I acquired this Stove from an older gentleman who told me that his mother used to use this Stove all the time when she would do her canning with several neighbor ladies- out in the barn! He told me that as far as he knows. The Stove works just fine. It is in Excellent Vintage condition- Very Stout- has just light surface rust that will easily remove with a bit of sanding& quite a bit of the original Black paint still remains on the underside. I have here a(Home Comfort) grey granite wood cook stove. This antique cook stove was constructed in early 1930s and is still in very good usable condition. The stovepipe is in great working order with a 6-inch opening on top. Wrought-iron Range Company. Number C A. St. Louis. Missouri. All doors and drawer work great including the cast-iron cook surface openings. Handle included. The fire box itself is in great condition and won't need to be repaired anytime soon. Walls and grate are still thick. The measurements are: S tove top cooking surface height 33 inches. Stove top surface 33 inch by 28 inch. Overall height 62 inches. Overall wi dth 55 inches. This stove comes with a removable towel/apron rod in the front and also has a removable side addition with a towel/apron rod. Very nice features. There are. Antique Shipmate #134 6 hole Cook Stove
This antique cookstove made by the Stamford Foundry Company. Misspelled on the stove front casting as Stamford Founrdy, was used in the barge captains living area on a wooden barge that was used to transport vegetables in New York Harbor. We used the stove both for cooking and heat for several years. It heats well on both wood and coal. The corner brackets used to support flat steel rails are included but the rails are not. These can easily be made up from flat steel bar stock. Their only use was to keep pots on the stove during sudden movements of the barge.

They vary in condition from fairly smooth to roughly rust pitted. Please use the photos as a guide. They have been lightly wisk broomed, but still have a lot of soot on them. Wear gloves or prepare to get your hands dirty. I don't see any cracks or major chips. They all appear to be a fitted size match. The lids measures about 8 3/16" in diameter. Here is a big antique wood burning cook stove. Marked"Charter Oak" on firebox door and also on an emblem on oven door. Also marked"Charter Oak St Louis" on back. It is big and heavy. Made of cast iron it is about 40 inches wide. 25 inches deep(excluding handles on front and excluding pipe connector on rear) It is about 32 inches tall at the grill plus 20 inches for the backsplash for a total overall of 52 inches tall. I did not have a scale to weigh this on but it is very heavy. Firebox has some damages(photo#7) Ash pan needs replaced. Small piece broke off backsplash mounting arm(far left bottom in photo#3. Backsplash is still solidly attached) Left side of pipe connector is cracked(photo#12) Left side door needs a catch. Oven door is set up with a spring closure which needs adjusted. Other rather minor flaws. All four ... morelegs are good. Porcelain/enamel is nice with some rather minor blemishes. Water heater and fold out spigot are good. Has all of the hot plate lids and burners. Sold as a display/collector item. It probally needs some repairs before it would be safe/wise to use. See photos for condition. antique vintage cast iron cook stove eyes and other parts lot . Home Comfort?
Great lot here. I have no idea how old they are or what they fit. Maybe a how comfort but in no way do I guarantee that.SOme of them have several chips around the rim. They have a lot of tarnishing surface rust and some pitting. the spacer that goes in between two eyes is a little bowed and has a crack. They need a good cleaning. The larger eyes measure approx 7 15/16 and the one with holes and writing measures 6 3/4. Even with the condition these are hard to find and im starting them at a very reasonable price. 1915 antique Sill Sterling wood/propane cook stove
This is a 1915 Sill Sterling wood/propane cook stove made in Rochester New York. A very rare find. It is all original and in good shape we are currently using it as our way of cooking. All works great, including valves and temp. gauges. Left side is wood oven and burners, right side is propane. The top is a roll top for keeping buns warm. Comes with about 8 feet of stove pipe. Try and find another 1 of these on the net. Great show piece for that country cottage. Preppers or that backwoods livin. No power required. Could use with wood forever. Will help with loading at the time of pickup.

