Antique circa 1900 Zeh Scherzer Z S& Co BAVARIA Cream& Sugar Lusterware Bird Design Marks on bottom of both pieces date them to between 1880 and 1918. Green Z.S.Co with wavy line and Bavaria. Some loss to the gold trim. Some manufacturing defects as expected with the period. One such manufacturing defect on the creamer is larger. But is entirely under the glaze. This set is part of an estate collection, I am selling that was on display in a cabinet for years, behind glass. They were never used! This is a very nice VINTAGE Z. S. CO. BAVARIA CHINA YELLOW AND BLACK CREAMER AND SUGAR BOWL. The creamer stands approx. 3 1/4" to the top of the handle and the sugar bowl stands approx. 4" to the top of the lid. Z. S. C. Bavaria Creamer. Sugar& Handled Candy Dish This vintage set is in very good condition. Candy Dish is 3-1/2" tall and 5-1/4" wide. Sugar Bowl with cover is 4" tall. Handle to handle is 6" wide. Creamer is 3-1/2" tall. Handle to spout is 5-1/2" wide. The creamer is slightly lighter in color than the other two pieces. And when the handle is on the right side(photo#10) you can see a small linear area on the widest part of the creamer where the design appears to have rubbed off- possibly from rubbing against a china cabinet, or some other object. There is some wear to the thin. Gold trim, but this set is still in wonderful condition with no cracks, chips or crazing. Be sure to view the 11 photos as they add to the written description. ANTIQUE Z S& CO BAVARIA Sugar Bowl White Porcelain Pink Roses Pattern Gold Trim A charming white porcelain covered sugar bowl with pink roses and gold trim. Made in the Bavarian area of Germany with the"Z. S. Co. mark that was first used in 1880. The shape of this sugar bowl is Victorian and was probably made in the early 1900's. Measures 4-1/2" in diameter at the base which is the widest part& 4-1/2" high to the top of the finial. 5" wide handle to handle. In EXCELLENT CONDITION with no chips. Cracks or crazing, the gold trim is lighter in some areas, no other flaws of any kind.

The handles and rims are painted in gold. The bottom has a crown, then H& Co. Selb, Bavaria and the hand painters signature"Olga Heinberger" There are two numbers impressed in the mold, the sugar has 2693 and the creamer 2694. This set is part of an estate collection, I am selling that was on display in a cabinet for years, behind glass. They were never used! They are in new condition with very little wear. The sugar bowl is 6 7/8 inches across from handle to handle and the height is 4 1/8 inches tall including the lid. The creamer is 3 inches tall and 6 inches wide.
