Vintage Vulcan-Hart US ARMY RANGE wood/gas/coal 8 burner plate cook stove oven
This is the Vulcan-Hart version of the US Army commercial wood/coal kitchen stove originally built by the Garland stove company for the US Government contract. But has many upgrades. This stove has a large commercial size natural gas burner in the firebox, which likely could be rejetted for propane allowing you to use multiple fuel sources(Wood, coal, gas) It also has a built in cast iron water heater heat exchanger in there. It has a brite"US" nameplate which appears to be solid brass and silver accenting on the casting names and rivet heads. The top is 52W X 36D X 33H. It's real cast iron- it weighs in the neighborhood of 400 lbs. The Vulcan-Hart company. With history back to 1865, still makes high quality $$$ commercial stoves today and the quality and lineage of this unit shows. Built in 1951 according to the nameplate on ... morethe side. It came with a 1947 house I purchased last year. According to the 87 year old previous owner, the unit was bought new and placed in the corner of the living room by his aunt during a 1952 renovation and hasn't moved since. He only used it for extra heating in that large room and never recalled actually burning wood in the unit, and I found only evidence of natural gas use. It comes with the stock"tools" poker, scraper etc. The unused heavy-ass firebox grating for burning solids is in the last photo. It was sitting in the bottom of the ash drawer. It is a bit dusty in the photos and it does have a light patina of rust color on the inside but I know most of that is due to the natural gas combustion residue. And there is no ash inside and very little soot in the flue. I decided to leave it all original and not try to restore it as that might change its value and it does in fact need very little cleaning and perhaps some paint inside to make it look like new again. I found no cracks, scratches, or damage of any kind when I inspected it, and I do feel confident in its excellent condition, but I am selling it as-is, no warranties. It will come with the carbura

This unique vintage stove finial measures 8 ¾ inches high. 10 inches in diameter at the center, 3 ¾ inches at diameter base, round top measures 2 ¾ inches, and 6 inches between top of two handles. Unmarked. Fine condition. No cracks or chips. Minor wear on nickel plating. Age unknown. Note the ornate screws which holds the finial together. The handles attach separately through four slots. Finial can be opened to find a bolt inside which I think would attach finial to a swing top, etc. Heavy- weighs about 2 ½ pounds. The McClary Manufacturing Vintage / Antique Wood Stove (Circa ~1860s)
This is one of The McClary Manufacturing Company's famous stoves! This is a beautiful round. Cast iron& nickel wood burning stove from the 1860's, and is especially unique since there are not too many in existence. It has large doors and will take a pretty good piece of wood. With very little work this could easily heat up a big section house(it is about 5' tall) We were told that his particular model is known to be one of the finest wood-burning stoves of it's time. You are not going to find many stoves this ornate and in such good condition. Note: Please be sure you know what you are buying. Since we are not stove experts. We recently bought a house with this stove in conveyance, and were told by the previous owner and contractors that this is a very unique vintage stove that could easily sell for $6K to $8K. Unfortunately ... moredue to the diameter of our chimey stack, we cannot operate a wood-burning stove, so will have to let go of this unique piece to pay for a new pellet stove.

CHARTER OAK Wood Burning COOK STOVE vintage antique Cast Iron *LPU*
Here is a big antique wood burning cook stove. Marked"Charter Oak" on firebox door and also on an emblem on oven door. Also marked"Charter Oak St Louis" on back. It is big and heavy. Made of cast iron it is about 40 inches wide. 25 inches deep(excluding handles on front and excluding pipe connector on rear) It is about 32 inches tall at the grill plus 20 inches for the backsplash for a total overall of 52 inches tall. I did not have a scale to weigh this on but it is very heavy. Firebox has some damages(photo#7) Ash pan needs replaced. Small piece broke off backsplash mounting arm(far left bottom in photo#3. Backsplash is still solidly attached) Left side of pipe connector is cracked(photo#12) Left side door needs a catch. Oven door is set up with a spring closure which needs adjusted. Other rather minor flaws. All four ... morelegs are good. Porcelain/enamel is nice with some rather minor blemishes. Water heater and fold out spigot are good. Has all of the hot plate lids and burners. Sold as a display/collector item. It probally needs some repairs before it would be safe/wise to use. See photos for condition. Vintage jewel wood stove damper cast iron
This is a Jewel Woodstock stove damper. It is dated 1903. Part number 15. It does have a considerable amount of rust on it. If you are looking at the picture, on the left hand side there is a chip. The chip is 1 1/4 inches long and 3/8 of an inch deep. I am not sure if this would effect the function of the damper or not. I did take a separate picture of the chip so you can examine it. Seems to be a pretty good size handle compared to many of them. The handle on the front side says"DRAW THE GRATE SLIDE OUT WHILE SHAKING THE GRATE" and the backside has the word"OAK" and in another place it has the word"NEUTIPE" or something very similar. The handle looks to have been chrome plated or something similar when it was made. Also it seems as if over time a little of the plating has came off in a couple very small areas and a little of rust has came through and it also looks as if someone in the past has put a clear coat over the entire handle to preserve it. Up for bid is this nice rustic hand-made wood and red leather fireplace or wood stove bellows with ornate brass tip. As you can see from the pictures the red leather is worn in spot places but there are no holes and all brads are in place. This bellows measures 14.5" long and at its widest point is 5" across.
