Offered is a beautiful old Nippon-style handpainted lidded sugar& creamer porcelain gilt beaded set. The set is hand marked on the underside base of the sugar bowl. The pieces have not been cleaned. The condition is mostly good with minor age-related wear; primarily random areas of minimal worn gilt. We find no chips. Cracks, breaks or repairs. Any other imperfections would be craft-related. Please see photos. The lidded sugar is approximately 3& 3/4" high to the top of the lid knob. The creamer is almost 3& 1/2" high at highest point of spout. This beautiful set of Limoges sugar and creamer are spectacular. They are in excellent condition without any chips cracks or flea bites. The creamer is approximately five inches in height as well as the sugar without the lid. With the lid it is just under seven inches. The gold detail is still very strong and clear. The creamer has a very tiny chip at the base. Painting is in excellent condition depicting pink roses on blue background with greenery on fronts and backs and lid. This is an signed Osborne oblong shaped open sugar bowl and creamer set with a lovely floral pattern. The sugar bowl measures 5" in length from handle to handle and is 2 3/4" in diameter at the bowl and approximately 3 1/2" to 3 3/4" in length at the bowl only(depending on how it's measured) Stands 3" tall from the top of the handle to the base and 2 3/4" tall from the mid-area of the bowl to the base. I found a couple of marks on the exterior and there is light gold loss on the bottoms of the feet. The creamer measures 4 1/2" from the spout across the top to the outermost area of the handle. It measures nearly 2 1/2" across the width of the bowl area and 2 1/2" in length of the bowl. It is 3 1/4" tall(from the top of the handle to the base) and 2 1/4" tall measuring from the rim ... moreof the bowl to the base. Little gold loss at the bottoms of the feet. Antique Hand Painted Porcelain Creamer& Sugar Set. Click picture to enlarge This is an antique Implerial PSL Austria creamer and sugar set. They have been hand painted and the sugar bowl is signed(H.L.17) This was most likely made somewhere between 1914 and 1918. The pieces have a hand painted delicate pink rose design around the sides. There is a gold line that winds around the pattern in an Art Deco fashion. The handles have rippled edges; like a flowing ribbon. They are heavily finished in gold. Which extends to the edges of each piece. The top half is white and the bottom has a pale bluish wash to it. They are both in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, paint or gold finish loss. The sugar bowl is 5" across handle to handle and 2 1/2" tall and the creamer is 4 1/2" wide x 2 3/4" tall. You are bidding on a Vintage Fine China Creamer. I am guessing this is of Japanese origin and related to Noritake. Because when I typed in the name on the bottom, Rochelle Fine China" the category this was placed in was Noritake. So. I am wondering if this is Noritake before it was named Noritake. I am not sure. It is signed on the bottom(which I am guessing is kind of unique) by the artist, I am guessing, Vadna. This creamer has small discolorations, which I am guessing is natural with age. However, there are no chips or cracks that I can see or feel. Has the older gold trim paint. It measures about 3" tall. The mouth of the creamer measures just over 2.5" by 2.25" wide. This piece is nicely decorated and painted- it is artist signed by'Glansen' Has a flower motif on a pearl/opal white background- gold handle and inside both creamer and bowl. Not sure of age of this piece- figure it's mid century. Maybe a bit earlier. This set is in good condition- no cracks or major wear- small chip on lip of creamer. They have a hexagon base and a daisy montage. These pieces are stamped with a label that was used in the early 1900's. There are no chips or cracks; however.