This is a nice old group of 4 cast iron wood or coal burner grates. They are 3 3/4" tall. The back is 2" wide, front is 1 1/2" wide at the top and about 1 1/4" wide at the bottom. Here we have a wonderful antique Abram Cox Pot belly cook stove in good vintage used condition. Black and gold trim. Has a number 12. On it. The stove measures about 24 inches tall, by 18 3/4 inches by 20 1/2 inches at the top by 18 inches by 20 inches at the base. Has two areas on top for cooking Missing one grate of two. Has door below for cleaning out ash after the wood or coal is gone. This is a great little stove for a cabin, for heat or to cook on for that great vintage cabin feel. Has a hole on top in back for a vent pipe. Needs to be checked out for safety before you use it. Was only used recently for a decorative piece in our home. Has a little vent flue that slides back and forth for air circulation. Has a wonderful eagle picture on the front of the stove. Looks pretty much original as far as I can tell but I am no expert on antique ... morestoves. The stove may need a part that is missing that I am not aware of. The stove has a great look to it with lots of character and charm. I think it dates to the early 1900's or so. Stove is marked Abram Cox Stove Co. Gas cookstove. Made in Lebanon Ohio. Not sure of the age of stove but is very nice looking stove and very heavy. I used the stove 10 years ago in another house but cannot use in this house. The stove For the age is in really nice condition. Stove oven door bottom latch doesn't latch tight. I think it can be adjusted. The grill on stove top is cracked but can be welded. I used it this way with no problem. The stove is being stored in our garage right now so it could use some TLC. Item up for auction is a Home Comfort enamel coated wood cookstove that was purchased new by my grandparents some time in the 1930's and was used daily until the house was redone with electric appliances sometime in the late forties or fifties. At which time it was placed in dry storage with the metal surfaces coated in paraffin wax to preserve the finish and protect from corrosion. This is a beautiful antique cook stove from the Olive Stove Works of Rochester. PA(1872) Olive Stove Works was established in 1892 and this stove is probably from the early 1920’s. This was my parents first stove when they married in 1932. The stove was refurbished in the early 1990’s, including conversion to propane. It was used in a log home for approximately 10 years but has recently served as a decorative piece. The stove is full of vintage and retro charm. It is cast/iron steel with baked-on enameling and porcelain coated doors. Legs and handles(one of which reads‘oven’ There are no chips on any of the handles. There are four black cast burners plus a‘booster’ burner. The stove racks are also porcelain coated and in very good condition. There is a broiler under the oven and the“Olive” logo is displayed on the oven door. The oven regulator ... morereads“Automatic Cook, has a temperature range of 250°- 550° and is very accurate. It also has a porcelain handle. There is no insulation in the oven. There is a shelf above the stovetop and a drawer below which are ideal for storing cooking items. Also included are two cast iron stove lid lifters. Both are 8” long and have ventilated handles. One is stamped“OLIVE. The stove bears a brass ID plate which reads“Olive Stove Works. Rochester, PA, No. 318VLT. It is a mint green and white color scheme[note: a stove appraiser stated this is a very rare color] with lovely Queen Anne legs and in very good condition. The stove worked perfectly when I stopped using it but may need to be cleaned before using again. Antique Quick Meal Wood Coal Cook Stove with Copper Water Tank Fellow eBayers, Offered for bid is an antique wood/coal burning stove manufactured by the Quick Meal Stove Co. Div of the American Stove co. This stove is model#9035-34 serial#3367. History; The exact age of the stove is unknown. This stove was already in my grandmothers house when they moved here in 1938. Sometime within the next 10 years it was replaced by a wood/coal/gas cook stove. It was moved to the"woodshed" attached to the house and has been there since. At least 60 years. Condition; The photos tell the condition well. Once the first 50 years of grim came off I was surprised to find it in fair condition. There is a fair amount of surface rust but also a lot more enamel than expected. The only area rusted though was in the fire box. All the pieces appear present ... moreincluding the lid handle and grate shaker. The grates are stuck and will need to be unfrozen. I didn't try hard to get them to move. There was a cast piece in the firebox resting on the grates that did not seem like it belonged there but its going with stove anyway. One of the big surprises was to find the copper water heater tank in good condition. It held water for 2 days without a leak. This is an Antique Cook Stove Kerosene Bottle/Jar. It was used to refuel the antique stove top burners and ovens. This one is in great condition. It is missing the lid. It would make a great vase for any home decor. The bottle is 7" tall x 7 1/2" wide. The mouth is 1 1/2" wide and the handle sticks up 9" the handle is slightly uneven and can be bent to fix to perfection. Shipping will include insurance.
