The open top pair is marked with a"CW" on one side and the number one on the other. They measure 5" long. The other pair is unmarked and measures 5.25" long. This auction is for all 4 locks! Lot of 4 Vintage Row Boat Oar Locks 1 Matching Set
The small set is 5-1/2 inches long. Both have a W or M logo + a number 1 on them. They are in very good condition. The other open faced one is around 7 inches long. The only thing on it is the numbers 21. Its also in very good condition. The circke one is 5-1/2 inches long. It has no logos and is in good condition. These are made out of galvanized steel. I get most of my items at auctions and estate sales and can not guarantee they are smoke free. I do combine shipping at or below the actual postage cost.

Early Orig Pair Rare Bronze Adirondack Guide Boat Oar Locks Paddle Yoke Mounts
Very rare indeed is this pair of early original bronze ADIRONDACK GUIDE BOAT OAR LOCKS. Both oar locks measure approx. 5" long including the iron shaft mounting section. The yoke itself consist of solid bronze for both. Now they appear to be 2 different versions, but have the same height and mounting arrangement, one appears to resemble an early fishing reel( slight bend to the shaft) The spool shaped area has a bronze guide that passed through the oar itself, appears to be hammered flush on one side( easy to remove for attaching to new wood paddle oars) No breaks or cracks, Good Luck Buyer Pays S/H/I. Antique brass bronze oar paddle locks and cleat maritime boat ship decor
Up for auction to U.S. customers only are a nice pair of very old oar locks and a cleat to tie off the boat or ship's lines. The cleat is 8 inches long. The locks measure 6 inches high(excluding the chain) by 2-1/2 inches at the widest part of the opening. I believe they are all made of brass and bronze(although there may be copper in parts) Cool items if you're restoring an old boat or for your nautical decorating. For your consideration is an unused pair of vintage Wilcox and Crittenden oar locks. They are in excellent unused vintage condition. The post and socket will need to be smoothed and worked for a proper fit as these were never mounted to a boat. They are cast galvanized steel with the Wilcox and Crittenden emblem showing on both pieces as well as a#1 on both oar holders. The posts are 2' inches long and have a 2" inch opening. So I did some power shopping yesterday to replenish the shelves… and did I get lucky! I have some fabulous early primitives to list this week, antique and vintage folk art, early tools, beautiful Victorian items– there’s something for everyone– you won’t be disappointed! I just loved the shape of these old row boat horns- and the fabulous dark and worn patina- I bet there's other things that you can think to do with them if you don't need to row! It's a matching set of two. Made of cast iron with pin holes at the bottom, and impress marked with the number 21 on the sides. The"horns" or hooks have a deep worn silver finish, and the straight bodies are unfinished ... morewith an age darkened patina that is almost black. Each one measures 6 7/8" long in total, and is 2 3/4" wide at the horns with an inside opening of 2" widest. Excellent solid and sturdy condition. They both have lots of wear to the silver finish, and surface rust that is darkdarkdark and smooth and old and just part of the patina now- it's surface only.
