A buffet/server/sideboard; 72 long x 24deep x 38 ... morehi. A china closet 42 long x 20 deep x 64 high. A table 62 long x 38 wide x 31 high; 2 leaves 17" Exquisite detail and craftsmanship. This furniture is circa 1920. Jacobean or Tudor style. Not really considered antique(100 yrs) It is more commonly called vintage, though I have seen it called antique vintage to attract a wider audience. I was unable to locate any manufacture or date on the furniture other than on the bottom of the chairs which most likely was a re-upholster tag. Although considered common furniture in the 1920s-30s it is an excellent example of detail and craftsmanship. This type of furniture was made by many different manufacturers and sold by many different stores; so finding an exact manufacturer might not be possible. The more common furniture usually was not stamped by any manufacturer. Possibly made from bass wood or common wood. Would like to sell as a group. Pick up only. Much to heavy and large to ship. Antique maple wood drop leaf dining table. The wood is very pretty. There is a leg underneath the table that swings out on both sides to make this a very large table. The table does show some wear and is not new or perfect but is very usable the way it is. On top of the table on one side a small area of the wood seems to be a little seperated. Not bad at all in my opinion, but I wanted to mention. I prefer cash at the time of pickup but will accept paypal too.

If you put all the leaves in the table its 8 foot 3 inches long without the leaves the table is 68 inches long or 5 foot 8 inches long. when folded up as pictured. The table measures 27 by 44 inches Table is 44 inches wide 18 years ago the table and chairs were professionally refinished. And new pad and fabric put on the chairs. now there is some scratches mostly in the chairs.this table only gets used at Thanksgiving and Christmas We also have new table pads which will cover the entire top of table. Vintage 1940's/1950s Drop Leaf Dining Table w/ Chairs
Selling my grandmothers 1940s/1950s drop leaf dining table and chairs. It has been handed down to me after her passing. I have recovered the chairs in a more up to date fabric. Five chairs are included. I believe the wood is either a maple or fruitwood. My grandmother used to run an antique shop in the mountains of North Carolina and a lot of her items in her home came from there. I'm not sure if this is one of them but possibly could be. The chairs have a peek-a-boo back to them. The table top surface needs some touching up as well as the chair legs. Otherwise the table is in good condition for its age. Padded upholstered seats and ornately carved backs(please see closeup picture) The fabric on the seats is cream/off-white colored(a little darker than the pictures show) with light rose/pink colored flowers.
