This table features barley twist legs which are connected with an X shaped stretcher. The stretcher adds stability and durability to the table. Ensuring it will last as long as possible even when used daily. Draw leaves are another useful feature in antique pub tables. The leaves on this table easily slide out from underneath the top. Using the leaves increases the size of the table from 36″ to 60″ You can also use just one of the 12″ leaves if needed. Table bought at Estate Sale of Samuel Insull. Responsible for the building of Civic Opera House of Chicago.
