Hand painted and scattered about are delicate Roses, Pansies and Forget-me-nots. The flower handle painted in pink, yellow and blue with gilding trim is just precious. The scalloped edges with gilding in a circular design enhances its beauty. This bone china set will take“pride of place” in any collection. The condition is excellent. They are small the creamer stands just under 2" tall and is not quite 3 3/8" long. The sugar bowl is about 4" long and is just under 2 1/2" tall. All 3 pieces are in excellent condition. Both pieces are in excellent condition. The Imperial Crown China Austria logo was the pottery mark of the decorator and importer. It was the mark of Bawo and Dotter who decorated blanks at their studio in Fischern. Bohemia- now known as Rybáře, Carlsbad in the Czech Republic. Here is a creamer and sugar bowl from a local estate. Made of porcelain or bone china. These pieces are by Moritz Zdekauker who made pieces from 1884 to 1909. Each is stamped in green on the bottom with"MZ" a double headed eagle, then"Austria" Also on the larger sugar bowl, in gold paint, is"Habsburgh China" There is also an embossed number that I can't read. Each piece is a long oval that is flattened into an irregular octagon. The sugar bowl is 4 1/2" tall from the bottom to the top of the loop handle on the lid. It has two side handles; the bottom is almost 5" by 3 3/4" The creamer is 2 1/2" tall; bottom is 3 3/4" by 3" I do not know the name of the pattern that decorates these pieces. The border is tiny open purple hearts with a red liner top and bottom. There are arcs of ... moregold bows and stars; the front and back has a gold arbor with pink roses in the center. Handpainted floral, gilded china sugar/creamer set, Nippon
This Nippon-era(1891-1921) white porcelain sugar and creamer set is handpainted and gilded on the top half of the vessels'exterior and sugar bowl lid. Motif is pink cherry blossoms and green leaves. Highlighted with gold, against a grey pebble-image background. Top and bottom edges and bands around middle of both are trimmed with beaded gold, as is the floral and edging trim on the sugar lid. Oriental-style squared handles and lid pull are also gold trimmed. Creamer measures 2 3/4-inch in diameter and 4 1/4 inches from handle to pour spout. Beautiful gold trimmed antique footed creamer and open sugar bowl were made by Vienna Austria porcelain and hand decorated by Pickard China Company. The Vienna mark dates the piece to between 1890-1908. But the red circular Pickard mark is from about 1912. Pickard was known for its beautifully hand-painted porcelain and china, and this set is no exception. Realistic leaves and grapes decorate the front of each piece, with gentle embossing that flows from the scalloped top edge. The back of each piece is very simply decorated, with dark berries set against the dark maroon base color. The grape pattern continues inside, ... moreas seen in picture 2. Gilded edges, another Pickard characteristic, rim each piece, as well as the handle on the creamer and each foot. Both pieces have the Vienna Austria green backstamp on the bottom, and the sugar also holds the red circular W.A. Pickard Hand Painted mark. The creamer measures 5.25" long, from the gracefully curved and curled handle to the spout, and 3" high at the spout. The sugar is 5.75" long and also 3" high. VIntage M&Z Austria Habsburg China Plate Sugar Bowl & Creamer Set 4 Pcs Roses
This is a beautiful set of 4 Pcs of M&Z Austria. Habsburg China in wonderful, vintage, pre-owned condition. This is the green set with hand painted, pink and white roses with gold trim. The 4 pieces include a collectable plate, sugar bowl with lid, and creamer. I have inspected this set and there are no chips. Cracks or crazing. But since this is old, and it is not from my family, I do not know its history or how well it has been kept. I am also not an expert on this type of chinaware and wouldn't know what it should look or feel like in excellent condition. So when I touch it it feels like it had set out for a long time. I washed it gently to get the dust off of it. But to me, personally, it feels like it need a good soak in something that won't ruin the paint, and I did not want to take that chance. As for the gold trim, some ... moreof it looks worn mostly on the plate, but the sugar bowl and creamer looks fine. Measurements: 1. Plate: 9 3/4" Diameter with a 6" diameter base ring. 2. Sugar Bowl: 5" Tall. 6" Wide and 3" Base. 3. Creamer: 4" Tall. 2.5" base. Please zoom in to all the photos for a closer look. Antique German Porcelain China Creamer Sugar Set Violets Hand Painted
Two tones of purple violets on a background of a multi-tone natural golden amber colors in very good condition. Excellent condition-No cracks. Chips, fleabites or repairs. All pieces including the sugar dish lid have gold gilt which does show wear overall on all pieces. Both creamer and sugar dish are marked on the bottom in green with Hand Painted which is surrounded by a very detailed scrolling design. There is also a number on the bottoms of CY916 and an impression which is the mold marking of an underlined 1003. A 4 underneath that on the sugar dish and a 5 underneath the mold mark on the creamer. The sugar dish measures 3.75 inches tall with the lid on and is 4 inches diameter at it's widest point not including the handles. The creamer measures 3.125 inches tall and is 3.25 inches in diameter not including the pour spout and handle. ... morefor more great items! Approximate Sizes: Sugar- 5" wide x 4" deep x 5-1/2" overall height including lid. Creamer- 3-1/2" wide x 4" deep x 5" overall height. Conditions: Some loss to the gold on both pieces. Especially the creamer. Handles are solid. Creamer in Good Condition. It has a rim chip. There is some glaze crackling and a small black dot in the glaze. I can't really tell what it is even with a magnifying glass. Sugar Bowl and Lid in Excellent Condition.
