The ... moredetails of the Teapot and Sugar Bowl are as follows: Teapot 27.2 cm(10.7" long(Handle to tip of spout) by 14.3 cm(5.6" wide by 12.8 cm(5" high(base to tip of lid) It weighs 660 grams. Sugar Bowl 15.6 cm(6.1" long(Handle to handle) by 9.6 cm(3.8" wide by 7.0 cm(2.8" high(base to of handle) It weighs 156 grams. The base of both items are marked with the model number"Unity" and Jays of 142-144 Oxford Street. They are in generally in a good overall condition(see photos) The teapot handle is solid and firmly attached. Nevertheless. There are signs of use and there is minor damage to the base of the teapot lid handle that could be repaired or replaced(See photo) The sugar bowl does have some marking within, and I am not sure if these could be carefully polished out. These slight flaws are reflected in the starting price. I have polished the items for photographing and they would both benefit from an additional careful polish and clean before display/ use. Up for auction is a sugar bowl and creamer jug from O& E G Royal. Oscar and Edgar Gutherz- Royal China of Bavaria. White with black flowers- a very art deco look. Backstamp dates this set to late 1880s to very early 1900s. The sugar bowl is 3 3/4" tall to the top of the lid and 5" across from handle to handle. Creamer jug is 2 7/8" tall and 4" from handle to spout. No cracks. A small chip on the handle of the sugar bowl- some slight paint loss.paint is 98% intact. Tall, angled and narrow, the pieces are festooned with stylized leaves and geometric designs in green and blue with gold trim. The sugar bowl is about 6½" tall including the lid finial, 7½" long from handle to handle and only 2" wide. For consideration is this colorful. Hand painted, sugar dish and creamer made by Chikaramachi. The tops and handles are a light brown/gold luster ware color, the sides are decorated with a hand painted creek bank scene. This set would be a colorful addition to your breakfast nook. Both bear the Chikaramachi crown and wreath mark and is also marked'Made in Japan' The Chikaramachi crown and wreath mark was used by the Noritake factory on Chikaramachi Street in Nagoya. Japan. Beautiful art deco styled Fraunfelter China porcelain creamer and sugar set in near mint condition. These were produced for Royal Rochester who hand painted them in their factory to market with their fine electric appliances. This pair is decorated in a beautiful iridescent lilac and ivory color with platinum trim which was called Blue Stripe. The decoration is very strong with no signs of wear except for the top of the sugar bowl where the lid sits. There are no nicks. Chips or cracks to either of the pieces. The sugar bowl is 4" to the top of the lid, both pieces are 3 3/4" to the tops of the handles.

Here is a vintage Lusterware figural of the Kookaburra bird. He originally had a partner in the shape of a creamer. This little creamer is hand made. Hand painted pottery and glazed in a mustard yellow adorned with creative flairs of red, black and green colors! FROM HOLLAND over 60 years old.many markings. Signed and numbered on the bottom. It stands 3" tall and is 4" wide. I have a taller slender neck little matching creamer/vase. Too but didn't list it due to a couple of tiny areas where the color is missing.but if you want me to upload its picture to sell BOTH TOGETHER for a new price for both.I will do that.just email& ask me! 4"wide x 7" height x 3"tall Mouth of bowl is approximately 1 1/2" x 2 1/2" This treasure is from my prussian-american Milwaukee aunts who have had this in their china cabinet for decades. They are 80 and i'm sure this is pre-war. Period art-deco! White porcelain with a buttery glaze/wash over it; fantastic multi-coloured geometric design on top and along sides! Mouth of sugar bowl has one chip on inside lip edge. As far as i can tell. Some scuffing on bottom ceramic. Some light cuffing on decal. Ive cleaned this piece with a toothbrush and warm. Soapy water but there are to-be-expected areas of dark dirt?browning in small places. From the looks it. The abstract very typical and stylish ART DECO design is a decal- not handpainted. the design/color pattern repeats on the opposite side of the bowl, the thin black ... morelines are too straight and there looks like in the process of applying the decal. There were small breaks or overlaps. There is no lid with it. As it may have been lost of misplaced decades ago.thus the reason for it being relegated to the rear of my aunts' china cabinet shelf! Otherwise. In remarkable, clean condition and if it doesnt get snapped-up in the auction, i may repurpose it for a small flower pot/planter! STYLISH AND PRE-WAR ART DECO! Very hard to find this 1920s pattern in such great condition. This is a very rare and unique creamer with lid and sugar in a fabulous art deco style. The background