Up for sale is a Ship's Bell Pull. Approximately 9.75" inches long. Cotton Line Dipped in Shellac. The Fancy Knot Work of the pull is a series of Half Hitches and the bulges are called Turk's Heads. Up for sale is a Museum Quality Ship's Bell Pull. Approximately 14" inches long(9.25" Body and 4.75" Tassel) 48 Cotton Twine in Hand-Applied Bleached Shellac. The Pull is constructed from a Canvas Core. Which is wrapped in#48 and then split to create the Tassel at the bottom of the Pull. Turk's Head at top below Galvanized Thimble and Turk's Head above Tassel. Half Hitches within the wrapped Twine. For auction is a Museum Quality Ship's Bell Pull. Approximately 13.25" inches long(12.25" Body and 2" Tassel) 48 Raw Cotton Line. This pull can be left raw or dyed indigo.
