It does have some chips- one tiny one in front that you can see in the picture. And a larger one(1/4 inch) in back. There is a very small manufacturer's mark on the bottom- but I can't tell what it is. It is a maroon color. And reads maybe"N I" or"3. Pretty Antique Blue Glass Child's Creamer and Sugar~Old Japan
This delightful old Japan blue glass creamer and sugar for a child is being offered for the first time on the eBay market today! Both are in very good shape with no chips or cracks. Straw mark inside the bottom of the creamer does not catch the fingernail and does not go thru to the outside. Straw marks are common to glassmaking and only noted for utmost care in description. A note about this pretty type of glass: it appears to be a slag type of old glass. I.e. you can't see through it, and there are wavy white lines running through the blue. Very interesting, very eye catching! Lid is original to the piece. We know it is Japan because it is stamped into the glass. Creamer is 1 and 1/2 inches high; sugar with lid is 1 and 7/8 inches high. I've had this pattern many times in the past(only on tea wares) and never knew the name. But recently a sugar bowl turned up on ebay and it was marked on the bottom with a name, Summer Rose. In excellent condition; there is one tiny flake at the corner(seen above) that is either a scrape or original. Victorian Porcelain Antique Cobalt Blue and White Creamer and Sugar
Beautiful. Intricate, antique porcelain sugar and creamer. Has a beautiful painted cobalt blue or glaze color with gold embellishment. You can see little intricate gold roses and flowers. There are flourishes and scrolls that surround the centerpiece picture of two ladies on both the creamer and sugar. There is wear on the gold of the handles and some wear on the trim. The creamer is 2 1/2inches tall. And from spout to handle about 4 1/2 inches long. The sugar is 4" tall. And about 5 1/2 inches wide. Please see condition notes above and pictures. Historical Staffordshire Pearlware Large Dark Blue Transferware Creamer circa 1830 ~ Scattered Roses and Leaves on Blue Panels ~ 5 1/2" high ~ about 7" from handle to spout An early Staffordshire molded cream jug that is somewhat larger than most with a kicked up handle and printed with a very deep blue pattern of roses. Flowers and leaves with a beaded string around the rim. It has a raised triangle mark at the bottom but I can't identify a maker although it is of same quality and period as E. Wood, Clews, Stubbs etc. In excellent condition with all smooth surfaces. NICE Ceramic Pitcher Creamer Vintage? White Blue Flowers leaves Fancy Elegant
Elegant ceramic creamer pitcher. The pitcher features a pretty blue flower and leaf print all throughout with a blue band along the opening. Base and one side of the handle. The bands appear to be hand painted. I'm not sure about the age of the piece but I'm thinking it's vintage by the looks of it. It stands 4.5 inches tall from the top of the handle to the base. It's 5 inches wide from the handle to the spout with a 2 inch opening inside. Some pattern wear in a few spots but not bad. There's a small chip on the front of the spout and 2 small chips on the opening along the inside of the rim. Not very noticeable. Still a beautiful piece. This is a very nice. Early spatterware cream pitcher. It is 3 3/4 inches tall without the lid. It is in a blue and white. It is unmarked, but we date this to the early 19th century. It does come with a lid, which may or may not be original to the piece. It may have been the lid to the sugar dish. Both pieces are in very good condition. There is crazing to both pieces.
