Antique Cream and Sugar by Z S & Co, Bavaria; Beautifupl Floral c 1880-1918
This is a gorgeous hand painted antique cream and sugar set from Bavaria. Germany. The maker is Z. S. Co, which traded as Zeh& Co from 1910 to 1902. The company originated in 1880 under the name Zeh Scherzer Co. who was the original founder. The makers mark on the underside of these pieces indicates that they were made between 1880 and 1918. Both pieces present in excellent condition, with no flaws to be found. This is quite wonderful, as they are 100 or more years old. The pattern is titled Irma, and was all hand done. The pieces are very dainty, and feature a pastel background of blue and green, with assorted shades of red, yellow, pink, and lilac flowers. Each with graceful gold handles, and a gold knob on top of the sugar lid. The creamer stands 3 and a1/2 in tall, and the sugar is 5 in tall with the lid on. The top opening of the ... morecreamer is 2 and a 1/2 in, and the sugar measures 5 and a 1/4 in from handle to handle. These are spectacular pieces, whose charm and beauty speak for themselves. This is a nice set. Sugar and creamer, from Z S Co. Bavaria in a gold textured, solid. There are no chips, cracks or crazing" however please note from photos that there is a significant amount of wear on the gold around the rims and handles, and a flaw( hole) in the creamer handle where the finish was not smooth. Vintage pieces that are lovely, but the wear is commensurate with the age.

The only flaw I see is on the inside of the creamer is an indentation where the handle is attached. This is probably a maker's flaw. The creamer measures 5 3/8" across x 4 1/4" tall. The pattern features delicate brown wheat with green leaves on pristine white porcelain with lots of platinum trim. The coffee pot is 10½" wide from edge of handle to tip of spout and about 9" tall including the lid's platinum finial. Here is a covered sugar bowl made by Z S& Co Bavaria between 1880-1918. There are gray and light yellow flowers going all around the white porcelain bowl. Around the upper rim of the sugar bowl and the lid is gold filigree. The handles as well as the knob of the cover is accented with gold. Lovely well done violets and leaves on a shaded background. Painted by a talented artist. There are some rubbed spots on the gold handles and knob but I can see no other issues. There is a Roman Numeral VII(7) on the bottom of the creamer. Probably the year the blank was made. Hard to imagine that these are 101 years old. HAND PAINTED porcelain sugar bowl. The markings"THOMAS, BAVARIA, and then LA REINE the artist signed on the bottom and next to the handle on the bowl. This sugar bowl is from around the turn of the 20th century. 100 years old and not a single chip on it. Has normal wear. I fell in love with the beauty of the yellow roses and green leaves. They cluster on the front and back. And in a natural flow unto the lid. The gold handles on both sides of the bowl and one on top of the lid blend beautifully with the tan and brown background with gold trim on the top edge of bowl and the rim of the lid. This peace measures 3 ½” high. ... more6” wide, and 2 ¾” in diameter around the base. This has had a previous owner who took very good care of her collections. I can find no chips. Cracks or marks. Looks like normal wear. Any one interested in this pattern and would like me to keep looking for more, it would be my pleasure, I would love to find out more about this company. For sale is this sugar and creamer set from Bavaria by the Z. S. Co. Pale greens with flowers in the center(which appear to be daisies) are hand painted I believe. They appear to be too irregular to be decals. The exterior finish is a matte finish but the handles and interior are glossy. On the bottom there is a stamp for the Z. S. Co. Bavaria. They are a very light china weighing under 5 ounces each. Measurements are approximately 4 3/4 inches long by 3 3/4 inches wide by 3 3/4 inches high. There is also a hand written greeting"Merry Xmas from Vera& Fred 1916" These were my friend's great aunt and uncle from Denmark. I purchased these from her father's estate sale. Lovely 1930s Arzberg Bavaria Porcelain Sugar Bowl
I`m selling this very beautiful and elegant antique porcelain sugar bowl. It was made by porcelain factory Arzberg in Bavaria. This porcelain mark was used in 1928- 1946. Sugar bowl is in excellent condition! No cracks. Chips or crazing. The cost of shipping is $15. RW Bavaria Porcelain Silver Creamer and Sugar 791/1
RW Bavarian Antique Porcelain with silver over it. These two are original and used so most of the silver is on wbut some is rubbed off. The sugar top has only 15% silber over. The creamer has 90% silver and the sugar bowl has 98% silver over. There are No chips. Cracks, nicks.The pieces are are excellent condition. REDUCED -ANTQ/VTG SCHALLER BAVARIA Sugar Bowl Cherub Gold Gild Iridescent
A rare and beautiful Schaller Bavaria sugar bowl. This has it all! The bowl measures approximately 3" to the lip and with the lid on. About 5" tall. The overall diameter is about 4" This fabulous iridescent piece is then adorned with a vibrant orange and gilded gold snowflakes. Rim and other trim, top knob and handles. There is a central cherub in white and gray against a cobalt blue background surrounded by gold gilded snowflakes- so special! This piece is marked on the underside with the"Schaller" name and symbol and"Bavaria. The mark was used between 1909 and 1918. The more you look at this piece. The more you find to describe and to be excited about. The vibrant bands of orange are offset by the iridescent white and gold gilding. This is in PRISTINE antique condition. There is one tiny chip on the inside ... morerim of the bowl. Which you do not see when covered. There is a tiny chip on the underside rim, which you cannot see unless you turn it over and look for it. Other than those, this has no other chips, no cracks, minimal to no wear of the gold gild at all(tiny bit on the top of handles only. See photos. Overall a special and beautiful piece.
