This style baby stroller/ walker were popular from the 30's- 50's. I'm guessing this is early 40's made by Garton Toy Company. The reason for their popularity is they are a great stroller with foldable push handle. This stroller has a removeable push handle and a removeable foot tray which converts your stroller into a walker. Now your little darling can push themselves around. I've restored several stroller/ walkers and this one was completely stripped. Bead blasted, primered and painted KU colors. Tires were replace with new rubber. Original manufacture decal was saved. It is in really good condition, must see to appreciate. It was very dusty before I gently washed it with mild soap and a soft sponge. This one includes the original seat cushions too. In very good condition, something rarely found on these you'll find today. The streamlined wheel pods. Wheels and tires, wood base and handle, beads, collapsing/folding handle, and all metal-work is in excellent shape for its age. As you can see in the photos, the original rubber baby buggy bumpers are dried up and will need replaced. This stroller works great too. Here's a nice vintage blue& white baby stroller/walker in un-restored condition(if my pics or description don't give enough info. Please contact me with questions) NOTE: I usually ship world-wide. But this item will only be shipped in the USA, no international shipping. Pretty sure this was made in by Taylor Tot. Not dated, but would guess the 1950's, it measures about 36" tall at the handle. This looks complete and original, I can't see anything obvious that is missing, it has all 4 fenders, front& rear bumpers, lower deck, and tray with wooden beads. Front wheels swivel nicely, all 4 wheels turn freely, but I'm sure some oil or WD-40 wouldn't hurt. There is some paint wear and chipped paint, also surface rust(some a bit heavy, but I can't see any that has rusted through) The rubber bumper material ... moreis pretty hard and subject to cracking. Stroller has slotted rear wheels for brake system, the brake lever moves, but I did not force it very far(needs lube) This will be shipped in pieces as shown in the last pics(easy to put back together) When I took it apart, the screws& nuts came off easily, they were not rusted tight or stripped. Displays great as is, or could be restored to original condition. This will make a great addition to your collection. All US shipping includes delivery confirmation. Up for auction is a vintage Taylor Tot baby stroller. This was saved from a scrap metal clean-up. So it is lacking a few of its original parts. The wheels are worn but all are intact. The rubber bumper is in place, although age and wetness has caused it to harden. The wooden seat is in very good condition. The netting/metal around the back of the seat is also in remarkably good condition. We have had a couple folks make offers on this one when it came into the shop. We have decided to list it here. Though; it should make a unique display piece for the right person. We would advise against placing a toddler in it. Shipping is going to be a bit tricky. But we will figure something out. Probably be using UPS for this one. We are asking for $19.95 on shipping- and if it ends up costing more than that, we will cover it.

WELCOME TO MY AUCTION For sale today is a real neat antique or vintage wooden baby walker. This old walker will fold down for transporting. It has a circular wooden top and wooden tray and a metal foot rest. The ring is made of hard wood. The seat is of heavy cloth and still in good shape, the seat is threaded onto a heavy wire ring mounted just under the top wooden ring. The ring is mounted in three places and the cloth is a little frayed where it was cut and sewed for the connecting. The tray is attached to the wooden ring. Has a little rabbit decal, the tray has some damage to the surface, there is a picture of the tray included. The frame measures 18”X23” and will fold down flat to about 4” Has steel wheels on it. Needs one lower arm rivet replaced, comes off sometimes when folding the walker. I see no name on this nice walker. It is ... morein good shape for the years. This is a vintage push walker for baby. Chun Mun is a Hindi name from India. I got this from an estate sale that offered many items from India. Measures 18" high-16" across back wheels-17" from front wheel to back wheels. The frame is painted red metal/steel. Has three wheels, and a corregated plastic tube around the top hande to be soft on small hands. Across the front are five multi-colored plastic'babies' that spin when touched. The only damage to this walker is that the one in the middle has lost it's head! To operate the baby would stand behind the walker between the two back wheels and push. This wheels on this walker will move very quickly and might not be really safe for a baby unless he knows how to walk or is very steady on his feet. You have to have at least 10 feedbacks to bid on or buy this item. I know that this is Taylor Tot because of the model number I found on the bottom of the seat. A wonderful thing I bought today. It works pretty well. It was kinda dirty but I gave it a shower. I scrubbed it and then dried it and blew it with a fan for over an hour. I then polished the wood and the metal and the rubber wheels with a wood preservative. And I oiled the wheels. It looks a lot nicer than it did 5 hours ago. I usually hold onto things for a few months before I list them but space is a little limited so on it goes. Its 43" long x 34" tall x 16" wide. Works well. Metal(steel) body, wooden handle and seat and beads(for the baby) Rubber wheels. It works as a walker too when you easily take the handle and the under tray off. All Original. PAL baby stroller/walker from the 40-50's? This has been stored out of weather always. The sticker is still complete and in wonderful condition. There is minor surface rust on top tray. All rubber is original on bumpers. The handle latch still works. Easily remove the handle for storage or to turn into walker. Still all works. Rolls wonderful, tires like new. One exactly like this was on Rick's Restoration show on History Channel and was valued at 1700.00. This one would need very minor sanding and repainting of the tray if u wanted it perfect. The seat is made of wood and in great shape. The bottom foot tray is in excellent condition and removing it turns it from the stroller into the walker. The handle and wood on it perfect.
