Offered in this sale is an early English porcelain gravy boat or cream pitcher with hand painted decoration and silver luster embellishing that I believe date circa 1820s or 30s. It is not marked in any way. However, I believe it could be by Spode. It measures roughly 4 1/2" tall x 6 1/4" from handle to spout. The condition is very good. There is a small chip on underside of the base rim and there is a darkened line on the base that is only visible on the bottom, it does not go through. Both pieces are stamped with a blue underglaze stamp which dates from 1901 or before. Hand painted numbers and letters are also present with the RW stamp. W5679 and a T or a 4. Transfer print is of blue English roses and other geometric designs through out. There is also hand painted gold gilt accents. No chips or breaks on the sugar bowl. The lid has a small flake chip which does not distract and mentioned for accuracy. No chips or breaks on the creamer. There is some light stains at the bottom of the creamer and sugar. On the bottom of both pieces pieces there is some light crazing. The transfer print and hand painted gold have no fading. Sugar with lid is 4-1/8" tall ... morecomplete. Antique Porzellanfabrik Moschendorf Peach Irises Cream and Sugar by Pasteur
This is an antique porcelain creamer and sugar bowl by Porzellanfabrik Moschendrof of Bavaria. Both are hand painted and signed by artist Pasteur. These were made circa 1895-1910. Both pieces have hand painted peach colored irises on the sugar bowl and creamer. There is also gold edging around the rim. Bottom and handles of both pieces. There are no chips or cracks but the gold is a bit worn in places due to the age of the pieces. Please see the photos that I have tried to show of this. The sugar bowl measures approx. 5.2" in height from the top of the lid to the base and approx. 6.8" in width from handle to handle. The creamer measures approx. 3.2" in height and approx. 4.5" in width from the spout to the edge of the handle. Both are stamped hand painted Bavaria but the creamer also has the mark PM Bavaria. It appears that the child is working on his or her lessons.Overall condition is very good considering the age and that this piece was intended for a child. As the pictures show there is one small chip to the top/outer edge of the pourer. Where the handle joins the top edge of the creamer there is a fine underglaze hiarline that ocurred whe the creamer was made.Not damage but I feel better making mention. Interesting Black Basalt English Sugar Basin c. 1790-1810 Prob Wedgwood,
From the collection of a lady who belonged to the local Ceramic Circle. we offer a really interesting sugar boat with a damaged top. We believe it to be Black Basalt made by Wedgwood in the latter part of the 18th century or early 19th. Apart from the number 3.3 the piece appears unmarked. Decorated by thistles and leaves to the top. And roses and leaves, as well as apparent shamrocks to the sides of the body. Condition is good with no apparent breaks or chips to the bowl. The top. Unfortunately appears as though it has gone to the wars. There are two larger losses and there are some nibbles along the sides. The knob has disappeared. Measurements Bowl: 5 inches(12.5 cm) long Some 3 1/2 inches wide(8.175 cm) Canadian purchasers only must pay the GST and if resident in Ontario the HST.

Turn of the Century small creamer. Pink and green. As I mentioned earlier, the gold trim is showing wear. There is also crazing, but no cracks or chips. It has sand in the porcelain in about 8 spots from the firing process. The creamer measures 5 1/4" at the highest point. By the handle there is a leafing affect off to the left and off to the right on the bottom. On the bottom, it has a bow and arrow in green and says Semi Porcelain above that. Description: This auction is for a lovely Theodore Haviland Limoges France porcelain sugar bowl with lid. The mark under both the lid. the bottom should date it to at least 1925. There are raised molded details, gilding& flowers. The sugar bowl measures approximately 4 3/4 inches tall(top of knob on lid) 4 3/4 inches wide. The sugar bowl& lid are in good condition; no chips. Scratches, crazing or repairs. There is what appears to be a fire crack under one of the handles& you cannot see it unless you turn it upside down. There is some wear to the gilded areas, wear to the mark under the lid. Vintage Nice Brown Dipped Sugar Bowl with Lid
You are looking at a nice brown dipped sugar bowl with lid. We've used it for years and my husband decided to go with something different. It's in excellent shape for its age. It was used when we bought it years ago. There are no chips. Breaks, or cracks. There is no markings on it as too who made it. I'm trying to clean things out that isn't needed any longer. From handle to handle it is 6 1/2" wide, w/o the lid 2 1/4" tall, and 4 1/4" in diameter. With the lid it's around 3" tall. It's more of darker brown. Winning bidder pays shipping. It has a gilt edging along the rim. Handle and footed base. There is some green shading on the front of the creamer at the top. It is 4" tall and 5" wide The other creamer is is trimmed in cobalt blue on the rim. Handle and base. There is a gold trim on the blue rim and along the blue base. The main color of the creamer is white with handpainted small pink flowers and purple pansies on the front under the lip and on the back by the handle. There is a fine gold ribbon-like trim around the center of the creamer connecting the 4 circles of flowers. It is 31/2"tall and 4" wide. Both are unmarked. There are no chips. Cracks or flea bites. This is a lovely VINTAGE ANTIQUE LIDDED DOUBLE-HANDLED BOWL/DISH with a 3-D RELIEF DESIGN and SCALLOPED FOOT& TOP made in GERMANY between 1907 and 1943. I would estimate early 1900's. It is decorated with a large bouquet of pink and white roses with green foliage on the front. And gold trim throughout. The paint does not follow the relief design. The bottom is marked with"G" a crown with 3 circle points and"H" over"GERMANY. According to my internet research this is the mark of Greiner& Herda, in the Bavarian area of Germany, used from 1907 until 1943. Not sure what it's original purpose was- it is larger than the average sugar bowl- perhaps a candy dish or a powder bowl? It is in Good to Very Good Condition.
