Glenwood Parlor Stove No. 123 This auction is for an original beautiful looking. Chrome accented Glenwood Parlor stove. The back of the stove reads Glenwood No. 123 Weir Stove Co. Tauton, MA. This stove has a side loader, two hidden cook tops, chrome foot rest, cherub front door design and challis. Challis is complete and undamaged other than being a little aged like the rest of the stove. All of the moving parts work as they should. When the front door is open there is a great, ornate front gate. There are no known broken parts. It was viewed recently by a professional stove installer and he found the stove to be sturdy, solid, not warped and undamaged. It is in great shape for its age. It measures 42" to the top of the challis. 27" wide at the widest part at the base and 24" deep from the front to the back. Model Ringgold 226 parlor stove round oak style baseburner orginial nickel
Excellent condition. Orginial nickel. No cracks or breaks in castings. Is in such good shape that bolts to trim unscrewed, hing pins pulled out, hing pin covers uncrewed from pins. Don't think was ever used to burn coal. Coal shute was removed and stove was used to burn wood rarely. All I did was clean, polish nickel trim, Wire brush and hi-temp paint. And replace isonglass due to stains on old isonglass from wood burning. This is the best condition baseburner I have ever come across. Overall size is 62" tall, 28" wde, 28" deep. It is missing the coal shute. Finial is a warrior in wolf cape with battle ax. It is a Leftwich finial restoraton and I value at $500. I would be willing at pick up to exchange with a less costly finial from my collection and refund the difference to buyer. Antique Victorian Humphrey Gas Parlor Heater Stove Cast Iron
Th is 1920's gas heater is 22"H X 19W X about 11" deep. There is some light rust. Mainly on the back. The black enameling is in very good condition with light wear commensurate with age. Being offered here is an antique cast iron round fire pot Franklin stove marked on the front“Radiant 24 Sunshine” and on the back“No 24” Orr. PA Inter& Co. Reading, PA” with six circular art tiles, mica windows, center discharge grate, skirt base, dome plate and swing cover. We could not find a date marked on the stove. However, we found a Radiant Sunshine stove in an 1897 Sear Roebuck catalog on line. This stove stands 24 ½” tall, measures 21” deep, and it is 24 ½” wide. The hole in the back that hooks to the pipe measures 6” in diameter. There are no cracks or dents. However it needs to be cleaned. Following are some of the imperfections mostly due to age and use. There is surface rust on the outside bottom of the stove; the mica needs to be replaced although there are some good windows; one of the pins is missing from one ... moreof the doors; one of the doors is missing a knob and the knob that is there does not look original; the bottom two circular art tiles are cracked, all of them have crazing, and three have chips; The handle on the bar in the back of the stove appears to be broken and it does not turn. It has handles on the side and it seems that it has been readied as decoration only purpose. Very ornate open work with a stunning removable cover top in a porcelain enamel with a pretty brass finial. The rim has a few chips as seen in the pictures. Truly not very easy to notice and does not detract from the overall beautiful eye appeal. The red glass on the back has a large chip and the two windows on the side have no glass. I imagine that with a bit of imagination a flickering light can be added and the red glass will make it look like fire. It measures approximately 28 ½” tall. 8”wide and base is approximately 11 ½. An antique parlor heat stove by PENINSULAR STOVE CO of Detroit. Chicago and Buffalo, model 211. This stove is in need of restoration or for parts. This is a pretty stove with both Victorian and Art Nouveau design elements. As it stands it is 40" tall to the top of the brass finial and measures 16 1/2" across and 14" 1/4 deep at the bottom. Across the front of the bottom it is cast WORLD'S LEADER, and a large initial"K" is cast underneath the opening for the flue. The stove is missing the base. It would have been 14 1/4 X 16 1/2. The mica or isinglass panes in the door and on both sides of the stove show some damage and loss. There is a little loss to the iron at the top of the left and right sides where the cap sits on it. The domed cap is cracked, the round plate on top is cracked in two. we have one of the foot ... morewarmer rest, missing the other. Really a neat looking item in very good condition(there is a crack in the round plate on the top-but secure) A flat upper and a flat lower surface with a drawer on one side. This is an antique 189 5 wood burning parlor stove called"Round Oak"No.20 made by PD Beckwith Dowagiac.Michigan. It has a very ornate decorative brass finial with copper and cherubs heads/faces on the wings( original to the stove when found) It has a very ornately carved swing top with a cook plate underneath. It also comes with a n unusual folk art type of plate lifter(it was found in the stoves ashes) with a cast iron horse wired to it(two of the legs are broken) The top ring on this stove is original to it and is unusual because it is cast iron and was probably the last year cast iron rings were made.The fire box is in very good condition and the original grates are also present in good condition. Beautiful is right. Just look at the 6 up close photos of this bank. They show every side even the top& bottom! Size 6 1/4" X 4" and the finial on top flips back to show the slot for the coins. The front has the original red isinglass inserts and one has a small spot, which should show on the photo of the front. The bottom is shown so you can see how the child could remove the coins without help or an O.K. from the parents! Right? The back is printed with raised letters"THE SCHNEIDER& TRENKAMP CO. This is a 1922 Bridge Beach Wood Superior NO 220 in all original very very good condition. Nothing has been recast. Welded replaced or renickled. The firebox is in very good condition as are the rest of the parts including the sheet metal jacket.The original nickel plating is in ok condition but not great,I'd say just better than 50% but it's the way an original stove should look.I personally perfer that look on a nice original stove. Pick up at my home in St louis only. Bridge Beach stoves have the grapes and stoves themselves make very awesome wine vaults that can hold many bottles of your fine wine. For Sale is I guess a stove grate shaker and/or lifter handle. Used for coal or wood stove. The handle looks to be a shaker and/or lifter handle and in good condition. Seems to be a pretty good size handle compared to many of them. The handle on the front side says"DRAW THE GRATE SLIDE OUT WHILE SHAKING THE GRATE" and the backside has the word"OAK" and in another place it has the word"NEUTIPE" or something very similar. The handle looks to have been chrome plated or something similar when it was made. Also it seems as if over time a little of the plating has came off in a couple very small areas and a little of rust has came through and it also looks as if someone in the past has put a clear coat over the entire handle to preserve it. Up for sale is a great fresh find from an old Estate. This is a" COX WHITEMAN CO. Philadelphia. PA. Circa 1866. Antique cast iron parlor wood stove. The fire box measures 21 inches L x 16 inches H. x 9 inches W, this is just the inside of the fire box, the chimney exchaust is 5 inches in Dia. Everything is in working condition ready to go. The legs are missing but I still might find them in the building. It could be set on four bricks until something is found or made. The orginal legs slide on just like the old claw foot bathtubs are made. Like a wedge. Even a piece of hard wood would work. These bring good money as collectible stoves even without the feet. It is the smallest version of the Moores parlor stoves and is in complete original condition with original nickel finish on the top.Swing top,finial.Boot rails& door and has new quality mica windows in the door for viewing the fire. This stove has solid cast iron ornate jackets on all sides and comes with an el bow flue. The re is a swing top with a finial and a cook plate underneath. The grates are in very good condition with no breaks. It will come with copies of the original Moores stoves and instructions. The stove measures 56" high with a 21" by 21" footprint.
