I did not attempt to clean the bell and the white spot on one side looks like a bird(probably Seagull) dropping. The stein measures 7.5 inches in diameter at the base. And is 6.75 inches high. This is a pretty nice vintage ships bell from a boat yard sale that's being sold as is. It measures 8" wide at the opening x 5" high. And has a nice strong ringing sound to it. It would look nice on an old boat again, or as patio yard art. It has a 2 foot chain attached to the clanger. It has a time-aged tarnished finish from exposure to the salt sea air& weather. Not sure of it's age, or what metal or alloy it's made from, but a magnet doesn't stick to anything except the chain. It might've been chrome over brass/bronze, but that's only a guess. Included is the v-shaped wall mount bracket for the mounting arm to slip in to, as seen in the last 3 photos

This auction is for a nice. Vintage, bell. Not sure if it's brass of bronze, but probably one of those. If you don't own a boat, it would make a nice dinner bell for those big family dinners. It measures about 4.5 inches tall and 5 inches across the base. Mounting is super easy as you only have to unscrew the top from the clapper(inside the bell) then put screws in the flat base into a post(or something flat) then reconnect the bell using the top of the clapper to the mounting portion. This vintage large bell is about 6 1/2 inches tall and 6 3/4 inches in diameter along the bottom. It weighs between 2 1/2- 3 pounds. It is in good vintage condition and has great patina. I have not polished it and have left it in"as found" condition and will that to the buyer's discretion. It does not have a hanger. But the top knob of the bell raises up and down so you could hang it easily. The knob also unscrews and is removable so it may be hung in several different ways. This is for a vintage Falcon Brand air horn. I believe it is made of aluminum. It measures 4 1/2 inches long and the diameter is 2 5/16 inches. It is mounted on a tank with a sight bubble. The tank measures 5 inches long and the diameter is 2 3/4 inches. There is some corrosion on the tank.
