you are allergic please consi
