The art decor on the front of this unit appears to be in amazing condition with may some very minor scratches but Nothing major on the face that I can see! The top of this unit has some scratching on it as well as a water ring and a couple small areas where it looks as if a darker stain or paint was spilled on this unit after it was refinished. The top also has some patches of fading in the stain as well, also there is a couple screw holes where it appears that someone screwed the mirror to the dresser but these are small holes and seem like the will be easy to patch and smooth over(PLEASE view the images for condition verification as these are of the EXACT unit that you will receive) but it appears that this can be sanded and redone and look 100% again! There are a good amount of light ... moresurface scratches to the finish, as well as water rings and some staining on the finish. The credenza has a slight serpentine shape, and paneled doors on each end with an attractive curving style. The crendenza has five (5) drawers, one of which has dividers built-in for flatware, and two (2) doors, that each open into large storage compartments with plenty of space and adjustable shelves in each. The crendenza has short curved legs. There are some small areas of veneer loss on the front of the piece, and these areas can be seen in the photos. There are some stains inside the drawers, which have dovetail joints. I am unsure of its age or manufacture of the piece.

The flame mahogany used in its construction is stunning and enhanced but satinwood string inlays and mahogany cross bands. The four drawers are dovetailed and open and close smoothly. There are some minor surface scratches and marks to the top which are hard to see unless the light is just right. Otherwise this mahogany console is in very good condition. A beautiful massive circa 1930's French sideboard with an incredible marble top. The measurements of this lovely piece are: 92" 1/2 in length + 26" 1/4 in width + 38" 1/4 in height. The are a total of four doors. Two in the center and one on each side of the center. The marble is an amazing Italian purple vein& ivory color. the marble has had some minor crack restorations but it is in excellent shape. Antique Venetian/Neo Classical Style Painted Credenza / Demi Lune Grand Rapids
This auction is for an antique Credenza or Demi Lune. This was purchased from an estate and it is just stunning. It is large measuring 50 inches wide and 32 inches tall. it has two doors on the front and a plaque on the back that just says Grand Rapids along with numbers on either corner. It looks to be from the 30's and is made in a Neo Classical style with al the gold decoration. The piece is very sturdy but the top does show wear from things sitting on it. I have not tried anything to change it. It really has a presence. This piece will have to be picked up locally or if you want it shipped you the buyer would be responsible for arranging the pick up and shipping. Large Antique Custom Made Credenza Buffet - One of Two Ever Made

Aubrey Smith(the actor) My grandmother(interior decorator) and grandfather(architect) had a small business in Brentwood. CA where these were made in about 1936 along with a number of other one of a kind pieces they crafted to furnish homes my grandfather built and others my grandmother decorated.
