This is a Reinhold Schlegelmilch painted porcelain sugar bowl. It has the R S Germany mark used by this manufacturer between 1910 and 1920. It has delicate pink roses painted on the sides and lots of gold around the rim and the handles. It shows no wear. I have always kept it in a china cabinet on display but it is time to down-size. There is NO crazing. Cracks, chips, fleabites or damage to this piece.

This is for a group of 6 cups and saucers and a matching cream and saucer. These were all made by KPM in the first half of the 19 th century. All pieces are hand painted and have a checkered pattern on them. The saucers are 5 ¾ inches in diameter and the cups are 2 ¾ inches high. The sugar bowl including the lid and the creamer are each 6 inches high. All pieces have a blue KPM mark on the bottom. There is liberal gilding on all of the pieces. Antique Leuchtenburg Sugar Bowl w/Lid & Creamer Germany 1895 to 1937
Estate Sale Find Up for auction is a sugar bowl and creamer set from Leuchtenburg Germany. There is very little information available on Leuchtenburg. But I did find that they were a manufacturer of porcelain from 1895 to 1937. The set features a sugar bowl with lid and a creamer/milk jug in a pearly white with a floral design of pink and white roses with yellow and green leaves. The feet and the top of the lid are a pale grey-green color. The edges of both pieces are scalloped and there is some white embossing on the lid and on the body of both. There is one minor flaw– on one handle of the sugar bowl. The little top decoration is broken off(you can see this in photo 2) but it feels smooth and is barely noticeable. This aside, the set is in excellent condition for its age and came from a collection of German/Austrian porcelain that had been ... moreextremely well looked after. They are pictured outside- he is a formal long tailed outfit with knickers and she in her long dress is seated on a bench. The rest of the vase has beautiful bunches, and some singles, of blue, pink, orange, purple flowers; accented with green leaves. It has gold accents on the handle, the edge of the spout and on different sections of the creamer highlighting the green coloring on various sections of the creamer. The sugar bowl has 2 different scences in which the couple is shown. One is standing in front of a body of water with a bridge and the other one she is seated and he is standing. There is some loss/worn of gold trim color on certain small sections of each piece. ... moreOn the bottom of the each rim there are a few tiny rough spots to the touch. They both have the older crown, crossed lines and a large R and C in dark green on either side with SANSSOUCI stamped underneath. It is numbered by hand, 2321-15, and has the word Germany stamped in Red on the bottom of each piece. The symbols on the bottom of the sugar bowl clear and are a little worn off on the bottom of the creamer. The bowl is about 4 1/2" tall and 3 1/2" wide on the bottom. The creamer is about 5 1/4" at the highest point of the handle and is 2 1/2" wide on the bottom. Beautiful, classy and old this would be a welcome addition to anyone's collection. This is a lovely VINTAGE ANTIQUE LIDDED DOUBLE-HANDLED BOWL/DISH with a 3-D RELIEF DESIGN and SCALLOPED FOOT& TOP made in GERMANY between 1907 and 1943. I would estimate early 1900's. It is decorated with a large bouquet of pink and white roses with green foliage on the front. And gold trim throughout. The paint does not follow the relief design. The bottom is marked with"G" a crown with 3 circle points and"H" over"GERMANY. According to my internet research this is the mark of Greiner& Herda, in the Bavarian area of Germany, used from 1907 until 1943. Not sure what it's original purpose was- it is larger than the average sugar bowl- perhaps a candy dish or a powder bowl? It is in Good to Very Good Condition. For your consideration. This is an antique/vintage Made in Germany lusterware cream pitcher and sugar bowl. It has a lovely rose pattern border. There are hints of shades of green and pink in the lusterware. There are also additional flowers painted on the side. There are also gold accents on the front of each piece which are not worn. It's a delicate set, the pitcher measuring approximately 3 1/2" high and 4 1/2" wide. The sugar bowl to the top of the lid measuring just a bit taller. The bowl is approximately 6 1/4" wide from handle to handle. There are no chips. There is a fine line crack in the glaze in the pitcher. It is on the surface only. The mark on the bottom was used between 1898-1923. With the mark more prominent on the sugar bowl. Both pieces are in MINT condition with no chips, nicks, flea bites, cracks, crazing or paint loss. The colors are of peach roses done on a variegated background of mint green and darker shades of green, pale blue blending into a slate blue into a navy blue. CELEBRATING OUR 14th YEAR OF TRUSTED& EXPERIENCED EBAY SELLING ANTIQUE MEISSEN SOUVENIR CREAMER This is a rare early 1900’s porcelain Souvenir Creamer with a scenic image of Whitefish Bay Wisconsin. Wording below the image reads: Whitefish Bay. Milwaukee. Bottom is stamped with the following: Wheelock ~ Made in Germany for The A. Speigel Co. ~ Milwaukee. Wis. ~ Meissen. The Wheelock family began selling china in Wisconsin well before the Civil War. In the early 1890’s one of the many Wheelock children. Mr. Charles Wheelock, had the vision to expand their business into the latest craze, souvenir china. The business grew quickly and soon they employed over thirty salesmen selling souvenir china in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Wheelock was not the manufacturer of souvenir china. As some believe, but the importer. Because Germany ... moreand Austria had the raw material to produce high quality hard paste porcelain, those two countries were the major source of souvenir china. The procedure was as follows. The scenes or pictures were selected in the area where they were to be sold, usually from postcards. They were then sent to Europe for processing. The next step was to make a transfer print of the picture which was then applied to the china. The sale of Wheelock souvenir china continued on until 1922. Measures: 2” tall. Hairline on backside. Antique art nouveau art deco Weimar Germany lidded sugar and creamer - violets
Offered for bids from my personal collection is this exquisite art nouveau or art deco lidded sugar bowl and creamer with an understated design featuring violets and lots of gold trim. From Weimar. Germany. The sugar bowl is 5" wide handle-to-handle and stands 4¼" tall including the gold encrusted finial. There are large violets on either side and smaller violets behind the gold trimmed handles. The cream pitcher is 4" wide from edge of lip to edge of handle and stands 3" tall. It too has large violets on either side and smaller ones behind the handle. Back stamp has"Weimar" in a shield and the word"GERMANY" The set is in very good condition with just a small chip on the inside rim of the sugar bowl(not visible with lid on) otherwise there are no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs and no noticeable ... morewear to the paint or gold.
