Here is a superb antique Vernis Martin snuff box. It has a very intricate pattern all over the lacquered surface, very well done, a good quality snuff box. Circular in form with a rolled gold finger mount on the front area where you would lift the lid. Inside the rim collar is rolled gold with a scallop pattern top and a millegrain beaded edging and this incorporates the hinge too. It measures approx 82mm in diameter(approx 3. 1/4 inches) and 38mm in height. Overall a good original Vernis Martin snuff box with expected wear to the pattern on the edges. And some small knocks. Signed Classic Fulper rolled rim bowl. Made in the USA between 1910 and 1929. Measures 5 inches in diameter and a little under 1 1/2 inches high. ROund base with very delicate. Elegant'neck' flaring out and then rolling around to form the upper rim. Shades of green(from soft and light to bright) to grey and brown. Outside with very gentle, subtle changes in tone. Inside more dramatic, with'dripped' dark design, mottled in the flat bottom. Inside has higher glaze than outside. Shapes lead the eye to the middle, almost biological form in colour pattern that resemble a mosaic. Underneath is a richer brown, more matte finish. The iridescent has a beautiful shimmer of fushia and gold. It's an outstanding piece with not chips, nicks, cracks or fleabites. I do see a couple of shallow scratches and a seam mark on the base. Green Vaseline Glass Rolled Rim Vase w/Controlled Bubbles- Polished Pontil
This is a very high-quality green blown vaseline or uranium glass vase. It has small controlled bubbles in the glass everywhere except the foot. It was made with a rolled or rounded rim and has an indented and highly polished pontil on the bottom. It is similar in many ways to several Steuben Carder era shapes. But it is unsigned. As you can see in my first photo, it glows very brightly under black light. The vase is 5" tall. 7 1/4" across the top, and 3 5/8" across the foot. It is in excellent condition. With no chips, nicks, cracks, or stains. There are a few very minor light surface scratches on the top of the rim, but these show only in bright light. I will ship internationally. There is some slight roughness near the base that looks to be from when the glass was made. A great looking piece for the collector. Sinclair in the style of Steuben Green Rolled Rim Compote with Amber Stem Signed
There is a seller on rubylane.com which has this exact piece listed as a"documented" Carder Steuben for $450. It is signed with an S in a wreath. The book of Art Glass Nouveau by Ray and Lee Grover. Regarding the marks of Carder and Steuben states, Other marks are likely to occur including a single S but this was used for only a very short time inasmuch as it was also used by another company. Sinclair. Since I have not found this piece to document. I am selling it as a piece from H.P. Sinclaire Co. which was in business from 1904-1930's. It is a bi-color rolled edge comport with a green bowl and foot and amber stem. It is 6 3/4" high X 6 3/4" wide. Ships Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

The iridescence is absolutely incredible with brilliant green and yellow highlights. The color of the bowl goes from red at the rim to yellow at the base. Sometimes these bowls are called amberina. The bowl with a flared rim is shown in the American Iridescent Stretch glass book in plate#361. The bowl is 9 ¼” wide and 2 ¾” high. The base is 3 ¼” There are no chips or cracks. This is an Antique Yelloware Bowl in excellent condition. Measures 11-1/2 in. diameter. 5-1/2 in. high. Has two reddish/brown stripes and 2 white stripes. Rolled Rim is about 7/8 in. thick. There are no chips, cracks or hairlines. This bowl was used over the years and there are some light scratches but it wasn't abused. There is overall light age crazing, and glaze pops and few other manufacturing imperfections typical of this old pottery. Please excuse the glare in the photos. This bowl is made from a heavy gauge copper; it is well-made. With skillful, overlapping planishing and a tight and uniform, rolled rim. The top/ interior surface has a rich patina. The bowl weighs about 4 1/2 pounds, unpacked. It is approximately 14 1/2 inches in diameter and 2 1/4 inches tall. It is optic ribbed with iridescence on both inside and outside of the bowl. It is decorated with wonderful random applied threading of green iridescent glass. The base has a polished pontil. Here is a vintage circa 1989-1991 Fenton Black Glass rolled rim console bowl handpainted in the Copper Roses pattern. The bowl measures approximately 9 1/2" in diameter x 2 3/8" tall. It has a lovely floral pattern with a copper rim. It is marked on the underside with the Fenton logo. The Fenton Hand Painted label and is signed by the designer artist that did the handpainting, K.
