Lovely Large Hand Blown Glass Brides Basket in a nice Shaded Pink/Rose and White color. The Center inside has a small partial round ring mark where I apparantly had set something a long time ago but not very noticeable but want to mention it and I find NO cracks. There are NO chips on the glass and it is hand crimped on the edge with a clear edge finish(see photo) It has a nice ground pontil which I have also tried to show in the photos. I have no idea what the metal is of this basket holder and there are no markings. I did some polishing on it as it has been packed for quite some time and some polish's nicely and other shows wear so I decided to leave it as is. It is ornate. There are two sizes of bowls in this set: ten of the smaller size and five of the larger size. All of the bowls are exceptionally deep. Especially for cut glass. Each bowl is nicely cut with a wreath of leaves around the rim. The smaller size bowls have a polished pontil mark on the underside, while the larger bowls are cut with a large sunburst design. The bowls are very well made. I can find no markings on these bowls. One of the large bowls has a substantial chip to the rim. And one of the smaller bowls has a small chip to the rim as well. Antique hand blown clear glass bowl with pink and white opaque chips
Antique hand blown glass bowl. Although it is made up of opaque white and pink splotches of glass swirled in a transparent base. The over all impression is that the bowl is pink. It measures 8" in diameter and is 3" deep. The bottom has a low foot and appears flat in comparison to the inside of the bowl which has a raised center and has dips and raised areas. There are several bubbles imbedded in the glass and the rim has been ground, but not highly polished(is matt finish with some very tiny chips from grinding) There is a little"v" shaped impression on one side where it appears a hard tool was used to lift or turn the bowl while it was hot and being created.This bowl was passed down through at least 4 generations and is from somewhere in the 1800's from what I can find. Some inclusions(as to be expected) as a result of the hand-blown nature. Flawless. No flea bits, chips or stress fractures. Pontil mark is rough but not sharp, tiny original flake at the edge of pontil. Bought in the late 1980s in Boston at a Newbury Street antique shop. No returns. Ships in tissue. Antique Vintage Large Glass Crystal Centerpiece Bowl Hand Blown Cut Marked 847
This bowl is about 14" across and 4" tall. It is spectacular by itself. With a flower arrangement or holiday decoration. It is part of my family's estate, probably from the 1920s. The only marking on it is a small, hand etched"847" on the bottom(see photos) It seems that this area is where the pontil mark was, from the glass blower. It was ground off and polished before the 847 was written. No chips, cracks, flea bites, etc. The base is sheared flat and there are some light scratches on the flat surface from normal use. The bowl weighs almost 6 pounds.

Listed for your consideration is this 1900's Vintage Hand Blown Glass Turtle Bowl Habitat. This beautiful bowl was handcrafted as a decorative means for keeping pet store turtles. This piece measures approximately as follows. 12-1/2" in length 10" in width 7-1/2" in height The interior of the turtle's belly is raised in the center. Allowing it to rest outside of the water. Hand-blown late 18th early 19thc Ruby Red Antique Glass Finger Bowl - Christmas
Will be out of the country for three months commencing 6 November. Must be paid for by 5 November or I will cancel transaction and relist in February. Changing decor away from reds and blues. Fantastic early hand-blown ruby glass finger bowl measuring 5" in across by 3 3/8" tall. Some inclusions(as to be expected) as a result of the hand-blown nature. Flawless. No flea bits, chips or stress fractures. Pontil mark is rough but not sharp, tiny original flake at the edge of pontil. Bought in the late 1980s in Boston at a Newbury Street antique shop. Victorian Bride's Basket/Bowl During the Victorian era. Art glass bowls could be found in plain glass or with hand painted decorations. Many had ruffled edges and some even had folds in the glass. These were popular gifts for brides during this time and are now commonly known as"Bride’s Baskets. This Victorian ruffled Yellow/Gold Bride's Basket is 10 3/4" w x 3.5" h and in great condition. Handmade of high quality cased glass with ruffled edges and yellow, pink& gold tones, the center is a pretty yellow and fades out to cream then pink with gold luster finish. The gold finish is worn off 75% around edges leaving a cream, pale pink color. This basket is in good physical condition with no chips. Cracks or repairs noted.
