Antique Cut Glass & Hand Painted Bowl Red Green Gold
This listing is for a very nice antique cut glass bowl. This bowl has been completely hand painted in all of the cuts. The cuts are rose blossoms. Stems with thorns and flowers. The rim is gold. There is some wear on all of the hand painting. I have tried to show this in the pictures. Take a look. This bowl is from the late 1800s, early 1900s. I feel the wear is honest wear from years of washings and cleanings. It measures 7 3/8" across and stands 2 1/4" tall. There are no chips or cracks. The bottom is ground flat with cuttings. Just a great piece.

Antique Hand Painted w Gold Enamel Clear GLASS 2.5" BOWL: TIFFANY& CO Note Up for sale is a lovely antique clear glass bowl that has bee decorated with beautiful gold enamel designs. The gold trim painted on the lip has mostly worn away but the enamel is strong. This would look amazing if someone was skilled enough to repaint the lip. The only flaw to the glass are 2 little fleabites as in the last photo on the inside of the rim-they can't be felt along edge with your finger and if the rim was repainted they would completely disappear. The bowl is 2.5" tall and 4.75" in diameter. I purchased this at an estate auction and have included the label-it says"Bowl from Tiffany in New York-very old" I can't find a maker's mark of any kind on the bowl and am not knowledgable enough in the subject to know if ... morethis is actually Tiffany so please make your own decision. I can tell you it's obviously old and very pretty. Please note that my shipping time is up to 5 business days as I have multiple jobs and can only ship one day a week. If you happen to purchase after I return from the post office on shipping day it will be a full week wait until I am able to ship again. Lovely Large Hand Blown Glass Brides Basket in a nice Shaded Pink/Rose and White color. The Center inside has a small partial round ring mark where I apparantly had set something a long time ago but not very noticeable but want to mention it and I find NO cracks. There are NO chips on the glass and it is hand crimped on the edge with a clear edge finish(see photo) It has a nice ground pontil which I have also tried to show in the photos. I have no idea what the metal is of this basket holder and there are no markings. I did some polishing on it as it has been packed for quite some time and some polish's nicely and other shows wear so I decided to leave it as is. It is ornate. Antique Two Handled Bud Vase Unmarked Pottery With Grapes & Leafs Hand Painted
This is a beautiful unusual Pottery Bud Vase is unmarked. Or at least not that I can identify, however there are some kind of markings, but I am not knowledgable enough to know what they mean. I have a feeling this vase could be worth hundreds. It is one of two vases that is in my late Mothers Estate. This could have been handed down to her by her Mother who was born in Alsace Lorraine France. Since it is very old and unmarked I have no idea who made it. In fact if someone would be so inclined and has an idea of the heritage of this Vase I would appreciate your information. I have searched through hundreds of Pottery Vases and have not been able to find one like it. I feel it could go back to the 1800’s. The metal base has something inscribed, underneath, but I can't make it out. The glass bowl measures approximately 10 1/4" in diameter x 3 7/8" high(at the tallest ruffle) On the stand it measures approximately 7" high. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks to the glass bowl. The glass does have some loss to the hand painting. The metal holder looks good with only minor wear to the finish. Up for auction is a very heavily cut glass bowl which belonged to my husband's grandmother. Where she got it. I don't know. I took lots of pictures so you could see the pattern. The top is scalloped and has a saw-tooth edge. The glass is very thick and, as a result, the bowl is quite heavy. My husband's grandmother used this bowl so if you pick the bowl up and look closely, you can see fine surface scratches on the inside. When the bowl is sitting on a table, you can't see the scratches. This bowl is simply exquisite! I am parting with it because it's not Colonial, and that is the style of my furnishings. The dimensions of the bowl are: Just under 9" across. 3-3/4" high. The weight of the bowl is: 2 lbs. 12 ounces. Inside the bowl are the words"NEAR CUT. Antique hand blown clear glass bowl with pink and white opaque chips
Antique hand blown glass bowl. Although it is made up of opaque white and pink splotches of glass swirled in a transparent base. The over all impression is that the bowl is pink. It measures 8" in diameter and is 3" deep. The bottom has a low foot and appears flat in comparison to the inside of the bowl which has a raised center and has dips and raised areas. There are several bubbles imbedded in the glass and the rim has been ground, but not highly polished(is matt finish with some very tiny chips from grinding) There is a little"v" shaped impression on one side where it appears a hard tool was used to lift or turn the bowl while it was hot and being created.This bowl was passed down through at least 4 generations and is from somewhere in the 1800's from what I can find.
