And is 9 inches or 23 cm wide from handle to spout. The pieces feature a slightly scalloped edge with a heavy applied gold. Around the bodies are wildflower bouquets in blue. Around the borders of the platters is a raised lattice and floral pattern in the porcelain further enhanced with gold cartouches. They are marked on the bottom in green“BAVARIA SCHUMANN GERMANY” along with a lion in a crowned shield; this mark dates the platters to 1918-1929. The tea set is in excellent condition for their age. This is a Reinhold Schlegelmilch painted porcelain sugar bowl. It has the R S Germany mark used by this manufacturer between 1910 and 1920. It has delicate pink roses painted on the sides and lots of gold around the rim and the handles. It shows no wear. I have always kept it in a china cabinet on display but it is time to down-size. There is NO crazing. Cracks, chips, fleabites or damage to this piece.

Antique Leuchtenburg Sugar Bowl w/Lid & Creamer Germany 1895 to 1937
Estate Sale Find Up for auction is a sugar bowl and creamer set from Leuchtenburg Germany. There is very little information available on Leuchtenburg. But I did find that they were a manufacturer of porcelain from 1895 to 1937. The set features a sugar bowl with lid and a creamer/milk jug in a pearly white with a floral design of pink and white roses with yellow and green leaves. The feet and the top of the lid are a pale grey-green color. The edges of both pieces are scalloped and there is some white embossing on the lid and on the body of both. There is one minor flaw– on one handle of the sugar bowl. The little top decoration is broken off(you can see this in photo 2) but it feels smooth and is barely noticeable. This aside, the set is in excellent condition for its age and came from a collection of German/Austrian porcelain that had been ... moreextremely well looked after. Rare and Stunning- Creamer& Lidded Sugar Bowl- Sanssouci Germany; numbered. Absolutely gorgeous green& floral backdrop to a Victorian dressed couple. On the Creamer. They are pictured outside- he is a formal long tailed outfit with knickers and she in her long dress is seated on a bench. The rest of the vase has beautiful bunches, and some singles, of blue, pink, orange, purple flowers; accented with green leaves. It has gold accents on the handle, the edge of the spout and on different sections of the creamer highlighting the green coloring on various sections of the creamer. The sugar bowl has 2 different scences in which the couple is shown. One is standing in front of a body of water with a bridge and the other one she is seated and he is standing. There is some loss/worn of gold trim color on certain small sections of each piece. ... moreOn the bottom of the each rim there are a few tiny rough spots to the touch. They both have the older crown, crossed lines and a large R and C in dark green on either side with SANSSOUCI stamped underneath. It is numbered by hand, 2321-15, and has the word Germany stamped in Red on the bottom of each piece. The symbols on the bottom of the sugar bowl clear and are a little worn off on the bottom of the creamer. The bowl is about 4 1/2" tall and 3 1/2" wide on the bottom. The creamer is about 5 1/4" at the highest point of the handle and is 2 1/2" wide on the bottom. Beautiful, classy and old this would be a welcome addition to anyone's collection. Lusterware Sugar Bowl& Creamer Old Roses Leuchtenburg. Germany O ffered for auction: A gorgeous luster porcelain sugar bowl and creamer marked Leuchtenburg(Germany. I believe ca. 1895 to 1935) It is finely decorated with a bouquet of"old roses" in pink, orange, and white, with an embossed rim and foot, highlighted with a green luster(lustre) finish. Both pieces have arched handles with open tops, and the sugar bowl has a lovely lid with an arched finial handle. These two pieces are in very good condition. There is very little wear to the decoration and design; the rose decal is very clear. And the luster is very solid. The only flaw I can find is a hairline on the inside top edge of the right handle on the sugar bowl(only at the top; it's not a break or repair) There are no other chips, cracks, crazing, or discoloration. ... moreThe creamer measures 3-5/8 inches high and about 3.5 inches wide at the base; the sugar bowl measures 5.75 inches wide across the handles, 3-3/8 inches high at the rim, and almost 5 inches high with the lid on. The bottom has a blurry green mark that shows a castle with the words"Leuchtenburg/ Germany. A long bit of googling indicates this mark was used by C.A. Lehman& Sohn. Up for bidding is a beautiful antique sugar bowl and creamer set made by Johann Seltmann of Germany. This lovely set has a white background and is decorated with Fruit and Nuts. Both pieces are marked with the a J. S. Germany V back stamp as indicated in the photos. This trademark dates it from 1911-1932. Measurements: The creamer measures approximately 5" wide across handle-spout x 3 1/2" tall x 2 1/2" across the ruffled base. The lidded sugar bowl measures 6" wide across handles x 5" tall with lid x 2 3/4" across base. The pieces are in very good vintage condition. With no breaks, chips or crazing and no repairs.

