This auction is featuring a vintage antique ceramic animal sculpture made in Czechoslovakia in the 1950's. The item was meant to be a milk creamer. The creamer is in excellent undamaged condition as shown in the many photos. The creamer measures 4 5/8" tall to the highest point. 3 5/8" wide across the antlers, and 6 1/2" wide from the tip of his nose to the outer handle point. Up for auction is this beautiful ceramic/porcelain creamer pitcher and sugar bowl. They are unusual in their shape and have finely painted detail accenting. There is no marking on the bottom. They have the look of Austria pieces and came from an estate with several other ceramic pieces that were from Austria. These are very beautiful, fine porcelain pieces with gold gilt trim. Sugar Bowl: 4 1/4" length by 3" width(base measurement) by 3 3/4" tall. Creamer: 3 1/2" by 3 3/4" base diameter by 4 1/2" tall(highest point) The only defect is a small gold spot of paint on the creamer pitcher front(by the spout) This obviously happened during the making of the item. Antique? Very Old Looking Ceramic Sugar & Creamer Containers. No Makers Marks.
This is a set of 2 items. A sugar container and a creamer. Both are glazed white and are ceramic pieces. Neither have markings from the maker but they appear to be very old. Obviously without markings I can't say for sure how old they are but again they do look old(antique) They are both in nice condition but the creamer does have a small chip on its upper rim. And the sugar holder has a crack along the handle but that appears to have happened in the glazing process and does not appear to have the actual ceramic cracked. This is a early 1900's Creamer. White colored. It has the sagger pin marks on the bottom from when fired. These can be seen in the last photo. Antique Marked Ceramic Cat Creamer-Pitcher
This is a precious antique ceramic creamer-pitcher of an adorable black and white cat with a pink ribbon around it's neck. This vintage creamer came out of an old house in Berkeley. Massachusetts and is incised on the bottom with a 4-point crown that has a flower-effect underneath and then to the left of that is C596 and then above that along the edge is 23. I tried to adjust the image to provide a photo of the crown as best I could. There is a small chip along the edge near the tail that shows up clearly in the 3rd picture I provided from the backside. To the tip of the cats ears measures about 4 3/4 inches. It's hard to give the other dimension but from the outside of the curve of the tail to the outside of the pink bow is about 5 inches.