glaze is a light pink sponge over a white body. The hand painted floral is of a geometric style in black. Grays and offset with a deep rosy pink& bright yellow. Backstamp ~ Ridgways. Sunshine Ware. England. And an import stamp for Macy’ in the form of a ship in full sail. I believe this stamp is a symbol for Macy’s original store in New York that is considered their“Flagship” store. Circa ~ I have not been able to find information on this particular Ridgway mark however I have been able to bring in an approximate date of production. Noted is the name Ridgways verses Ridgway. This name change took place from 1879 and was in use until 1920. The location, England” Was added to the mark in 1891. In 1920 another change was the addition of ... moreLtd and/or Bedford Works which is not on these pieces. Therefore the Ridgways Sunshine Ware was manufactured sometime during 1891– 1920 and was a Macy’s export probably produced exclusively for Macy’s. Macy’s History ~ This is taken from Wikipedia; Macy's was founded by. Who between 1843 and 1855 opened four retail stores. Including the original Macy's store in downtown. Established in 1851 to serve the mill industry employees of the area. They all failed. But he learned from his mistakes. 1930's Figural Art Deco Ditmar Urback Toucan Creamer
Up for sale is an antique Ditmar-Urbach figural Art Deco cream dispenser(or creamer) in the shape of a Toucan. This creamer was made somewhere betweein 1930 and 1937. And the Toucan theme formed the basis of many variations of ceramic pottery from pitcher to creamer to many other functional ceramics ranging from monotone colors to multi-color pieces. This creamer stands 5 1/4 inches tall and 5 inches wide at its widest point. The handle forms a narrow oblique loop from the back of the Toucan's head to the base and is quite sturdy. The creamer is a single monotone blue verging on pastel blue, similar to that used by Van Briggle in Colorado Springs during it's hay day. The Toucan Creamer has a few flaws that occurred during the firing of the piece; a few chips around the base, eye, and tip of beak; and areas where the finish glaze has ... moreworn thin. The glazing also appears to have crazed in places giving the piece a lot of character. The factory was eventually combined to create one entity and in 1913 the company was bought by Tripis in Triptis. In 1919 Triptis AG was dissolved and Richard Lichtenstern bought the company back. In 1938 it was confiscated by the Nazis and became Ostmark-Ceramics AG. In 1945 the Factory was nationalized. Hand Painted Art Deco Creamer and Sugar Bowl Favorite Bavaria Signed ELK c. 1910

They have a hexagon base and a daisy montage. These pieces are stamped with a label that was used in the early 1900's. There are no chips or cracks; however. The gold gilding does show signs of wear on the handles. They have been Hand Painted with Blue Forget Me Not Flowers. They have Pristine Gold Gilding on the handles and the rims. They are signed: Favorite Bavaria in Green on the botttom. This came from a collection of other Blue pieces that were painted by M. Boyer-these are not signed but are probably the same artist. We acquired a full Collection of Antique Teacups and Accessories just recently from an estate. Many of the pieces were"Blanks" by"Favorite Bavaria" A producer of fine European Porcelain. Blanks were sold to Professional Decorating factories in the U. S. They were then painted freehand in various designs. CROWN DUCAL Art Deco RARE Poppy Print Lemon Juicer- EXCELLENT Condition
STUNNING ART DECO POPPY A vibrant hand enamelled design introduced around 1925 and produced into the early 1930s. This Lemon Juicer or Juicer is really a remarkable piece of Crown Ducal Ware! It is in near perfect condition and the vibrancy of the paint color is remarkable considering it is about 90 years old! The identification number is a special note to the collector! You can see that the artist had a bit of an issue with the back stamp and so there is the predominant identification that was put over what their first attempt. The last photo shows where the paint is carried over to the backside. And what looks like original flaws. There are no cracks at all and no visible chips however. On the back side toward the edge there is 1 area that looks as if it was repaired when it was originally produced as well as a 1.5 mm spot near that feel ... moreslightly rough to the touch as if the enamel did not stay. I used a jewelers loop to look at the area. I can not say is this was a repair done at the time of production or later 100% BUT I do believe this was during production as the color shows no sign of this being at a later date and there is enamel paint over the top that appears to be original. The length of the juicer is 6 inches The width at the widest part is 4.75 inches(4 3/4th)