This is a lovely VINTAGE ANTIQUE LIDDED DOUBLE-HANDLED BOWL/DISH with a 3-D RELIEF DESIGN and SCALLOPED FOOT& TOP made in GERMANY between 1907 and 1943. I would estimate early 1900's. It is decorated with a large bouquet of pink and white roses with green foliage on the front. And gold trim throughout. The paint does not follow the relief design. The bottom is marked with"G" a crown with 3 circle points and"H" over"GERMANY. According to my internet research this is the mark of Greiner& Herda, in the Bavarian area of Germany, used from 1907 until 1943. Not sure what it's original purpose was- it is larger than the average sugar bowl- perhaps a candy dish or a powder bowl? It is in Good to Very Good Condition. This beautiful Reinhold Schlegelmilch(RS Germany) creamer and sugar bowl set features lush pink roses and green leaves. The background is a blend of pale green to white with touches of brown. The creamer and sugar bowl have gold lines on the rims and handles. Gold trim decorates the edges. Handle and lids. On the bottom they are stamped with a star over a wreath trademark with"R.S" inside, dating c 1917-1945. This Carl Tielsch and Company. 2-handled, sugar bowl is approximately 5 ¾" tall, to the top of the lid finial) 7 5/16" wide(from handle arc to handle arc) and 4 7/8" deep(widest portion of bowl bulge) It weighs approximately 14.5 ounces and is in very good condition. The lid has 2, pinhead-sized flakes and one, 3/16" chip on the rim bottom. The chip is viewable from the exterior: it appears as a slight rise in the line of the rim's edge. The bowl has 1, pinhead-sized flake on the base rim upon which the piece rest. The gold loss for the two pieces is"minimal" to"medium" the gold is almost solid on the sugar bowl's opening and on the decorative dots surrounding the piece. The gold on the lid, lid finial, bowl handles, and the area surrounding the base all appear to have been originally highlighting ... moreversus a continuous, solid layer. As to how much of that original gold is missing, I cannot tell. Some has obviously worn away, but I do not know how much was there in the very beginning. Please see the photos for clarification and to truly appreciate the nice condition of this piece. Per Marks 4 Ceramics: this particular C. Tielsch& Company eagle accompanied by the initials C.T. directly underneath was used from circa 1875 to 1930. The estimated age for this sugar bowl is 83 to 138 years old. Vintage/Antique Cream Pitcher and Sugar Bowl, Made in Germany
For your consideration. This is an antique/vintage Made in Germany lusterware cream pitcher and sugar bowl. It has a lovely rose pattern border. There are hints of shades of green and pink in the lusterware. There are also additional flowers painted on the side. There are also gold accents on the front of each piece which are not worn. It's a delicate set, the pitcher measuring approximately 3 1/2" high and 4 1/2" wide. The sugar bowl to the top of the lid measuring just a bit taller. The bowl is approximately 6 1/4" wide from handle to handle. There are no chips. There is a fine line crack in the glaze in the pitcher. It is on the surface only. There is a slight amount of wear on the edge of the sugar bowl lid. The set is marked"Germany" on the bottom with the number 639 in the porcelain on the bottom of the ... morepitcher. Antique Floral Design Made in Germany China COVERED SUGAR BOWL & CREAMER
VINTAGE COVERED SUGAR BOWL AND CREAMER PINK ROSES MADE IN GERMANY Here is a GREAT Estate sale finds. This is a lovely vintage Made in Germany porcelain china Creamer& Covered Sugar. Each piece is decorated with beautiful pale pink roses. And a center decoration of a bouquet of pink, rose, purple, blue and gold flowers with a backing of greenery. Creamer measures 3 ½" tall x 3 ¼" diameters x 4 ¼" long from front spout to back of 2 ½" high handle. Covered Sugar Dish measures 4" tall with lid on. And 3" tall without lid. It is 5 ¼" wide from edge of one handle to the other and 3¾" diameters. Each has a shiny Luster Ware finish. And is marked German 7 and Germany 10 respectively. Excellent condition, with 1 flea bite size tiny chip on inside rim of sugar dish, and same ... moretiny chip on bottom front of creamer, just under center floral bouquet.

4"wide x 7" height x 3"tall Mouth of bowl is approximately 1 1/2" x 2 1/2" This treasure is from my prussian-american Milwaukee aunts who have had this in their china cabinet for decades. They are 80 and i'm sure this is pre-war. Period art-deco! White porcelain with a buttery glaze/wash over it; fantastic multi-coloured geometric design on top and along sides! Mouth of sugar bowl has one chip on inside lip edge. As far as i can tell. Some scuffing on bottom ceramic. Some light cuffing on decal. Ive cleaned this piece with a toothbrush and warm. Soapy water but there are to-be-expected areas of dark dirt?browning in small places. From the looks it. The abstract very typical and stylish ART DECO design is a decal- not handpainted. the design/color pattern repeats on the opposite side of the bowl, the thin black ... morelines are too straight and there looks like in the process of applying the decal. There were small breaks or overlaps. There is no lid with it. As it may have been lost of misplaced decades ago.thus the reason for it being relegated to the rear of my aunts' china cabinet shelf! Otherwise. In remarkable, clean condition and if it doesnt get snapped-up in the auction, i may repurpose it for a small flower pot/planter! STYLISH AND PRE-WAR ART DECO! LOOKS GREAT ON A SHELF! p.s. the blue marker's mark on the bottom is in light blue and it says GERMANY. I will wrap it in bubble wrap and box it when shipped. To help minimize any shipping damage! 1940 Antique Haviland Porcelain Sugar Bowl Sepia Rose.Mint Cond Germany made
This delicate sugar bowl is about 5" tall from bottom to top of the decorated lid. It is about 5" wide. But 7" wide if you include both handles. Like new even though it is old, as it was stored for most of it's life. This piece is in a color that is very hard to find. This particular color and pattern went out of production in 1946. It is both shiny luminous and delicate. Made by Johann Haviland in Bavaria Germany.
