The glass bowl is one of the nicest that I have seen. It has fabulous Enamel Decorations, of leaves and floral detailing. It measures approx 12-1/2" diameter. It is in Excellent Condition- I would call it perfect albeit a most minor flat spot on the rim that appears to be a manufacturing nuance, not damage. I have looked at this with a magnifying glass and it is obvious after observing this first hand that it is not a chip but a flat spot somehow done during manufacture. Although extremely difficult to view, I have a pic of the area shown in my last pic. The frame is in Excellent Condition. Made of Quadruple Silver Plate by the Wilcox Silver-Plate Co. It stands approx 10-3/4" tall and approx 12-3/4" across. Both the decorated bowl and the Silver-Plate frame are gorgeous. The item comes direct from the collection of an area advance collector. Sold to me when settling her estate. The underside of the bowl bears a sticker that either she attached or was the sale price back in the day. The glass bowl will be packaged and shipped in a separate parcel from the silver plate frame in order to assure as best one can safe delivery. This lamp is being sold as-found for parts and repair. There are a couple tiny cracks in the fitters as you can see. There is also signs of rust on the thumb screws as well as the chain which would need to be cleaned up. It looks as if someone had started to restore this lamp but never finished. There are new wires as well as new sockets and it is being sold as working. The lamp shades shown in the pictures will be included. The glass lamp shades are free from any chips or cracks. The fitter size is a standard 2 1/4" so most antique lamp shades would fit this lamp. This lamp also comes with the ceiling canopy and the original mounting bracket. In the past as well as in the recent years. Ndebele women have been seen wrapping such colorful blankets around the body. Known as Nguba or Irari, these blankets come in various styles and size. The present blanket belongs to the most popular style made out of the strips with basic bright colors such as the blue, red, pink, green, mauve, black, yellow, orange, the same colors found in their painting or mural art, and in their beadwork. This blanket is decorated with two strips made of tiny glass beads sewn together which is an indication that the blanket belongs to an old style. RARE Victorian matched pair of Silver plate holders with rubina verde bowls. This is your opportunity to own a very rare MATCHING pair of silver plate holders with nearly matching Rubina Verde Bowls. The holders features the grape and leaf pattern which flows effortlessly around the holder and the base is simple but beautiful. These holders are silver plate(most of the silver is gone) and not marked that I can find. It is very rare to find a pair of identical holders with the same color bowls. The bowls are a rich deep color on the outside flowing to a paler version of the red and ending in the base of the bowl with a yellow-green(almost custard glass) center. Bowls have no chips. Hello. This is a beautiful antique Brides bowl with metal basket. The metal(Unknown, might be pewter) basket stands 12" tall and has a wonderful detailed and ornate design. The widest area across from ball to ball is 12" The bowl is a double crimp ruffle with a clear crest at the top and is a pinkish cranberry color. It has three groups of hand painted flowers with one on the bottom. The flowers are a mix of pink shades with yellow buds, blue petite flowers and green accents. The artist did a wonderful job of paint blending to create the colorful roses. This large bowl is 10" across and 4" tall. The bowl is in excellent used condition and so is the paint. No damage. The metal basket has the patina a basket of this age would display. with no repairs.

Beautiful art glass bowl measures 9 1/2"x 6 1/2" with hand painted flowers and bees. Ex cond. No chips or cracks. Believe probably MT Washington but not marked. The very ornate holder is four footed with face in two places and birds. Holder is marked but cannot make it all out. I can make out that it is silverplate and also part of word that loks like Toronto. Silver holder measures 14 1/2" high and 9 1/2" wide with 3 1/4" hole for insert. The bowl fits in tight.

Art Glass Brides Bowl w/Enamel Decoration - Hobbs, Brockunier
Selling a brides basket bowl that I think was made by Hobbs. Brockunier of Wheeling, WV. It was probably made around the late 1880s to 1900. The bowl is 12" across and is 2 1/2" high. The base of the bowl is 4 1/4" across where it would fit in a handled basket. The bowl is pink shading to a darker pink with a satin color around the rim. The bowl has gold enamelling with white flowers. Some of the enamelling is missing. I have not tried to clean the bowl. I'll leave that up to the buyer. The bowl is in good condition with no damage. 1950'S VERY UNIQUE LARGE FANCY ART GLASS & METAL BRIDES BASKET OR CENTERPIECE
Fantastic very unique large 1950's brides basket. Compote, or centerpiece. Topaz art glass shaped in a marquise or pointed elipse with the ends going in opposite directions. There are 2 wrapping fancy scrolled metal arms and all is on a metal base with faces and stylized scrolls. The center metal medallion holding the glass on the stand is a round, silverplated flower. The glass can be moved to face East to West or from North to South. Please look at all the pictures. They are part of the description and show better than I can describe. Including the arched arms the centerpiece measures approximately 13" in height, 19 1/2" in length, and 12 1/4" in diameter. I believe the metal is brass or bronze. Definitely needs to be cleaned and polished. Art glass has no nicks, chips, or cracks. No damage what so ever to any of the ... moremetal. The brides basket is heavy and will require what the post office deems an oversized box so shipping is expensive. I am offering a Victorian 1890's beautiful glass Bride's Bowl. This bowl has an attractive combination of overlay colors including milk white exterior with a cranberry interior that is accented with a canary vaseline glass crimped rim. The combination of the colors is wonderful under a black light. The white glass is not uv reactive. But it reflects the black light giving it a bluish purple tone. On the bottom of the bowl. There is a piece of tape that says given to mom and dad on their wedding day Dec 3rd 1891. I'm unsure of the maker. But it could possibly by Stevens and Williams or Webb. If anyone is sure of the maker. I will be glad to add that information. It is 9 1/2" x 3 1/4" There are no chips or cracks. There are a few very tiny black spots on the interior. THIS Pinched Oval Bowl is Hand Blown& Decorated. Herringbone acid etched pattern! Hand Ground Pontil Mark On Base! Measures: 6 1/4" across side to side. 9 1/8" wide overall, 2 1/2" tall Condition: excellent" but there are probably some tiny wear or small bubbles. Due to its Antiquity. Nothing is noticeable! But we mention as this piece is 19th century and made before computer controled factories. Whatever flaws are embelishments confirming its hand made Victorian nature.
