Antique China Creamer/ Pitcher Weimar Germany This is a lovely antique china creamer or small pitcher that has a dark green shield on the bottom with“Weimar Germany. The soft stencil pattern is of three pieces of fruit—peaches. I think—on one side, and one on the other side) amid leaves. Their stems and a bit of branch are hand painted in gold. It has an ornate handle and embossed pattern around the rim. It measures about 3.5” tall at the spout. There is a barely visible hairline crack on the inside of the rim that extends about ½”I only found it by careful examination with a jeweler’s loupe. This beautiful hand painted rose sugar bowl is made by RS Germany. Which is stamped in green on the bottom. Nice condition; no chips, cracks or crazing. There is some black residue on the lid that will come off. I have cleaned it lightly. It measures 3 1/2" tall and 6 1/2" wide at the handles. I am also listing a matching celery bowl. One cup is an eggshell porcelain 4" wide(with handle) 1 1/2" tall demitasse cup only, with hand painted Roses. It's free of nicks, chips and cracks, but does have some wear to the gold around the rim and on the handle. It's marked"Hand Painted 2AD299" on the bottom, but I've been unable to identify the maker. The second cup is a 4" wide(with Handle) 2" tall cup with hand painted Antique Roses. It's free of nicks or chips, but does have a very thin hairline that starts on the top rim above the handle, goes down to the bottom and across the bottom. It does not weaken the cup or effect ... morethe way it displays. It's marked in gold on the bottom"SL3918N" and I believe was made by Lefton. Antique BAVARIA GERMANY Toothpick/Match holder hand painted with a rose vine that swirls around the piece. 2 1/2" tall and 2 1/4" across base. 1 1/2" at top. There is a light green wash tinting the outside that may not show up in the photos. This pretty piece is in excellent condition for its age. Which may be 60 or more years. There is a small chip on the inner lip which I only found by feeling. Since it is on the white inside I don't think I can get an exact picture of it but I will try if you are interested. Vintage Antique Hand Painted China Creamer Bowl Germany; Pink Flowers Gold Trim!
Neat old creamer? This. I was told, is from the late 1800's but I know nothing about antiques so please see all pictures for a better description and come to your own conclusions. The exterior is a light, minty green, trimmed in gold paint. The inside is white with beautiful pink flowers around the inner edge. Looking down on the piece from the top, the only flaw visible is a small flea chip out of the pour tip, as shown in the second picture. However, when you flip the piece over, you can see two hairline cracks on the exterior. You can't feel them and they don't go all the way thru, but there is one on either side of the spout. These you can see in the 10th and 11th pictures. I can't make out the name of the maker on the bottom.it has been kind of smudged or scratched off over the years but it has a shield and the name starts ... morewith a'we. Below that it is stamped Germany. Overall the diameter at its widest point measures 5 7/8" Which is from the hole where you would hold it at one side and the spout at the other side. At the middle of the bowl, the diameter measures 4 1/2" The height measures about 2" tall and the diameter across the bottom is 2 3/16" Please let me know if you have any questions and I will respond asap and thanks for looking! BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE GERMAN CREAMER/SUGAR SET These types of larger creamer/sugar sets were popular before(and during) the Victorian days- maybe people back then always had large company groups for coffee& cake! Not marked. Just lots of hand-written numbers in fine pen script. A spray of yellow and blue flowers on both sides of the sugar bowl, and one spray on the creamer. The handles and knob of lid are fashioned like branches and there are ribbed designs on both pieces. The white marks are from the light and they are not on the porcelain. The creamer is 6.25" tall at the spout. The sugar bowl is 6" from handle to handle, and 5.5" tall. There are no chips are breaks or hairlines, the only age marks I can see is wear of the gold trim edge.
